I stopped in for a pedicure and was lucky enough to end up in Natalie's chair on my first visit. She gave me a fantastic pedicure complete with an impressive leg/foot massage. I left feeling great and with happy bright toes. They have tons of colors, both gel and regular polish. While I was in there, a woman nearby was raving about the beautiful details that were being added to her nails. She also left feeling and looking great. read more

I would NOT recommend this place if you are a person of color. I had THE WORST experience of MY LIFE! I never review places but i'm so livid that i'm hoping others won't make the same mistake I did. I got a mani and a pedi and I was waiting for almost 20 minutes. When they did start, my nails were NoT curated w the UV light and the pedicure was half-assed. I WILL be coming in to get a refund because my nails smudged and I had to take out my nails within not even 2 hours of getting it. seriously DO NOT GO THERE IF UOU ARE BLACK OR A MUSLIM!!! I'm a server and I'm rough with my nails but I think I've only broken one or two nails since I started coming here which is impressive considering. Starting with a full set, we have transitioned to my natural nails with dipping powder and they knock us out of the park both on how well they are done, but especially on design! My friend and I went there last Thursday. We came here because my usual salon was too busy and I desperately needed my nails done for an event. We both got pedicures which were really good. The problem is with my finger nails. I usually get a hybrid gel that comes in different colors and as I'm getting my pedicure I see something that looks similar. I can't remember the brand name of it but it was builder gel. I ask what it is because it came a about 14 really pretty pinks and I wanted to try it. The lady tells me that it's similar to dip power, that it's just as strong and the price is the same. So I get it. The first red flag was that it was in a bottle similar to gel nail polish. I'm getting bf suspicious because he only used two coats but I'm trusting them. Once it's finished I pay and leave. As I get to my car. I notice exactly how thin it is. To the point that I'm worried that my nails might break before my normal two week time. Within a day the 'polish' starts to lift. This is nothing like dip powder at all. It's closer to gel polish but just a tiny bit tougher. My technician was great I just really wish the woman who seemed to be running the place was honest about the product I was paying for. read more

Poor customer service. They take walk ins even if you have an appt you will wait - or get set aside half way thru to accommodate walk ins. I've been half dozen times but service is sub par. Customer service is crap. They are rude. And un hygienic. Last straw. Won't be back read more

Came here three separate times since I work really close. First time, wasn't bad- new set pretty standard, meh okay but my nails that usually last three weeks or longer- barely lasted a week and a half- four nails needed to be replaced. In addition, I got yelled at because my nails (real nails) don't grow fast?? How is that my fault? And why do you think you get to yell at me about it? so then im like okay maybe it was a fluke .. nope got that fill a week ago and already two broke. So I go to get them fixed, not only do I have to pay to get them fixed, which is fine, but I'm coming on my lunch hour, that I called ahead and let them know and they picked the time, but then they treated me when I got there like I was extremely inconveniencing them. This place is an absolute joke and I won't be back. Rather drive the hour out of my way to go anywhere else. read more

This has been my go to location for pedicures for nearly 4 years, however when they switched to "naild it", it has gone down hill. I am currently sitting in the chair for what will be my last visit here. So much of the side of my toe nail was cut off that it has not stopped bleeding despite the amount of whatever chemical she tried to drop on it. Toe has been throbbing for 15+ minutes and I've yet to receive as much as an "oops sorry" . Literally nothing. I do not base my decision to stop coming here off one negative interaction but this is my third visit in a row that I've had a similar experience and I'm done. I can no longer recommend this establishment. *update* when I thought it couldn't get any worse, i was mistaken. When I went to pay I voiced my concern over my throbbing toe and my displeasure with the service (or lack of). The perfect time to say "sorry" and try to redeem yourself, but instead I was handed my receipt and she walked away, saying nothing. I was at the door at 9:30 to check on getting nails RE-DONE for a very popular place in Wallingford that were A MESS. Nan sat me down and said don't worry I will fix your nails and make them beautiful. One lady was in getting a mani and pedi and she told me after find this lovely girls she would never go back to any other salon. I agree and I do not mind driving from downtown Seattle to see Nan.
