I have driven by this salon for years and recently discovered there was a spa upstairs. I have been there twice now and saw Maisie. She is simply amazing. My first visit was in complete desperation. I am 56 and my son broke out terribly all of a sudden so went to see if a facial could help get it back in balance. The results were remarkable. Maisie saw me that day and did a peel and detox and in a few days I was back in balance. My second visit was even better than the first. She did a follow up peel and dermaplaning. Over my experience was good... booking was my only complaint. I booked my brow tint appointment through Yelp about two weeks in advance and received my confirmation. I arrived to my appointment early and was greeted promptly and told that I could wait in the seating area. All that was great. Then I waited and waited.. 20 minutes into my schedule appointment someone confirmed who I was waiting for. 40 minutes into my scheduled appointment a woman said she was going to check and see what was going on. At that point I was told that I wasn't even on their schedule for the day. I provided proof of my appointment confirmation email and confirmed that I did make an appointment for that day and time. I was offered the ability to be seen by Jamie if I wanted. I had already waited 45 minutes, so I agreed. Jamie was sweet and held a great conversation.. no complaints there. I also can't fault her for a system she has no control over. Most of these stars are for her trying to fix my extremely soured experience and the rest are for the salon staff for welcoming me. I would still say check it out if your in the market for these services but learn from my experience... don't use Yelp for booking even though it's offered. Go to the website and just book from there. read more

I've been seeing Amy for months now and she is the best, hands down. I use to pluck my own for the longest time but I decided one day to treat myself and found Amy well I have not been angry with my decision since that day so many months ago. I get compliments on my eye brows all the time, and I can go roughly 4-5 weeks now without having to get them done. If anyone's looking for a professional eye brow artist here she is.
