She started with a Brazilian, she didn't think I needed a full Brazilian so we only did a bikini wax. Next step was the tint. She didn't ask me about different colors and just applied it. I assumed she would notice that my hair color is black, but she applied brown eye brows. I don't know if they only have one eye brow color, but it did not match my natural eye brow color or shape at all. I didn't notice until after I paid and got to my car. I had an appointment right after so I didn't have time to go back inside . When I got home I went to inspect my wax, I had leftover hairs all over. I shouldn't have to shave after going to a professional for a wax. There was no attention to detail. I was very disappointed in this session and the wax specialist. To be honest the wax specialist looked like she just woke up and her hair was in a very messy bun. Not like a good I tried messy bun, but like a I didn't have enough time to get ready messy bun. I've had an associate drop wax on an expensive shirt (I had to go to a conference right after) and all they did was tell me to freeze my shirt when I got home...I had to throw it out because the wax didn't come off. My most recent experience was with an associate whom I had already requested never to be scheduled with again because my prior experience with her was also terrible. I didn't remember her when I saw her so I couldn't say anything at the beginning, but as soon as she started the service, I knew immediately that it was the same person. My full face felt rushed (not efficient, rushed), she never asked what I wanted to do with my eyebrows, had the wax too hot and went over certain spots more than three times, which isn't good. When she tweezed the remaining eyebrow hairs, I verbally expressed my pain because she got a chunk of skin instead of hair and she didn't apologize but said "I'll be done quick." My skin had patches of red and was inflamed when I left, which has never happened before. I still paid for my full service and the front desk person said she'd let the manager know, although I'm not sure what can be done now. EWC standards have definitely gone downhill unfortunately.
