This building has big city vibes, with modern interior and fresh glam. After strolling the gorgeous halls, looking into each little salon studio window as I past, I came to studio 19 where I met Korin. She is lovely, and has a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space to pamper you. I had my first brow service with her today, and am extremely pleased. For the same price I pay at a Benefit Brow bar, I was able to sit much more comfortably, get in on short notice and bring my sweet 4 month old daughter who sat patiently in her stroller. Korin made me feel comfortable, and was very relatable. The brow service was quick and pain free, and my brows look just how I like them.

It's tucked away upstairs, so it's very private and quiet. She takes the time to ask you about your skin concerns and explains what her service can do for you. During the peel, she was extremely careful and routinely asked how I was feeling. The tingling was minimal, overall a very comfortable experience. Korin was very detailed in her aftercare instructions, and also sent me home with a small sample of moisturizer to minimize the visible peeling. Due to following her instructions, I experienced MINIMAL visible peeling, but great results in the improvement of my skin's texture. My clients have been asking me if I've switched foundations! I already booked my follow up appointment, because this is going to be a new part of my regular skincare routine. Thank you, Korin! You're the best!

I have been going to vanity lash and lounge for a little over a year for my lash extensions. I am not one of those girls who wear a lot of makeup and I love not having to apply mascara, thanks to my lashes! I continuously return to vanity lash and lounge because of the friendly environment. It really is a comfortable and a welcoming place. All of the associates are very personable, helpful, and kind. Sometimes when I go into salons I get that "I don't fit in here" feeling. Vanity lash and lounge has gone out of their way to be inviting and make me feel welcomed. Today I went down to vanity and had my eyebrows micro-bladed by Meghan. I love the results! My eyebrows were blonde and invisible. I love the natural hair stroke look it provides and being able to see my eyebrows with out applying make up is refreshing! I have hated my eyebrow color, shape, and sparseness for so long and today that was all fixed! Meghan was extremely professional and she put so much effort and consideration into my eyebrows. I bought a groupon for a full set of lash extensions + a fill here..and I am in love with this place and have already booked another fill! The location has the perfect girly and fun vibe, it has a very high end feel but they have the knowledge and the proof in how gorgeous the lashes turn out to back it up despite being fairly new. The girls that work here are all very sweet and accommodating (they make sure you are comfortable and aware of everything they are doing throughout the process), and I am more than pleased with my results. I never wear mascara anymore because I don't need it, everyone who works here knows their stuff and will really customize your lashes so it turns out how you want. I wanted more natural looking thick lashes and that's what I got. They are very busy so you shouldn't expect to get the first appointment you request..but if you have never gotten lash extensions before definitely book an appointment with Meghan or Samantha because I will never go without my lash extensions again! read more

I have to give a huge shot out to my girl Karissa and Vanity Lash Lounge!! I started coming to this salon just over a year ago, and I have yet to have a bad or even mediocre experience. The salon is definitely always busy, which to me is a great sign and the employees are always working hard. You can tell they are all happy and enjoy being there! I know some people get upset over them not answering the phone, but this is because they are focusing on the person in front of them. If you leave a message, they call back right away! Karissa always goes the extra mile with me. She books us extra time, and makes sure each lash is perfect. We have experimented with a couple different types (volume, couture, etc.) and the couture lashes are hands down my favorite. I constantly get compliments on them, and am always asked where I get them done. It's safe to say I send everyone to Vanity!! I make the drive from Seattle every few weeks because they are the best. Plus, they do Botox 2x a month.. how convenient! read more

I had my arms waxed here and had the absolute worst reaction. My doctor said that it's going to get worse before it gets better. I called to talk to them about it but the girl on the phone was extremely rude to me and said it was normal for a first time waxer to get a few bumps. I don't have a few bumps and I explained the severity of my reaction. Not only did I react bad to their product but they burned me! Im horrified to even go outside. Do not buy the waxing Groupon! Do not go here for waxing! Unsanitary! REPLY TO OWNER: I do not appreciate being called a liar indirectly. I first heard about vanity through a Groupon ad. I didn't say that I used a Groupon. I am warning against it. Thank God I didn't have my vagina waxed. People do use nick names, middle names, short names etc. for usernames. So search your data base all you like. Like other reviewers have stated, they don't take appointments seriously. Or rather they don't have the correct system in place to take them as serious as they are. They are your entire business. I have gone out of my way to get ahold of them and schedule my appointment and follow the rules of their policies, just to wait around for their technicians who are running behind by 20+min and then want to rush through the service. Hearing the girls talk there is alway drama with their girls and gripes about the owners and the way they do things or don't do things. Listening to someone bit** while your eyes are closed and you can't move is obnoxious to say the least. I want to relax when getting a beauty service, not listen to the latest gossip about the salon next door or an employee or owner there's a grievance with. Done. read more

I went to Vanity today for a pedicure. I hadn't had one for a couple of months. Myaca was so nice and took her time to make my toenails look beautiful. She was sensitive to my bunions and just seemed to really care. After my pedicure, I was able to get a test for my lashes. My eyes are so sensitive. I haven't worn eye makeup for 20+ years for more than a couple of hours because my eyes are so sensitive. DB offered to do a test with their last extensions on each eye. I will know within the next 48 hours if I'll be able to do the extensions. I was very apprehensive about the glue and just having anyone touch my eyes. Bella did a fantastic job on my lashes! It was very important to me to get a very natural look that enhanced the shape of my eyes and brows and she accomplished this beautifully! She asked me questions and explained my options so that I got a perfect set of lashes customized for me! I was so relaxed and comfortable during the appointment I actually took a lash nap. Bella has a very professional, sweet and calm energy. This was a great experience and I must say the quality of the lashes and products used has been far superior to any other I have experienced. I love Vanity Lash Lounge. I have been seeing Karissa for maybe two or so years. Prior to that I saw Meghan the manager and loved her as well. I always walk out really happy with my lashes. I am going on four years of non stop lashes and have not had to stop at any point since my lashes are so healthy. They really care for my lashes and always give me the best advice on how to prolong the "life" of the extensions. I have also gotten my nails done here and loved the experience. I got the gel nails that no one really does around here and loved them. They are better then acrylic and look more natural. Also have gotten a Brazilian wax and had a great experience with that too. My sister took me here for an early birthday present for me to get my eyelashes done. Neither of us have had them done before, and we have heard some horror stories about eyelash extensions. But I must say that Vanity Lash Lounge has put all of my doubts out the window! Connie did my volume lashes and I absolutely love them! She was so nice to me and assured me that she would choose the best look of lashes that would compliment my face and she sure was right! I am in awe! I am excited to go out for my birthday in a few weeks to show off my lashes! The only thing I recommend is to call about two weeks before you would like to get in. my sister told me it took her a few tries to find the availability for us. It's an amazingly elegant establishment! I was shocked at how high end it felt inside. The end result was far from elegant, however. I got lash extensions applied here. I asked for them to look natural and soft. The girl was quick, which I appreciated, but my set was too chunky and far too dark for my pale skin to look at all natural. I wasn't given the option as to what type of lashes I would like- I like silk or mink- they just gave me heavy, hard plastic lashes. I had them removed that same day because I did not want to be seen with such gaudy lashes. I was really disappointed because I wanted to like this place! I bought some of their hemp lotion, though; that smells nice. Perhaps their other services are of higher quality. read more

I purchased a groupon for a full set and was a little bit hesitant after reading some of these reviews. I have had lash extensions previously so knew what to expect. Karissa was my lash specialist and she is so great! I love my lashes! She communicated with me throughout the whole process to make sure I was happy with the length, fullness, etc of the lashes. The atmosphere at Vanity Lash lounge is very spa like and relaxing. I have been back for a fill and am very happy with how my lashes are holding up. Karissa is very professional and knowledgeable and gives lots of tips on how to care for your extensions in between fills. I've been going to Vanity Lash Lounge for about 4+ years and I love it there! The lash ladies really know what they're doing. I can chat with my gal or take a nap, and when you open your eyes at the end, BOOM... lash beauty! I have been going to Jovi for at least 2 years now and she's great! We chat about all kinds of stuff or we just listen to the music they play in the salon, both are great! I have purchased giftcards for my friends who hadn't gone there yet, and now they're hooked! Vanity is clean and I have never had any kind of reaction to the glue or lashes, they even have sensitive glue if you need it! Meghan has been my go to gal for beauty tips and lash application. I decided to try microblading of my eyebrows and I was impressed and amazed at the transformation! I have sparse lashes and brows with her true craftsmanship she constructed both areas to look perfectly natural. She made sure I was comfortable, part of the process and informed me of the steps the entire procedure. After a few months of saving/budgeting, I finally got a micro-blade! I had an appointment with another person that was offering me a model micro-blade service for $250, but I cancelled at the last minute-and contacted Vanity. I'm so glad I followed my gut because I got to meet with the beautiful (inside and out) Meghan Hoang. This woman is a wealth of knowledge! I had some anxiety, but Meghan was so comfortable to work with, and super patient. She took her time with the prep work, and made sure it was perfect, and I was happy. I got my lashes done by Katie yesterday, she was amazing!! The lashes turned out so beautiful. I had a bad experience at Fabulash in Kirkland, so I was debating getting lashes again. I will never go to someone else again, only Katie!! The application was delicate. Before she applied them she asked me what I wanted, which I appreciated because for my previous experience, that did not happen. She did exactly what I wanted. We had great conversation. I am not a regular skin care spa customer but I just had the 1st of my "Vampire Facelift" treatments 5 days ago. I can't believe the difference already. Vanity Lash Lounge offers so much more than lashes. The front desk staff greeted me immediately and it was a short wait for my appointment. Meghan, the owner, was so professional, explained the procedure and constantly asked how I was doing. I just got my eyebrows MicroBladed by Meghan and they look amazing! I love the time and process that Meghan put into doing my eyebrows. She is very detailed oriented and the shape and color look AWESOME. I am someone that has a very low pain tolerance, but this process was painless and I could hardly feel anything. Meghan had a great eye and is so technical with her hands. She was able to perfectly line up both brows and give them both the same exact arch, shape, and length. And they look natural! I booked a lash appointment at the Edmonds location after seeing a 40% off promotion. I was excited…read morefor the opportunity and scheduled with Lindsey, who was very kind throughout the appointment. However, there was a miscommunication regarding the style I wanted. I had requested a cat eye set with the longest length (12 mm) at the outer corners and shorter lengths toward the middle and inner corners. Despite showing a reference photo, the final result was a uniform 11-12 mm length with a D curl throughout, creating a much more dramatic look than I had intended. I didn't feel comfortable expressing my concerns at the time, so I went to the Lynnwood location to see if anything could be done. I was warmly welcomed by Erica, who was understanding and willing to help. Since it was near closing time, I was told a manager would follow up with me regarding possible solutions--whether that be a partial refund or a no-cost correction (such as a partial removal and reapplication to adjust the lengths). Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up call, so I contacted the manager myself. When he returned my call, he informed me that both Lindsey and Erica felt the set matched the reference photo--something I respectfully disagreed with. He stated that refunds were not offered, but agreed to provide a complimentary partial removal and length adjustment. However, the conversation felt dismissive and unprofessional. The next day, I arrived for the appointment as scheduled, only to find that it had been booked for just 30 minutes--far too short for any meaningful correction. Erica was helpful again and suggested I do a full removal now and return for a full set (which I would pay for) or wait until my next fill to make the desired changes. At that point, I decided to leaving the lashes as is and move forward with a fill at a different salon where I had already booked an appointment for a few weeks later. Overall, while I appreciated the kindness of the lash technicians, the experience with management was disappointing and did not reflect the level of service I had hoped for. Clear communication and better customer care would have made all the difference.

She was gentle and kind. Just what I needed today! I will post an update in two weeks when I come in for a fill but I suspect they will hold up if I do what she told me. I didn't experience any discomfort at all. I cannot recommend her enough! Update: Katrina is the BOSS!!! I adore her as a person but most of all, she is amazing at what she does. I've been back for a fill and will post another photo of my lashes 2 weeks later. Still looking good! I'm going back in today for another fill and could probably even wait 3 weeks as my lashes are still holding up well but I love how they look right after so I will keep going ever 2 weeks as suggested. I bought the Groupon for the first time with an added fill. She spent more time than usual at the last appointment and never once treated me differently because I bought the Groupon. I'm a loyal customer when things go well and she's got me for good. Katrina is the real deal!
