She started with a Brazilian, she didn't think I needed a full Brazilian so we only did a bikini wax. Next step was the tint. She didn't ask me about different colors and just applied it. I assumed she would notice that my hair color is black, but she applied brown eye brows. I don't know if they only have one eye brow color, but it did not match my natural eye brow color or shape at all. I didn't notice until after I paid and got to my car. I had an appointment right after so I didn't have time to go back inside . When I got home I went to inspect my wax, I had leftover hairs all over. I shouldn't have to shave after going to a professional for a wax. There was no attention to detail. I was very disappointed in this session and the wax specialist. To be honest the wax specialist looked like she just woke up and her hair was in a very messy bun. Not like a good I tried messy bun, but like a I didn't have enough time to get ready messy bun. While MJ was very kind and welcoming, the lash lift itself didn't do anything for my flat lashes.
