The weight was less than five minutes, and the chair was so comfortable that I nearly fell asleep in the short time. I was waiting afterwards when we were discussing the actual service, she knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to help me out instantly on top of this, she was very, very kind and tried to actually not charge me for a service that she did for me, which was my middle eyebrow. I'm very particular about the way I like my eyebrows done, so I usually only have my aunt do them for me or a specific person at studio4brows in Lynnwood. However, both of my usual options weren't available and my eyebrows were in desperate need of clean up as they've grown so much in this pandemic. I found this business through yelp and decided to come with my mother as I was intrigued by the $12 eyebrow rates. Our appointment was at 4:30pm and she let us in a bit earlier to get started. The threading process was very quick, I think it was around 10 minutes if not a little less. It was a bit more rough than I'm used to as the skin surrounding my eyebrow was quite red. Though I'm very satisfied with how they turned out as she was able to keep my eyebrows thick while shaped and most importantly, even. I walked for eyebrow threading without an appointment, and I only had to wait 2 minutes, even though only one gal was working. When I sat down, I told her to give me more of an arch and shape my eyebrows up, and she went off to work her powers! It's a pretty chill salon. I went in today around 12:30 and there was no wait. I forgot to ask for the lady's name but she did an overall great job. I got the full face thread for 38$. It was a bit rough but only around the sensitive areas of my face, like the upper lip, under the brow, and the sideburns. There was a moment where she kind of tilted my head abruptly but it was nothing too bad. It's not like she slammed my head down on the head rest. There's a radio station playing lightly so it's not completely quiet. I would definitely recommend this spot. read more

I've been getting my brows threaded for over 10 years, but I'm new to WA. I moved here last year, and I was super skiddish to try a new place. I finally decided to try Best Brow and I'm so glad I did! I showed Vandy a picture of my brows when I liked them the most, and she noted that they were a little more sparse now than in that picture, so she was careful to leave the shape and said she could fix them once I had some regrowth! I've been threading my eyebrows for almost 5 years but recently moved from Seattle to Everett. I was so sad that the only place to get threaded was in the mall. The person who i usually saw there never recognized me and usually made them a little thinner than I like. When this place opened in the same strip mall as my daycare, I was so excited. And then I found out it was even 20% cheaper than the other threading kiosk! The woman who owns it used to work at the kiosk in the mall, but is now going out on her own. She keeps my eyebrows much more even than they usually are, and is incredibly nice. Im so happy to be able to support a local business and have it so easily accessible! read more

Edit: I am reducing my rating to 2 from 5. I went in after a gap of a few months today. It was not the owner but an employee who did my brows n upper lip. My experience was horrible. My skin is burning. I'm pretty sure I have a few cuts I'm not happy with the result either but l really did not want her pulling my skin out any more so I left. The worst part is I took a 6 month membership. I don't know how I'm going to bear this torture. Original review: Got my brows done after almost a year..she kept her word of not making them thin. I don't think I will be back to this place again. I kept on going back because of how resonable the price is for eyebrow threading, but I'm not saving time or money with how the service has been lately. I've been to this place maybe three times and waited for more than 10 minutes. I left twice before getting serviced, and stayed once, waiting for about 30 minutes before getting my eyebrows done. It wasn't even like a usual popular day like the weekend or something like Homecoming or Prom coming up--just a regular day, and I waited for a long time. I didn't like that, but understand that there is only one person available to do the threading at that time. The other issue that I had was hygiene. The lady that did my threading did not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer between clients. She was coughing as well, and would cover her mouth with her elbow, but I didn't feel like she should be working if she is feeling sick or getting over something. Threading involves using your mouth/teeth to grab the thread, and I kind of felt like I was getting a lot of germs on me by having her cough, continue threading, and not wash her hands in between clients. When I got home, I took another look at my eyebrows... and they were not even. So, I made a decision that I'm going to go somewhere else next time that is a little bit more efficient, cleaner and provides a better service. read more

I always get my eyebrows and upper lip done here. I have the 6 visit pass and it's definitely worth it. Every time I come in, there is usually a short wait if any, my eyebrows are shaped perfectly and they listen to me. I'm always trying to grow out my eyebrows and I always tell them I don't want to much taken off, and now they say it before I do I have gone to many places where I remind the ladies the same thing and two minutes later my eyebrows are thin and I look like I belong in the 90s. I would give them negative stars if I could. I went there for cleaning up my eyebrows and came out looking like a domestic violence victim. The work was so imperfect I had to show the person all the extra hair like a dozen times. By the time she was done, I was bleeding above one eye which I did not realize as I was leaving the salon. A day later I developed allergy above the other eye as well. Too expensive for the quality of service they provide. I would not even send my worst enemy there. read more

It took maybe 5 minutes in total (trimming with scissors included) and my brows looked soooo good!
