I am torn on this review. I have been coming to this salon for around 20 years. I am now on the second owner. It seems that lately they are all about getting you in and out. The one young girl will do a pedi in about 30 minutes not giving real attention to rough spots on the heals or other callused areas even when asked. Not bad if you are in a hurry and don't really care. Today I went in and had a new technician. He drew blood twice, nails are not even, and there are actual finger prints in the polish. A Google User just now BUYER BEWARE! If I could rate them truly it would be a negative 10. Absolutely the worst Manicure and Pedicure I have EVER had in my life. It took 2 and 1/2 hours and that was by appointment. By morning my the polish on my nails had chipped off by about 50%. The pedicure looked like it was done a week ago, as she didn't paint them to the cuticle. She was in another world during the entire appointment, and the owner had to finish the job. Called the next morning to talk to the owner about a refund, and he said I should have called sooner, and he said they don't do refunds. I have done better doing my own nails! I love this place! I found it a few years ago since I grocery shop at the Fred Meyer which is right there. It's such a convenient location. Plus the staff is super accommodating, the place is nice and clean, and you get a great service at a very fair rate. I got a simple gel manicure and I love it. It's so nice that they don't overcharge because I myself am in the service Industry and can't afford $50+ manicures. This one was $35. And it'll look nice for at least 3 weeks! read more

Although it seems outdated a definitely not aesthetically the best. The service I received today I cannot complain about. My nails look amazing and the lady who did my pedicure paid so much attention to detail and was gentle yet effective in the right ways. Everybody was so personable which I really appreciated. My nails look amazing I definitely will be back. And despite their hole in a wall appearance aesthetically they really do have a ton of options for dipping colors, designs, and polish varieties that even my more high-end place I usually go to don't have. read more

The waxer nicknamed Mary came in while my nails were drying and led me into a private room. After my waxing, she gave me a badly needed neck message. I am thrilled with this place. Came in for a pedi and dip manicure and the picture was the result after I asked them to fix it. I've gotten dip manicures before and they've never turned out this thick before but they blamed it on the arch or my nail and that this is just how dip turns out? They were very rude and said kept saying I should have just gotten shellac if I didn't like the look of dip. I'm not one to write bad reviews or any if that but this was the worst manicure I've ever gotten so be weary when getting dip here. read more

Ask for Simon, I've been going here for a year. It's my favorite because it's affordable and they do a great job! I'm all for great customer service and they've always been so nice to me. Simon even had a color picked out for me because he knows exactly what kind of colors i usually go for. I recommend the gel! Parking can suck but there's a bunch of spots to pick from because it's in the Fred Meyer parking lot. Call ahead of time they usually can get you in right away. read more

Love this place. Simon always does a great job! They are friendly and helpful! I tried a different salon in Lake City and ended up with my finger slit open. I'll only go to Luxury Nail! They work quickly and I never have any problems! My nails are always the correct length and they last for three weeks until I come back in. I also have them do my eyebrows and they do them perfectly! Very UPSET. I did not enjoy my time here they made me pay for nails that were shorter than I asked different colors and asked them to redo them and then they tried to tell me that I liked it even though I said I didn't. The offered to fix them the next day and then when I came back they told me I would have to pay for them. read more

I love this place! It's my regular for my eyebrows, I go no where else! Never have failed me. And I'm VERY PICKY about my brows so trust me when I say their brow lady is the best they're always so nice here & offer great customer service. Y'all I left here and my toes were absolutely rough. When I first sat down she was going hard at my feet in a painful manner and cut my toe nails way too short on one foot so they looked like uneven potato thumbs. The person who did my nails didn't prep my nails well so the polish went on really chunky and uneven. When I pointed that out to her, she blamed me and stated my foot just looked like that. She then called over the man who I'm assuming was in charge. When he told her to fix it she had an attitude and roughly finished my nails throwing the gel drying machine on my toes because she had to restart one toe. At first I was going to say I wasn't going to come back just because everything is outdated and not a lot of nail color options. But now I'm not coming back for those reasons and because everything is too expensive to have low quality work from people who aren't going to do what needs to be done to make it look nice. UPDATE. two days after I got my nails done with gel polish my nail polish has come off two of my toes. Don't go here. I'm so disappointed I wasted my money at this place. read more

I got a mani & pedi which I loved. I visited for a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax. What an amazing value for the price! I chose the "luxury" pedicure which included a hot stone leg massage and a back massage! My eyebrow wax also included a head and shoulder massage. It's been a few days and my regular manicure hasn't chipped, which is amazing because i'm pretty rough with my nails. This place is run down with old equipment and separated nail polish. The shop was filthy and they don't clean their tools. My manicurist brought over the obviously used tools on a tray with someone else's large nail clippings on it! Disgusting! Avoid at all costs unless you want to get an infection. read more

This place is horrible! My mother went in because her nail broke soon after getting her dipping powder nails done. The man that worked there was arguing with her but finally decided to fix it. They argued some more and he told her to get out and don't ever come back. She told him he doesn't need to worry she will never come back. She called me immediately when she left and she was very upset and crying from the way this man treated her. Poor customer service is an understatement! He should be ashamed treating elderly people this way. She should have called the police and reported senior abuse. She told me if it was his wife she would never have treated her this way. Stopped in last week from out of town while I was waiting for a friend to get off work. Little did I know I was about to have the best pedicure of my life!! Tina is AMAZING!My feet were in pretty rough shape. She fixed that! I even decided to upgrade to gel polish. I really wish I could make this my regular place and Tina my regular tech.
