First visit was great! Scheduled online. Jackie did a great job! Thought I had found a new local salon. Second visit, scheduled online, arrived on time, only to be told there would be a wait, but they "didn't know how long". There apparently were about 8 walk-ins AHEAD of me in the waiting area. Why do you have online scheduling if you're NOT going to use it?!? The whole point of scheduling vs. walk-in is so THEY have to wait, not the people who bother to take the time to select a day, time and stylist and are considerate enough to SCHEDULE. I am so glad that you are so busy you can afford to turn potential loyal customers away. But I won't be back! Oh, yeah...and SUPERCUTS in general, is so NOT a $30+ haircut!!! read more

50% of the time you get a decent cut. The problem is the other 50% you may get a wonky cut and it looks silly. Due to the lack of reliability and consistency I give this super cuts a 2 star rating. This place also seems to raise prices every 6 months by $1 or so. They now charge $33 per haircut. Unfortunately, I think I'll need to find a new regular barber after a few mishap haircuts. Better stylists. Just had the worst haircut I've ever had by an older Asian women on Saturday, the 9th of August.

They took too much length off. The cut itself isn't terrible but I'm going to have to spend a lot of time styling every day to make it suitable for my face shape. Also, it was $56.00. $25 for five MIN of work on your head, do the math. I have tried tipping stylist anywhere from $5 to $10 in hopes they would recognize me and, slow down a bit. Have given up on this approach. Last time was sprayed down with some kind of scented insecticide by African American Stylist and first had to place a towel on my auto seat to drive home second, immediately had to strip off cloths and take a 20 MIN shower when getting back home. Ok so the haircuts are decent yet 9 out of 10 times you ask for a "shampoo" your shirt ends up getting wet. And sometimes you will get deserted by your stylist while they go check someone else in, and it wastes time. Everyone's pretty polite though. I don't know why y'all are so hasty here . Sure a basic haircut is now $23-27 but it's Mill Creek aka where the more wealthier people live so these prices aren't new around here. Today I had one of the best experiences I've had at this location as it was nice and easy to get my haircut with great customer service and treatment of a warm towel it's a great time. I walked in this morning, open sign was on and door was unlocked and an Asian lady looked at me like she was terrified...I was thinking is my hair that bad? She told me they weren't open yet and that I had to get out, looking at my watch I stumbled out backwards and decided I'd wait the 2mins until 10 and try again. The lady made a point of locking the door after me.... I waited 10min and tried the door again at 10:08 it was still locked and she was just staring at me.... I went in hoping for a blowout yesterday while out running errands at the Secaucus, NJ, salon. The stylist said she could not use a big round brush on my hair and instead used a flat iron sporadically and inconsistently. Another stylist tried to fix the hair but after 2+ hours, I could not take it any longer. This morning my hair is completely flat and a mess. Such a waste of $35. We've tried to come here two times, and both times the haircut was done very poorly and uneven and we had to go home and redo it ourselves. I asked for the dead ends to be trimmed off the bottom, and confirmed about 3-4 inches. The hairdresser even held up the ends of my hair to show me how much she planned to cut off. When I stood up, over 10 inches of hair was gone. I used to have hip-length hair and now it barely reaches mid-back. It'll take at least two years to grow back the amount of hair that she cut off. And when I pointed out that it was way shorter than I wanted, she just shrugged and didn't even apologize. Awful service, awful haircut. Don't go here. read more

They are only getting one star because I have to give them a star. I'm guessing new management. I'm not sure. My husband has been going there for a while and usually everyone is friendly, this time there was a lady on an evening gown and no one smiled or acknowledged us except to get my husbands name and number and cut his hair, which he isn't happy with even after trying to explain what he wanted. I've never been so uncomfortable and felt so I welcomed before. So, in the past we took our dogs with us and everyone was happy to see them and they even got treats. My husband got a good haircut at a reasonable price. The stylists were smiling and talking to customers, everything was welcoming. Today, there's no welcome, there's evening gown lady, the familiar stylists don't acknowledge our existence, probably because we walk in with two dogs that lie down at my feet while I wait. Then my husband goes for his haircut and I sit. Evening gown lady checks out a customer, says bare minimum to him and I see him walk out the door and then I see the new sign that says "service dogs only", "no food, no drinks, no dogs, no smoking". Suddenly I understand why the stylists that used to keep treats under the counter won't look at me or my dogs. I still don't understand why they won't talk to their customers or smile. I do know I've never felt so uncomfortable before. No one said anything to us, but I still felt unwelcome. My husband wasn't happy with his haircut and even he felt uncomfortable and noticed that the stylists seemed unsure about even talking with their customers. His stylist was either very new or also uncomfortable as not only did she not notice that his hair wasn't even until he pointed it out but he also had to point out that it needed some styling after the cut. She initially said that we did not have an appointment even though we had the email confirmation on the appointment. She was rude to my child unlike the other people who work there. Two stars for friendly associates minus the owner or manager I assume who was yelling at the girl checking people in and running around with wet hair. Very unprofessional. Girl who cut my hair did awful. It's not even, no face framing, nothing. I could have had my husband do this for free. She also didn't shampoo my hair as I requested when checking in. I don't know her name but she had a Spanish accent and medium long dark hair. She was friendly but not good. I now have an appointment at my regular salon to fix it. All I can say is WOW what a horrible cut. They lack basic understanding of the most basic hairstyles. If you don't care what your hair looks like this is the place for you but if you want any kind of style stay away. I've had my hair cut at this location three times now. The first time was pretty much acceptable, not terrible. The second time was really not good at all, and I'd made plans to pretty much never come back. I just remember it being a younger lady who took her sweet time and still managed to mutilate an otherwise decent head of hair. I gave them once last chance a couple weeks ago and got one of the better haircuts ever. I don't remember the name of the lady that did the job (she didn't speak very good English but she could cut hair), so as you might imagine, the key here is to just get the right stylist. they've always been good about honoring appointments and they're generally nice there. I'm giving this 2 stars based on 2 experiences so far. First experience was good. Unfortunately I don't remember the stylist's name. Second experience was bad. Really bad. I don't usually like to name people but Anastacia was the stylist, the same that Omar above had. And, like Omar, my neck hairline is crooked. This girl cannot cut a straight line. Stay away from her. I'm planning on going back one more time and I will request Trang (I think that's her name) because I have heard good things about her. Tran I think is a manager for this location is absolutely the best at not wanting to be at work and you can tell she hates her job and people that come in. She will give you a 5 minute hair cut and after you ask her to correct things she huffs and puffs not wanting to do it. I dont care if it takes you 3 minutes to give a hair cut, but if you work fast dont cut corners to fit as many people in to your working hour. Try to deliver at least more or less decent result. Law and tran are Are exceptional hairdressers but their manager is rude inconsiderate. I have been a 10 year customer But I have had my fill with this lady. I will miss having law as my hair dresser but I will not go back as long as that manager is there. Updated: I originally gave them 1 star but am now giving them 4. Husband went back in the same day. Kirsten, the manager offered to "fix" his hair. She did a fantastic job and knew exactly what to do to get the haircut he wanted. She also followed up with a complimentary haircut in the future. --------------------------------------------- Worst. Haircut. Ever. Don't cut your hair with Maria. My husband went in for a trim and ended up with uneven line up that was cut way too high up. There are also tons of stray long hair strands. He also asked for a facial line up which was done terribly uneven with tons of stray hair. If you are unable to perform a task or are unsure just DON'T DO IT. Please don't try and hope for the best. Terrible haircut and terrible customer service. Highly not-recommended. I waited over 7 minutes to even be acknowledged here. One stylist finished, swept a little, and then disappeared without saying a word. I was the only customer waiting there... The only other lady spoke to me when her customer walked out the door. No "Hello", "Thanks for waiting" or anything like that. Just "Phone Number...Name...". During the cut, she left 3 times to answer the phone and set up other appointments.
