I'm not sure if she was being particularly rude to me because she could tell I was uncomfortable from her not wearing a mask/her sign or if she treats every customer this way. I've never been spoken to the way she did by a 'professional' in the beauty/health/wellness industry. It was as if she was mad at ME for being there! I thought maybe I had booked the wrong thing online, so a minute into her brash line of questioning I apologized and said, "oh I'm sorry I thought I booked a consultation," she responded in a condescending tone saying, "I know-this is me consulting you." It's concerning that this person is claiming a 'science based' approach to her work when it's very clear that she is not aligned with the scientific community.
