I rarely leave negative reviews, especially as someone who owns my own business and works in the service industry myself, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I came in for a hands and toes appointment and specifically asked beforehand if there was enough time to complete both services. I showed an inspiration picture and requested a milky white base with a French tip. I was assured they could do it. Unfortunately, the pedicure experience immediately felt off. The girl performing my pedicure skipped multiple steps that were listed in the pedicure service I paid for, and it was very obvious she was inexperienced or unlicensed. I had to repeatedly ask her to fix my French tip because it looked uneven and messy. I normally do not like speaking up, but I had an important event to attend and was paying for a gel service, so I wanted it done correctly. During my appointment, there was apparently another scheduling issue with a different client, and the girl doing my hands left before finishing them. My nails were never properly filed, my cuticles were not done, and my hands were never painted. I was then told I could come back another day and have my hands done for free because they were not completed. However, when I tried to arrange that, I was suddenly told I would still need to pay MORE to have them painted, despite already paying full price the day of my appointment for an unfinished job. On top of that, the nails that were applied were not prepped correctly and started breaking and chipping within days. I still paid in full and tipped at the appointment because I was trying to be respectful and understanding, but the way this situation was handled afterward was very disappointing. As a business owner myself, I understand mistakes happen, but customer service and accountability matter. I do not recommend this salon based on my experience. read more

Nope! Been here twice now and aside from convenient location, there are no benefits coming here. I had dip done once and the girl layered it so thick, it looked ridiculous. Second time I had a pedicure done and this was by far the worst experience at a nail salon. The girl who did my nails was just fine, no complaints with her. However, I have a big problem that there is a little kid, who appears to be the owner's son. Not only is he the one who was settling me in and starting the water, but he also walks around talking to customers. Maybe others think it's cute? I don't! I came here to get away from my kids and enjoy a relaxing pedicure. Instead I was greeted with a judgmental little boy who commented on my clothes and on my feet. Stoped here due to the close proximity to our hotel and because it had good reviews. Asked for a manicure ($20) with ($7) French paint. Got in right away on a weekday afternoon and was in the chair about 40 minutes. The manicure itself was very basic but thorough. The cuticle work was great but the "massage" was about 60 seconds on each arm and not very relaxing. They're a little shorter than I would prefer, but the time the manicurist took to make them look good was certainly appreciated. I stayed extra long to ensure they were very dry. After 25 minutes, they were dry and the lady checked me out. I saw people getting pedicures and they all looked very relaxed. Overall, I am pleased. read more

Honestly I loved my nails, but they have a very tiny tank with very large Koi fish in there and I was stressed the entire time. Koi need 10 gallons of water per inch and that is per fish. Cleanliness and the vibe was great. Got the upgraded pedicure service. Things were going great until the particular staff who worked on my feet started to talk to her neighbor staff after 5 minutes into working with me, and would stop her work to joke with her, scrub halfway and would pause while she cracked jokes with the staff, poked my skin instead of trying to cut my cuticles bc she was distracted with her conversation with her buddy. Then she tells me 10 minutes to dry pedicure but never came back to check in, completely avoided my eyes for at least 30 minutes, and when I finally got her attention, she just nodded, put my sandals on and finally let me go. For the price I paid for a pedicure service, the overall service was subpar. This was my 2nd visit. I did a manicure on the first visit a while ago. The result of the manicure was not great: bubbles showing underneath the manicure after about an hour after I left the service. The whole nail paint started peeling off after 2 days of the service. I usually don't leave reviews, but I really had to put one for here. Not recommended. read more

WORST MANICURE OF MY LIFE. the man who did my nails left all my cuticles bleeding and continuously sprayed alcohol over the bleeding cuticles which only made it hurt more. I had to ask him to stop at one point because it was so painful. he also did the wrong color and had to take it all off and restart. I am not one to speak up or complain, but this was awful and after i told him i was in pain and visibly bleeding he told me "id be fine and that it was an accident". i do not recommend this establishment, even for something as simple as a manicure. read more

August 17, 2025. My basic pedicure was great, no complaints. My issue is when I went to pay, I had their punch card full that said when full you get a basic pedicure. They wouldn't honor!! I've been coming here for a few years and have had mostly good experiences but this today was just WRONG AND IS BAD BUSINESS. I asked up get my card back that they put in the cash register so I had proof of what that card said and they refused to give it back! They know they were in the wrong. Their new cards say you earn a basic pedicure or a 20 off but my card said FREE BASIC PEDICURE OR MANICURE. THE OWNER SHOULD HONOR THE CARD!! I will use a gift certificate I have for here and then I am done with this shop. They do not understand English. And then look at my face because I'm a foreign looking person that I am not speaking, correct. I got seated almost an hour later and two walk ins had a seat before I did. Even communicating my appointment time they were very rude as they treated me like a door mat. When the lady came over, which she didn't say a word, she immediately grabbed a random color to put on my nails to which I haven't even said I wanted. Disappointed with my pedicure today...walked in around 4pm and they were busy which is great to see! They asked that I come back in about 45 minutes which wasn't a problem...came back and stood at the door for a couple minutes...was told to pick a color and have a seat....waited a few and was pointed to a chair to soak...all great so far...soaked about 15 minutes and then lady asked which service I wanted....asked for a basic pedicure and boy did I get the "basic"....she barely made eye contact after that, hardly spoke to me, was quite rough with my feet and kept pulling my feet out straight...told her I had two bad knees and that it was painful to stretch my legs like that...didn't even get acknowledged....out of the color I wanted...had to choose something different, both other clients near me were offered water, I wasn't offered a drink...was asked twice if I wanted a manicure too and politely declined...was ignored after that....lady finally came back and without a word put my flip flops on and handed me my bag....must be time to leave....paid cash and left a tip too....not even a thank you or come again and didn't offer to punch my stamp card that was in my hand....mist have been a bad day for her...very surly and rude tech...I've worked customer service for years which is the only reason I chose to be generous and still tip....next time I won't if I am treated like that again.....also won't go back any time soon! read more

I popped in to kill some time while my dog was getting groomed across the street. I was definitely not expecting to get my nails done today so I didn't have a lot of expectation, just something to do! I was very pleasantly surprised coming here. Right away they asked me to wash my hands and then took my temp and signed a waiver agreeing to their covid regulations. I love that they are taking it seriously. I was sat for a pedicure and given a brochure/menu to choose my mani/pedi. I went with a silver pedi and the girl did a phenomenal job. They even offer a complimentary glass of wine ( : For my mani another gal worked on them. I decided to get acrylics cause it had been a while and the prices were pretty dang good. She did an amazing job as well and she was fun to talk with! She put up with my wincing because I find nail filing repulsive and made sure I was okay I came all the way from Renton for a good dog grooming place and ended up finding my new regular dog salon AND nail salon. I've been here 2 times, both for dip manicures. I had Stephen the last time and he does an AMAZING job, my nails look great even a week later (see photo). The first time I went in I noticed they did not use sterilized tools, they grabbed an old file that had clearly been used before, the cuticle cutters weren't sterilized before either. I though okay maybe they're just too busy and didn't get clean ones. The second time I went in the same exact thing happened. This must be their normal procedure. I wish they would use clean materials / tools because I would go back but after seeing this happen 2 different times I think that is so gross. Not only do they charge me more and more for the same service but my pedicure was the worst I have ever received. The guy charged me $55 ($40 for the manicure I chose and $15 EXTRA for shellac) I told Le who does my nails and I used to love that I have been told several times is $5 extra and her response is "oh maybe you are thinking the $5 to remove it" uhhh no! I'm so offended as I am a regular Customer , tip them $10-$15 per person and Le has been doing my nails for months. Turns out my hard earned money to tip her wasn't enough. The only reason I came here was for Lei. She was very detail oriented and precise. Everytime I had someone else do my nails it wasn't horrible but it wasn't the greatest either. The salon itself is nice and everyone always welcomes you with a smile but the reason why I am only giving two stars is the last time I came the edge of my nail was ripped off and my other nail bed was stabbed by the manicurists nail. Way too rough for a paying customer I would say. I don't hate them but I wouldn't go back for more pain especially now that Lei is gone. read more
