Total time in TD Nails including a 5-10 minute wait for service

In all honesty, the people here were kind and respectful, and she did a good job on my toes, but I wouldn't return. I booked the silver service expecting the advertised 45-minute pedicure. I can't wear nail polish due to sensitivities, and my usual salon always makes up for that with extra massage and relaxation time, so I still receive the full service. Unfortunately, this pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes total. Once I said I didn't want polish, she immediately said "okay, all done," rolled my pant leg down, and sent me on my way. I left feeling like I paid for a 45-minute service but only received half of it because I declined polish. I also expected much more massage during the service. This may just be personal preference, but one of my biggest pedicure pet peeves is when all the massage focus is on the top of the feet instead of the bottoms, which are the part that actually hold all the tension and need the most attention. I still tipped out of obligation, but honestly left feeling disappointed and like I didn't get my money's worth. Choosing not to get nail polish shouldn't mean receiving less service.

Such a painful experience. It was unhygienic and rough. My side walls to my nails are no longer there, they're inflamed and only the root is popping out. They filed and filed till my nails were red and thin even when you could tell it was uncomfortable and hurting they kept going. My nail technician was Tina. My natural nails won't grow back healthy, just damaged and the natural shape will come back uneven and thin. I could feel how thin it was due to the burning of the UV light. They didn't soak my nails off just filing till i could feel the burning sensation of the file. I am a nail tech myself but I haven't had time to redo my nails for myself due to my schedule so this was my last resort, they did a lot wrong, dust and debris was still on my nails before putting on the extension and my nails were cut all the way to the skin leaving it irritated. They went in with the file so many times, my nails are hurting bad now. And if you don't understand why side walls are important they are just the sides of your natural nail bed which keeps the shape of your nails and mine are gone. read more

During the peel, she was extremely careful and routinely asked how I was feeling. The tingling was minimal, overall a very comfortable experience. Korin was very detailed in her aftercare instructions, and also sent me home with a small sample of moisturizer to minimize the visible peeling. Due to following her instructions, I experienced MINIMAL visible peeling, but great results in the improvement of my skin's texture. My clients have been asking me if I've switched foundations! My…read moreexperience with her everytime is warm and inviting and we never run out of things to talk about, which is good because I don't want to be thinking of the Waxing I am having done! Although Waxing is inherently painful I do have to say it is WAY less painful with Monique then at the other two place I went before finding her. I will never go anywhere else. In fact I moved 40 miles away from the salon and I still make my monthly appointment. The salon is small and intimate, which is really comforting and is always extremely clean and smells amazing. Also, Monique's pricing is about 8 dollars cheaper than the last big name spa I went to, and for a way better experience! Who could ask for more! Don't waste your time going some place else. Just go see Monique. You won't regret it!

I had a fine experience. I got acrylic nails an Hanah did them for me. They are nice. Although she charged me $5 extra to cut my cuticles (which she barely did). I thought that came along with the package. I am giving this place 3 stars because my mom had a horrible experience and I witnessed it. The woman who did my mom's pedicure didn't massage, didn't use any oils or anything else that the other women were receiving. Her pedicure lasted a total of 10 minutes. After she finished with my mom, I saw her feet & it looked like it had never even been scrubbed. She told the manager & he had the same woman work one more time on my mom. My mom also asked for a manicure and the woman was soooo careless! The nail polish isn't even on the entire surface of the nails and it's all over her skin. The woman wanted to finish with my mom quickly and you can tell by the less-than-poor job she did. She got aggravated when my mom would point out a nail that needed more polish on the side. Won't be coming back here again. read more

had a great pedicure with my mom! atmosphere is wonderful. the nail techs are nice and know my mom by name, (I'm not offended as I rarely go, my mom is quite the regular customer) and managed to put the design I requested, a puppy paw print, on all of my toes, including my extremely small and strangely shaped pinky toenail! The service was extremely enjoyable and the massage chairs are just another added bonus, they're very high quality and have adjustable neck support. I was gifted a simple but prominent joy to keep on my body by these nail techs, and through a rough day, I can look at them and it makes me feel better. Thank you guys! You all rock and I appreciate the service and quality treatment I get every time I go!:] They're all rockstars and I have never had service this good at any other nail salons I've tried. Lisa is terrible. She's a lazy nail lady. She was rushing to get off so she made my acrylics look like a 5 year old playing around with glue. I had to go back twice for her to fix it. She's rude!!! Literally worst experience. Then she demanded a tip. LOL this place is loosing 5 regulars due to her laziness. We all have jobs and want to get off but Lisa your only job is to make sure my nails look good. I was a completely kind to her despite her rushing. Me and my friends payed good money so do your job right and stop being lazy!!!!! Counter 10 LISA is the worst!! No one go to her!! Acrylics shouldn't be less than 45 min . read more

I was very impressed with TD Nails COVID protocols and health and safety for customers & staff. As I entered, someone greeted me with a temp check & hand sanitizer. Protective screens were built all around the salon and only 10 customers were allowed at a time. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel safe and comfortable. Kenny gave me an amazing pedi and mani. I am very happy with the customer service, especially during this uncertain time. I 10/10 recommend anyone to come to this nail salon. I saw Jessica for eyelash extensions this weekend and she did a beautiful job. She is friendly and very careful as she works. The lashes are beautiful and natural looking and I couldn't be more pleased. I think you need to be very careful who you let works so closely on such an important area. Jessica was professional and careful with the delicate procedure and I ended up with awesome results. I highly recommend her and eyelash extensions ! They're fabulous! read more

Amazing nail salon. They are professionals when it comes to nails. Im very picky but these ladies take the cake. They are always busy and that's because they do a great job. Acrylics, Shellac, pedi, and waxing are what I get once a week and I love it. I always walk out of there feeling like a million bucks. Best time to go is Monday- Wednesday during the day while everyone's at work, so its not so busy :) read more

I love visiting TD Nails every month. I love pampering myself with a shellac manicure and Pedicure. Tony, Maria, and Linda are amazing. Tony (the owner) has really updated the spa; it is very relaxing. I love all the new nail designs and styles - cateye, chrome, etc. With the diverse colors, you can have a different design every month. read more

I've been going to TDNails for years for pedicures, manicures and simple waxing. It's the only place I go because they always make me feel welcome. It's always as treat to go spend an hour or two in their very clean, very well managed facility. They have a wide selection of services and types of nail colors. read more

WORST manicure I think I've ever had…read more. I came in for an appt at 6pm. I needed a fill for some gel x nails (3 had fallen off) and a pedi. The pedicure was great. However I have never had my nails look this messed up. If it hadn't been 730 when they finished (they close at 7) I would have complained. it looks like I did them myself...I considered going back tomorrow to have them fix, but I might go somewhere different. they were kind ladies, but I am so disappointed in how it turned out. Issues: *filled nails using some kind of liquid acrylic. Left them looking lumpy, uneven and crooked, the shapes don't match from the top view AND the side view.. *the sides of the nails aren't painted fully, u can see nail underneath on 4 different spots. Nail beds are also not fully painted on several nails. *new gel x nails (pinky, pointer on left/middle on right ) are WAY too thin, from the side and also the shape compared to others. I even complained about it while she was doing them and asked her to put a layer of the acrylic over so they looked more like the others, she refused. they are also WAY LONGER than the rest cause she didn't clip or even file them down. They have a completely different shape too, much skinnier and straight instead of coffin. They look like they came with a whole different set. * cuticles look chewed up and swollen from being sanded instead of clipped (she used the electric drill with sander attachment which hurt pretty bad) * super impatient and rushed me to pick a color, convinced me to get dark color instead of light, and got it all over my hands. The dark color is making the flaws stand out and look even worse. *dripped liquid acrylic under nail and left it to harden

Not sure if it was an off day but my gel removal was so bad that all my nails broke off afterwards…read more Unfortunately the lady did not know how a lot of things worked, she reapplied the gel removal polish so many times (proper way to use it is to coat the gel thoroughly and let it sit a while, but instead she covered thin layers over and over again). At the end, she drimmeled my entire nails just to remove the gel, my nails got so thin at the end that all my nails broke off this has never happened to me in my life! I am so sad. Also the owners 2 kids were around the whole day which was quite distracting not only for me but the technicians because theyd pause the treatment several times to talk to them or take care of them. Overall, the price here is very low compared to prices in proper seattle area and unfortunately there is a reason why.
