Why be a number at a large corporate spa when you can experience 1:1 personalized attention? You are literally the only client in there during your spa treatment. It is the ultimate luxury: complete privacy. Beauty on Broadway carries an incredible skin care line that my 40-something year old skin thrives on. Their tinted spf 30 facial moisturizer is my holy grail if-I-can-only-take-one-thing-on-a-deserted-island beauty product. I've had a few facials here and my skin looks absolutely incredible afterwards. She is very knowledgeable and especially skilled with sensitive skin. I come here regularly for waxing. It's never weird. I never feel self-conscious. Rebecca is a girl's girl and makes every client feel instantly comfortable. We just chat away the whole time and before you know it, all done! Another thing I love about her spa is the fun gift ideas in her lobby as well. In addition to gift certificates, she has bath bombs, lotions, reed diffusers and the best smelling candles in the world, also made by a local small business owner. Her adorable spa is located right next door to the Cathcart Store. The ever-popular Grounds Coffee stand is in the parking lot. There are dedicated labeled parking spots right in front for customers. If you have limited mobility, this is your spa! It's less than 10 steps from car door to entrance and there are no stairs inside. So now you know exactly how to have a great day: Enjoy a spa treatment or two in total privacy and serenity at Beauty on Broadway. Nab a candle or two from her lobby and feel good supporting two small businesses in one transaction. Then drive through the Grounds Coffee stand on your way out for a fun treat (see my 5 star review) and drive home feeling like a million bucks!

Waited for half an hour with no response before texting the same number I had left a voicemail with asking about the time slot I had requested and if I needed to rebook it, the only response I got was "yes". It took up almost until half an hour before my requested appointment slot for it to actually be booked/confirmed.
