I had gone for pedis with my friend and the first thing the lady did was PEEL off my previous gel on my big toe which you're not suppose to do,not drill or file off just peel. She had begun cleaning my curticles and stared trimming and i had said ouch multiple times because she went into onto the side of my nails and cut into there. Not where i needed cleaning or trimming. I was in pain and said ouch multiple times and said that it hurts there and she ignored me. Then had the audacity ask me for a bigger tip but you're not gonna get one if my nails are bleeding and red.This lady was on the chubbier side and did not wear a mask. Do not come here!! read more

The techs were very patient with me as I was slow to pick a nail color. Overall they were able to accommodate my nail art that I requested and ensure my nails will last until the end of the week and likely longer. Very pleased with their work and I would come back again to try something different. My dip manicure was worked on while I was getting my shellac pedicure. read more

I have been back for 2 fills now and am thoroughly impressed with the quality and attention to detail on my nails. Hanna / Hannah (not sure how it's spelled) is incredibly skilled with acrylic & her many years of practice show. This place is fantastic, as long as you are willing to be patient and empathetic to the fact that it's a small business with an overwhelming number of people requesting appointments, constantly! Hanna is the only tech that does acrylic, so PLEASE be kind to her and understanding to the fact she's only one tech with MANY clients! The other techs do dip, and they offer pedicures as well, but I have yet to purchase one. Will update this review with my experience! I would recommend blocking out a little extra time if you choose to do a walk-in, to be considerate of the level of business they receive, and realistic on your schedule. But the photos speak for themselves. Hanna is INCREDIBLE at what she does! 5/5 would recommend, just PLEASE be kind and patient with her schedule so I don't feel guilty if this review bring her more clients that solely do acrylic! J is so talented! I am visiting from California and needed a set. I am extremely picky about where I go and I usually will only get a set from someone who I've actually seen their work. He did not disappoint! He is so meticulous and made sure everything was perfect. For his talent I have paid 2-3x as much at private nail studios in LA. 10/10! Will be coming back for a fill! I called ahead to make an appointment and they were busy so I waited about 15 mins. Everyone in the salon is very polite and friendly, the salon is clean and the chairs are comfy. Hannah and Kim did a wonderful job on my nails. Hannah added a tip and shaped my nails, she recommended dip and I think that was the perfect decision. She did an almond shape for me and the dip kept my nails nice and thin. Kim added glossy gel and did my design. It came out perfect and exactly what I wanted. They both did a wonderful job and I'm excited to come back and see them again! I paid 75$ for a full set, dip powder, and design with a 20$ cash tip. read more

I went here for the first time two days ago and my experience was amazing from start to finish. The inside is very clean and everyone working was very sweet. An older man prepped my nails (took off old polish, etc) and a younger girl did the design. They were both very meticulous with my nails. The shape and design turned out perfectly. I also love that my acrylics aren't thick and chunky like a lot of other places make them. Additionally, their prices are great. I am so impressed with the quality of my nails and with the kindness of the staff!! I was late to the appointment but they were so patient with me and they still accommodated me regardless of being late. While they were doing my nails, you could tell how important it was for them to have my nails as perfect. They really took their time and did not rush with any steps and you can definitely notice when they were finished. Kimchi really outdid herself with my shellac manicure (I had to post a picture because I was that impressed). I usually get bubbles or some of the color is on my cuticles, but not hers! My pedicure was also done so beautifully. The salon was very cute and clean when walking in. This was my first time and I am already excited to come back! They were super nice here. The salon was well maintained and clean. Really nice interior. My nail stylist was very kind and gentle. I got a acrylic fill with design. They couldn't do the first design I wanted which was a cloud design that was the only negative. At the end she rubbed cuticle oil and lotion on my hands. This place is way better than Queen nails which had horrible customer service. I will definitely return back to this place. I'm glad they are open on Sundays. I made an appointment for 3 PM on Friday I walked in they took me immediately I was so excited a gentleman named Thom who had a visible license put on my full set and shaped them perfectly Then someone else painted them I couldn't tell you what their name was because I saw no business license for them. She was ridiculously rude and condescending I brought in a picture of what I wanted and spent 20 minutes arguing with someone how it wasn't going to look good because that's not a modern style I dress like a pinup I don't care about modern style. After literally almost bringing me to tears to where I told her don't bother don't do any design at all I don't care she finally attempted to do what I asked after my nails she also did my pedicure and Asked tons of questions about the scars on my legs which I have due to a mental illness I do not recommend I am giving two stars because Tom was excellent read more

Hannah did an amazing job. She took a lot of care to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. Nails are perfect! I will be back, for sure.

My sister and I when to get our lashes done because my normal place in Seattle was too busy and I was flying out of state and wouldn't get a chance to get them filled if not NOW!! First, it took us forever to get serviced because they kept shuffling everyone around. We ended up waiting close to 2 hours. Normally I would have left if I hadn't been so desperate. When I finally got my lashes done, they weren't perfectly straight and made me look like a hooker. They laid in so much glue it hurt my eyes to blink. The worst part is that when my lashes started falling out, it was in clumps because they didn't bother glueing one at a time!!! It was SO not pretty. Yes, it's cheap here, the cheapest I've found, but so not worth it!! I've gotten my lashes done at a ton if other places for over a year now but would NEVER go back here! Beware!! read more

If you are looking for a salon that does eyelash grafting (lash extensions), this is your place! I LOVE IT. the first visit is $70: to get a long beautiful set of lashes put on. after that it is only $30 to get a fill. my lashes usually need a fill about every week & a half -- two weeks. they stay on great, as long as you take care of them. (no rubbing, no mascara) Nancy does mine, and she's great!! * i wouldn't reccomind eyelash grafting for anyone who wears alot of lite shadow that powders down onto your lashes, since you can't put mascara on them to cover the discoloration. as far as the other services, they are moderatly priced and do a good job. i'd suggest pedicures.. but the acrylics do not stay on as well as i would like. the staff is very friendly, and you can actually carry on a conversation with them! and a CLEAN SALON is always a plus read more
