Love Love Love these guys! My first time going into Bliss was a year ago I was 37 weeks pregnant and man I needed a pedicure bad. They were so amazing and treated me so well I treated my aunt and cousin to pedicures when they came up 4 weeks later to help when the baby arrived. Yes you folks at home doing the math I went to 41 weeks ;) Fast forward to a few months ago when I was finally able to get out of the house for more than an hour and ran in to get a pedicure as it had been 8 months. Not only was the service still spectacular but they remembered me!! Not like an O hey your face looks familiar remember, but a Hi! *insert correct name here* I have gone back again since then and will continue to go back. Everyone is very sweet there and will explain any procedure to you (I had asked about shellac a time or two ago) quite thoroughly. Like the other reviewer, I was a little apprehensive at first. The neighborhood didn't scream high end. I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who was very eager to serve. I didn't wait long for Helen to do my manicure-pedicure. It was very nice, no complaints here. The facilities were way cleaner and nicer than expected. I then had a facial with Linda. Let me tell you, this could have been the best facial I have ever had. I had the one with a light acid peel. I will definately go back in two weeks for the 30 minute touch up. My final thoughts- why go in to Seattle, hassle with parking, and pay way more. It's a bit of a drive for me, I live in the north end. But for the money it was awesome. read more

Two weeks ago, I got my nails done at a place in Mill Creek. They did a horrendous job. I decided to stop in at Bliss today to see what could be done about removing them and getting a manicure after. The polite and professional lady who had the task of removing my acrylic nails was wonderful. She was careful and wanted to make sure I was comfortable. It took over an hour to remove them (they were really thick and horrible). I gave her a nice tip because I felt so bad. After the removal, she did everything she could to improve the quality of my nails. They were left thin and damaged from the acrylics. She gave me a nice manicure, including a hand massage. My nails, though they are damaged and short (NOT her fault, fault of the previous nail salon), look great. I will definitely be returning and recommending Bliss to all my friends. My experience, though it was my first with this salon, was fabulous. I was even wished well, they remembered my name, on the way out. read more

This is the only Nail salon that I have ever consistantly gone to and have been pleased with the service, the environment, and the outcome, everytime I have gone here. I have been going to Bliss Nail Spa for over 3 years now, every 2 weeks and I absolutely love this place and will always brag about the people that work here and the owners! I would reccomend coming to this Nail salon to everyone! Appointments arent required, but I would reccomend scheduling an appointment if you want to come in on a Saturday morning or want to have a specific worker do your nails because they can get very busy and there is no guarantee they will have an opening for a walk in, but this place is so worth the wait if you do decide to walk in without an appointment. Love it here. My husband and i have gone to several nails places in Everett area and this is by far the best. They say true to appts which is huge for me. I hate making an appt somewhere and they take too many walk ins which makes my appt run late. Bliss doesn't do that. When you walk in they greet you and get you back right at your scheduled time. I found Bliss almost a year ago and have never looked back. I go there for so many services and love them all. Vicki that does my pedi and nails is awesome, friendly and so patient with all my requests. I loved the spa and owner Ty and Linda are always so friendly and available, they have created a great place. I sadly was not born with great eyelashes but Linda showed me the way to what mother nature left out. Linda overhauls my eyelashes and eyebrows I feel and look so much better when I wake up in the morning because she has done such a great job. JUST TRIED THE NEW EYELASH DIP!! LOVE IT!! Linda has provided me with great extensions for 8 months, he attention to detail and ability to make them look like they are natural in amazing, she is friendly and does meticulous work. So I have blonde lashes and she suggested the dip treatment and my bottom lashes look like I have spent a longtime applying mascara to each individual lash but I didn't Linda did that for me and now I can get up and go but look great! From start to finish this appointment felt rushed. I booked an appointment for same day ( which was nice) that's where the courteousness ends. Upon getting there on time we were greeted by a nice young lady receptionist. Waited about 10 minutes picked out colors and brought back to do pedicures. Pedicures wrre rushed, not a lot of time put into it they do not put bags inside the Foot Spa so it makes me concerned about fungal issues they may have. Once the pedicure was started I was not asked if I like the color initially which most people do ask if you like the color after they paint the first toenail- this was not done and before I knew it I looked up within 5 minutes she had already painted all my toenails a very ugly color. Trying to explain I didn't like the color was beyond difficult and it took more than 10 minutes to try to make the woman understand that I didn't like the color on my toenails . by that time we were already seated to do our hands. She finally understood that I didn't like the color and I chose to do the same color on my toenails as my sister. at that point her attitude changed from grumpy to even grumpier and the rest of the appointment was downhill from there. I ended up with a crooked finger nail and colors I don't like. Besides that they try to upsell you the entire time after you already have told the receptionist exactly what you wanted and actually somehow I ended up paying $120 for nails that I don't like . Beware coming here will give you the results of a rushed appointment, crooked fingernails , colors that you don't like and a grumpy Salon employee & not one ounce of relaxation during this visit. I haven't had my nails done in years. So, I read the other reviews here and decided to give this place a try. I am very glad I did. I got a full set of French tips, a pedicure, and an eyebrow waxing. The lady that did it all, Kelly, is awesome. The shop is clean and the staff is super friendly. My nails are gorgeous and it doesn't look like a couple of caterpillars are living on my forehead anymore. My sister and friend went to get a pedicure here. I was very happy with the results but it did take a little longer than necessary. We were waiting in the chair for over 15 minutes after waiting in the lobby. That is by only complaint, the ladies were friendly, did a great job and took their time. THEY ARE HORRIBLE! My daughter went there today and they had awful customer service. She went in there to get her fake nails removed and the worker tried to do 3 services she didn't ask for. Very nice salon, clean and updated. Decent selection of colors, not great and only have a few actually colors with various shades within those. (Like tons of pinks, reds, purples). Front desk lady is somewhat rude, not welcoming. Got a pedicure and it was so so. Definitely not worth the price. It was rushed, my lady wasn't friendly at all. She dug into my nails and made me bleed and I told her three times it hurts. Cut my nails too short, and while cleaning from under my nails she proceeded to put the dirt on my foot instead of on the towel. Gross. The massage and lotion rub was very short. Went in for acrylics, got my cuticles practically shaved off with the drill. Had deep cuts on the side of a couple nails. It was a couple hours near closing but i can tell she was rushing the job. Nail polish had bubbles.. They were nice to me, but my cuticles hurt for days.. The prices are decent however and the place looks nice. read more

Well I would tell you how our experience was ...except we didn't even get that far. Came in today as pedicure walk ins, around noon on a Tuesday. Walked into a room of 3 women sitting back by the pedicure stations talking and one on the phone at the reception desk. After her phone call we weren't acknowledged or even told "just a minute." She just answered another call and we continued to be ignored for almost 5 minutes. Staff was super rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. To succeed with a beauty spa you need to be professional, and these people are far from that. read more

I've been to Bliss 4 times and it is an upscale nail place. They do a good job & are friendly even the front desk people. Definitely better than most nail salons but today had an awkward experience. I went in & showed a picture of a design. I asked for a fill; I know that the rest of my acrylic is pretty old, some peeling, so I wasn't sure if they would say I need to get an all new set or not. I thought in their professional opinion if they thought I needed a whole new set they would tell me (before they'd already done the whole fill). The nail tech seemed obviously upset that my nails were old she seemed frazzled and a little annoyed throughout the appointment which made me kind of anxious. After she did the design on the first nail I said" it looks good!" A customer came over and said 'it looks so great I love that design.' While my nails were drying my technician went over to where that lady's station was and I thought I heard the lady say "you did such a great job. I'm surprised she hasn't given you a compliment." When my technician came back she was smiling and seemed happier. She didn't really tell me anything in parting that just that I could go pay when I was ready. She also forgot to give me a clear top coat and I didn't realize that till after I left. I did say it looks good after the first nail, and I was on edge because the tech seemed touchy! My nails turned out great but it was just an awkward experience and if she wanted my whole acrylic to be redone she should have told me at the beginning. I told her that I don't get acrylic very often, I usually get (just) shellac, so I'm not as familiar with when it should be replaced. In December when I came in, Dolly did an amazing job. I had a design done two days before at a different place. The design was nothing like the picture and I finally decided to get them redone. Dolly not only did a perfect job but I was so happy I made the choice to get them redone for my holiday vacation! Bliss was able to get me in at the last minute and my nails were fixed as I was on my way to the airport to catch a plane! Leaving five stars because my first 3 times here were excellent. read more

I've been there a couple time, and went there again yesterday. Mistake. I just wanted to relax and get my nails done. I was so disappointed when my appointment was over. While doing my shellac manicure tech kept digging her nail under my nail to clean up mess she was making, and still it didn't turn out clean, uneven color, uneven shape. I come from Seattle nail salons and I have a favorite place that I go to all the time. The only problem about those places are overpriced, horrible customer service and the job is never consistent. I recently moved up to Everett and I wasn't sure about what which place to go. I did a little research and this place was the place I decided on. I walked in and I got Natalie who I love so much because her customer service is amazing and she does such a phenomenal job on my nails! I love how I can stop by and get my nails done or make an appointment. I also love that the salon is well lit, clean and organized. Plenty of colors to choose from and on top of that they have good relationship with their customer. I had to make a pit stop at another nail salon in Bellingham and it was butchered and the customer service was horrible!!! This place saved my nails and I will never go to another place. Linda does a great job with my eyelashes and has always set real expectations. Michelle is my lady when it comes to my toes! No. Just NO. Seriously is it that hard to give a paying "nice" customers what they want or even like!!!????? Sheesh. Just your every "typical" nail technician that don't either listen or want to give great service. So hard to look for a great nail salon. Came in with my lil sister for a nail spa day. Just wanted a nice fill on a nice day. Instead I got a grumpy frumpy lady, that does not speak English at all, (nothing against that) but damn at least smile or say something. I'm trying to make convo but she refuse to talk. Mute. I'm too damn nice and smiley. But anyhow. She goes on doing my nails. I simply ask for short style and round squared. She got irritated. Proceeding, she trims , but I asked for a little shorter, she looked at me with pissed eyes and said ... "JUST FILE...!!" And I'm like oh ok you going to file later ... (Mute has spoken). Then she goes on .. Later into it she just does what she wants .. Realized oh... She told me to file my own nails... Smh. Wow. Thought she was going to do it for me... Since I'm a paying nice ass customer. Shit. And I asked for a gem design just a simple line down. I guess she don't care for any perfection. Effin crooked . Like seriously . Your damn eyes are slanted or what. God I hate typical nail technician like her. At the end , nails had bubbles and dents on them. Wow. So ugly , plus she didn't fill like the whole finger nail, a gap. Like I need another fill. Paint chippin already. I'm tired. Oh yah. The pedi my lil sis got said it was the worst ever for $40 bucks. And her wax was unprofessional and careless. Ok so time to pay. Hahaha wow and all three stood there for they're tip.. $20. The male receptionist says , there's three of them.
