My most recent time going, I got gel and they chipped within two days of having them and they scraped my feet so much on the pedicure the bottoms of my toes have cuts on them now and I have to wear bandaids until they heal. Been going to nail salons for over a year here in the Woodinville / Bothell area and after hearing so many referrals to White Lotus, I drove the distance to replace out a three week old dip. By the time the gentleman removed my old dip and filed down my nails, there were a few shorter than the rest so they did tips on them. Unfortunately, within the week I noticed the glue didn't even cover the entire tip and left a fully visible gap and my natural nail was not protected from washing dishes, wearing gloves and gardening, etc. Those three natural nail were now tearing off under the tips and in one place with no tip, the dip broke off and tore my index finder nail really short. So had to file it down and now that one will have to be topped as well. Not happy with their service at all and certainly not happy having to pay an extra $5.00 to remove my previous dip!! Total of $80 for a dip there - so not worth it. read more

The nail salon game has really improved to where many salons now offer more truant nail options and modern designs. WL is at the top of that game! Our techs Onon and Leanna were absolutely incredible and not only took special care of our nails (the attention to detail was top notch) but killed the designs! Got my nails done here and had a nice experience in general. It didn't start out very promising because no one was assisting me at the beginning even though I booked an appointment. Maybe they were running behind throughout the day. The first person also wasn't very helpful when I asked questions and it took some time to communicate what I wanted to the right person and get started on the appointment. However, once we started, things went great. The nail technician was super careful and detailed with the French tips and the design. She tried the tips several times on the first nail to get the best shape for my hands before continuing on to the rest. She was also very helpful with adjusting my colour choices to be closer to what I actually wanted. She also did a fantastic job interpreting the design I specifically wanted since it was a combination of several reference photos that I had. Overall very pleased! read more

Here's the thing with White Lotus - they do a GOOD job, their prices are decent (not a phenomenal deal, but not overpriced like some spots), they don't get angry if you're just getting regular polish instead of dip or gel; HOWEVER, they treat appointments as "suggestions". I have always come here with an appointment, made either online or on the phone, and the shortest time I've waited to be sat in a seat is 30 minutes past my appointment time. Once I waited an hour... Kind of unacceptable. I should have left but I was so looking forward to my manicure and I had an appointment so I just kept telling myself they must be almost ready... I'd say if you have a drink in hand, several hours to burn or a very very understanding babysitter or manager, it might be worth it; but if you need to be in and out in a reasonable time period surrounding your appointment, go elsewhere - even if elsewhere charges a bit more or colors outside the lines, at least it won't be an hour of your day spent twiddling your thumbs while you wait for them to be painted! read more

So many little details to tend to..shaping even on all nails, thin tips and base, no natural nail showing on the sides, no glue in corners, no lifting, pushing cuticles back, no nicking the cuticle with the file, clean finish, oil on cuticles, pretty and free of loose bits or nail dust. LYNN KILLS IT EVERY TIME! I do bring in a picture or two of what I like and she always makes great suggestions. My nails grow fast and I live hard. I recently got a pedicure at White Lotus and I am really happy with it! I was able to call ahead and get my name down before driving over. They accept walk ins and also take appointments. Parking at Beardslee can be challenging. They have two retail garages that usually have space! I got lucky and was able to find a space right out front. The salon is clean and cute! The decor is simple and fresh. I could tell they took care to make sure the salon is presented well. My pedicure was professional and relaxing. Best of all, it's lasted over two weeks now! I love that this salon is on ClassPass so I can opt for a little treat when I'm not using my credits for workout classes. Sanitation is highly important here as the chairs are wiped down in between each customer and there is distancing between different parties. I've only come for pedicures and the whole experience is wonderful. Plenty of colors to choose from, regular or gel. Pedicure has a soak, scrub, and lotion step. This salon experience was fantastic! I was worried that I would have to make an appointment for three people, but they accepted us as walk-ins and immediately made us comfortable. My sister got a gel manicure and picked a beautiful galaxy black and pink design. Both my mom and I got the pedicures and I believe this was the best pedicure I've had to date. They included a scrub and the best foot massage! My mom even commented she would come here just for the foot massage. It was heavenly. Everything like the lotions and scrubs are packaged separately so you know it's clean and new. Most of the staff are wearing masks, which is important to me with immunocompromised family. Staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking. Massage chairs. Plenty of colors to choose from. And for some magical reason, my polish lasts for months on end! I got an older woman, no problem. I showed her a design I wanted and the lady just took my phone out of my hands to show everyone and then the front desk lady came back and said that they can't do that with regular nail polish...... okay.... so I asked for french tips and they said okay. So I showed the older woman the photo of the French tips and that I wanted my fingers like hers (almond shape). I don't know how much experience she has but she just kept shaving off more nail and kept showing me if this was good enough. Linda wanted to show her how I do it. I usually do my nails at home cause nail salons aren't always good. I didn't have her file my left hand because most of the nails were pretty much good, they could have gotten filed down but considering how much nail I lost on my right hand I didn't want to do that. She then gone on to painting my nails. It started out pretty good but then came the time where she was doing the French tip part. She had to redo it three times... on two of my nails. Granted, there was barely any nail polish left and I said that we can do a different color no problem, but she said no and persisted on doing the color I chose initially. After she messed up the 3rd time, she took off all the polish on both of my hands and started over. They look okay, but the French tip part is just so fat and nothing like the picture. I know you can't be exact, but you can try to get close to it. It just doesn't look good. When I went up to pay, the front lady (who was not exactly nice and had some attitude) and the woman who did my nails were standing there and STARING at the payment screen so I had to tip 20% because they're both just staring and looking at me. Omg. Turn the other way good lord. They also added on a $5 charge???? For what??? For asking for French tips? I'm confused. They didn't tell me what it was.. beware. They will add charges. Two days after my appointment I got my first chip on my shellac manicure, less than one week after, half of all my nails had all chipped so i had to cut them down so it was less obvious. On top of the service not being that great, I asked for the girl to use the razor on my feet and she told me I didn't need it. Got home and still had huge calluses. Disappointed with the results. One of the worst pedicures I've had, the other girl had to go back over and remove the excess polish since the original girl disappeared without asking me if i was happy with it, and now one week later every toe nail has a chip.
