She has helped clear my skin tremendously, and I absolutely will not go anywhere else. There was a time where I desperately tried to find a facialist last second when HeeSun was on vacation and it was a waste of money. I left looking the same as when I walked in. HeeSun looks at your skin and identifies your skin needs, she doesn't just put random stuff on your face. She takes her time, and doesn't rush like other spas that do everything without care. She extracts, steams, moisturizes, masks, and even has high tech equipment like High frequency probe to use on your face. She won't do something that won't benefit your skin. I came to her recently after I had really bad congestion and failed to extract properly, I gave myself red, inflammed, and patchy skin. She spent a good amount of time extracting the remaining spots I had failed to extract successfully and soothed, & iced my face after all the steaming and prepping. I have had a few bad lash lifts in the past, and she was honest with me that there was still some damage and that she wasn't going to let the solution sit for as long in order to protect them. Brittany had reached out to me same day after I had scheduled my appointments online, and provided all the details on the services I was requesting to make sure it was what I was wanting. This made me feel so much better about getting each procedure done. The day of, she walked me through the process, and took her time finding the right colors. I was nervous about going darker on the lips at first, so I went with a lighter color. She put plenty of treatment on the brows and lips, and felt no pain during each procedure. She also checked in on me frequently to make sure I was doing ok. Immediately after, there was very minimal swelling which went away within 24-48 hours. I recommend following the healing directions she hands out at the end with the care kit she provides. I was so happy with my results, she totally nailed the look that I wanted!!!
