very poor customer service!!!!!
Was never embarrassed and humiliated in my 45 years regular visits to a beauty salon for haircare etc.
A Ms Tran Nguyen asked what I wanted for my hair and i told her, I needed a hair cut and hair coloring. We agreed on the style, color and charges. She then directed me to sit on the chair and got my hair wet, when another walk- in customer asked for a quick hair cut as she said, she was in a hurry and bound to go somewhere. Ms. Nguyen then came back to me and told me that she can only do my haircut and could not do my hair color as she has to attend to this walk-in customer. i was so disappointed, because we have agreed on the services i wanted. She did not even offer to fix the mess and at least blow dry my hair until I took the hair dryer infront of me and did it myself. She then told me that I cannot use the hairdryer per salon policy. The worst part of it.....no apologies from Ms. Nguyen. I was approached by her boss, Ms. Barbara Elliot, upon knowing the incident, and asked me what she can do to correct the situation. I said NO and she told me that someone named Gabrielle, who probably is the manager/owner of SUPERCUTS, MILL CREEK, WA will call me. But since that incident, I never heard again from anyone. SUPERCUTS should be very careful and vigilant in hiring hairstylists. They should not only know how to cut hair, but should also know how to treat customers with utmost respect and dignity. I am from Los Angeles, CA and Ive never experienced this encounter such as with Ms. Nguyen. I am a business woman myself and I know how to treat customers. I do not recommend this SUPERCUTS MILL CREEK to any of my families and friends!!! Your "FIRST COME - FIRST SERVE AND WALK-IN" POLICIES, DO NOT APPLY to SUPERCUTS at all.
IF I COULD ONLY RATE SUPERCUTS MILL CREEK a zero, it would be my rating. I told Ms. Elliot that Ms Nguyen owes me an apology but never did. read more
