As she was drawing the template of my eyebrows she would be talking about something that would draw out a reaction, and she would say, I'm going to tone the arch down a little, you really raise that brow. Or she would say, I'm going to extend them a bit to soften them. Molly takes her time to give you a natural looking makeup. I am so happy to have my expression back! I was a little nervous about getting a tattoo on my face, but my nervousness was quelled by looking at her past before and after client pictures. Molly is a perfectionist, and let me tell you, it's a great trait in the permanent makeup field. She worked with me, took the time to get a good feel for what I was looking for, and used a hardcore little ruler/protractor for precision and accuracy. She did a test before the actual permanent application so I felt good about her moving forward with permanence. The application itself wasn't pleasant, but it wasn't bad either. And it went surprisingly quickly. The way the ink works, right after she applied and for the next day or two my brows were darker than what they ended up being (I'm a dirty blonde). So don't worry :). Let me tell you, I could not be happier with the end result. Molly is sweet and amazing. I freaking love my new brows. Thank you, Molly!!

Denise is friendly and makes sure I'm comfortable while performing the procedure which goes very quickly on the small tattoos (thank goodness...it's bearable but not fun!). I had a couple prior appointments at a different provider in another city but have seen further improvement in the fading since seeing Denise, and her pricing is more reasonable. She is also realistic about results, no promises of things she can't deliver. I inquired about a separate aesthetic treatment and she said my skin wasn't advanced in age enough for it to make a difference, instead of taking my money and delivering sub-par results. The treatment space is private and comfortable though the lobby's a little confusing as it services a handul of different providers. If you're thinking about getting a tattoo removed I suggest getting a consultation with Denise. Your results may vary based on your skin, the type and color of ink used, and the age of the tattoo, so it's usually not a one-and-done treatment. I recommend Denise and Renew Laser Aesthetics.

They overbook and under staff -- you're then left waiting while they work through their backlog. My most recent visit was particularly disappointing. It is my wedding week, and I had a facial scheduled -- an appointment I had confirmed over multiple phone calls in advance, with the details clearly noted in my file. Upon arrival, I was informed that they did not have a technician on staff qualified to perform the service. No prior notice was given, despite the multiple confirmation calls. I have multiple friend who purchased hair removal packages at the same time, and all five of us have had the exact same experience. None of us will be buying touch up packages here. Given the cost of these services, I'd strongly encourage prospective clients to consider a local business instead of this chain -- one that will communicate proactively and respect your time. I would not recommend this location.

I've been her patient for 6 months, and she offers the latest and best skin lasers specifically designed for ethnic, olive-toned South Asian skin like mine. I've undergone a combination of Pico, CO2, and RF microneedling treatments to address the deep acne scars I've had since my teens and twenties. Finding Dr. Luba was a game-changer; she knew exactly how to treat my skin without causing hyperpigmentation and scarring, which I'm prone to. The Pico lasers, in particular, were amazing, and visiting her once a month has dramatically improved my skin. I look and feel younger, with my acne scars nearly gone and my fine lines fading. One of the best parts is her monthly membership, which is affordable and reasonable, especially considering the high-quality lasers she has in her clinic. I loved my experience so much that I plan to restart treatments in the winter for maintenance. I wish I had better before and after pictures, but here are some recent ones: one during recovery from my last Pico session, and one after, with only sunscreen and minimal makeup on.

Top advice: Verify every single charge and AVOID leaving a credit card on file with this business…read more My wife and I used this medspa for five months, but we had to sever ties immediately due to highly erratic, non-transparent, and unauthorized billing practices. The owner operates entirely on ambiguity, using flyers posted on the walls as a substitute for clear communication or actual signed consumer consent. She seems to genuinely not understand how ambiguous or unprofessional she is. We asked her repeatedly, "What is included in this membership/package?" Every time, she would get cagey and dodge the question by replying with, "What are you interested in?" She regularly included extra services that were not part of the membership, but never consistently, making it impossible to know what we were actually paying for. We actually witnessed this exact scenario play out with another customer a couple of months ago. We arrived for an appointment to find a frantic woman standing at the front desk hitting the bell over and over again. The owner literally called my phone from outside, hiding in her car behind the building because she refused to face the customer. She told me on the phone she couldn't understand why the woman was upset about an unexpected bill, insisting her prices were clear. They are not. The exact same thing just happened to us. My wife discussed a potential future treatment. Without providing a written estimate, discussing a price out loud, or obtaining explicit billing authorization, the owner immediately charged our credit card $1,280. When we reached out to dispute this massive charge, she claimed "all sales are final" for a service that hadn't even been rendered yet, claiming that the price was posted on flyers in her office yet refused to let my wife view the flyer in the room to confirm the pricing, and flatly refused to provide a copy of the foundational contract we supposedly signed months ago. Her justification was that because the price was on a flyer on the wall, she had the right to charge our card without asking. Furthermore, we discovered we were being billed a $299 monthly membership fee each, despite never signing a membership agreement or contract. We have initiated a formal dispute with our credit card company for unauthorized billing and services not rendered, and we are filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Washington State Attorney General. Hanging a flyer on a wall does not give a business the right to run a customer's credit card without permission. The operations here are completely unethical. Save yourself the financial headache and go elsewhere.

On my initial visit (consultation), Patty, medical esthetician, examined my tattoo on my ankle and estimated how many sessions it would take for results, she thoroughly explained the process and procedures. My first session went well. Prior to receiving laser removal, I met with Dr. Gregory and he numbed the area. After a few minutes, Patty and I wore goggles and she checked to make sure I was completely numbed before lasering away. After it was complete, she applied an ointment and bandage; gave me post-care instructions to take home. At home, I did not blister nor had any scarring whatsoever and my tattoo was slowly fading each day. I learned that staying hydrated helped the lymphatic system flush the ink away. I was able to go about my day as usual except Patty advised at consultation that no suntanning, no use of any self-tanner lotions, etc. is good. Therefore, I had to cover it with a band-aid or long leggings to prevent sun exposure to the lasered area. The second session was the same as the first except I requested to numb the area with an ice pack (to take the edge off) instead of the lidocaine injection and incorporated breathing techniques while receiving the laser removal. On a scale from 1-10, (having a high tolerance for pain) rated the pain level at 3. It felt like a rubber band snapping my skin. The third session is in eight weeks so this review is to be continued w/ before and after pictures. Wished Yelp had TEN stars because that's what I'd rate Sound Tattoo Removal!

Edmonds and north- enders we have a real gem in our midst!…read more I found Julie through yelp and Google reviews. I like to support Edmonds businesses whenever possible, but for something as personal and important as permanent eyeliner I would have driven as far as necessary. Several years ago I had this done in the big city LOL (seattle). The provider I chose then was good, but I felt rushed and a bit mislead about what the website said versus what I actually received. It was very important for me to feel comfortable with my provider this time. The fact her office is in Edmonds was a great bonus. I picked up the phone and called Julie. She spent a nice amount of time on the phone with me and made me feel comfortable about the amount of time she spends with a client...And about having realistic expectations (which I admire and appreciate). I am in my mid-50s and have the aging Eye thing to be aware of! I love Julie's candor - you don't treat a 50-year-old eyelid the same way you would a 22-year-old and I loved that we could talk about realistic expectations for my particular eye shape/ skin. Julie was able to make me feel very comfortable with her anesthetic booster. (my first experience with a different provider was super painful). Yes!!! This was very important to me! Julie's work was meticulous. I've just finished my touchup appointment and I'm super excited to see it once healed. I was soooo happy after the first appointment that I can't imagine how cool this touchup is going to be. Please ladies (and gentlemen)...if you are on the fence about any kind of cosmetic pigment procedures, get off and see Julie. She's extremely caring, professional and her attention to detail is so gratefully appreciated. She is also funny and entertaining (always a bonus).
