In all honesty, the people here were kind and respectful, and she did a good job on my toes, but I wouldn't return. I booked the silver service expecting the advertised 45-minute pedicure. I can't wear nail polish due to sensitivities, and my usual salon always makes up for that with extra massage and relaxation time, so I still receive the full service. Unfortunately, this pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes total. Once I said I didn't want polish, she immediately said "okay, all done," rolled my pant leg down, and sent me on my way. I left feeling like I paid for a 45-minute service but only received half of it because I declined polish. I also expected much more massage during the service. This may just be personal preference, but one of my biggest pedicure pet peeves is when all the massage focus is on the top of the feet instead of the bottoms, which are the part that actually hold all the tension and need the most attention. I still tipped out of obligation, but honestly left feeling disappointed and like I didn't get my money's worth. Choosing not to get nail polish shouldn't mean receiving less service. read more

Such a painful experience. It was unhygienic and rough. My side walls to my nails are no longer there, they're inflamed and only the root is popping out. They filed and filed till my nails were red and thin even when you could tell it was uncomfortable and hurting they kept going. My nail technician was Tina. My natural nails won't grow back healthy, just damaged and the natural shape will come back uneven and thin. I could feel how thin it was due to the burning of the UV light. They didn't soak my nails off just filing till i could feel the burning sensation of the file. I am a nail tech myself but I haven't had time to redo my nails for myself due to my schedule so this was my last resort, they did a lot wrong, dust and debris was still on my nails before putting on the extension and my nails were cut all the way to the skin leaving it irritated. They went in with the file so many times, my nails are hurting bad now. And if you don't understand why side walls are important they are just the sides of your natural nail bed which keeps the shape of your nails and mine are gone. read more
