I booked a 60 minute and wish I did a 90 minute instead! The spa itself was clean, very calm and relaxing. It is located in downtown Snohomish with easy parking. Giving me less than 24 hours heads up on my appointment. I can't make the appointment as I have a conflicting appointment (I'm pregnant...so many appointments). I email the contact on the text and get notified that I will be charged 50% of the services I'm 100% not getting because I didn't cancel before 48hrs when they do not reminders...honestly who's fault is this (theirs) I understand this policy if you're a regular client and no show frequently. But seriously not even a call to let me know...just careless and rude. There's plenty of other places to get skin treatments. Dealing with shitty customer service vs driving to Seattle...I'll take the 30 min drive. Don't waste your time and money
