I got the worst nails in my life for Christmas! Very thick and not evenly applied varnish, but the most important thing - he cut me!!! I hope they at least disinfect their tool and I won't get any disease! If you speak English without an accent, you may be luckier. I saw that the staff was more friendly to American women. Staff at Heavenly nails are all very friendly. Call ahead to get an appointment with little or no wait time. Very clean establishment. Sanitation is a must! I'm allergic to shellac, so I have to do regular polish. I noticed that when I go to heavenly nails, the regular nail polish they use doesn't chip as fast compared to other salons I have been to. read more

UPDATE: My two chipped nails were fixed. The staff was very nice about it. But I was worried that if two chipped, they would all chip and sure enough another one has chipped. I was told they will be happy to fix a chip, but to keep going back is not an efficient use of time. I have never had this issue and I believe this is an issue with the tech who did them in the first place. At this point, they should all be redone or I should just get a complete refund, this is asinine. One day and my nail chipped. That's not supposed to happen. I may call to get it fixed read more

My second post in response to the manager I was not looking for a podiatrist, as podiatrist is a doctor and they don't remove calusses. Do not insult my intelligence with your lack of knowledge of your staff! At the very least I would expect dead skin from my heels to be removed, none was removed. The cuticles were not moved or trimmed. As for the "cheese grater" you may want to look into a different type of product to remove dead skin, callus. Also, with the liquid calusses remover, it should either be wrapped with cellophane or left on longer than 2 minutes. I have been to nail salons in California that know what they are doing. Love this place, haven't been here in a while, but it looks like it's under new management. Staff are welcoming and nice. They are attentive and asking how I'm doing every so often. I'm thrilled to be able to update my review. The salon is under new ownership and the improvements are notable. Off the bat, their management team is very welcoming. Clients are offered water or coffee. They have a sea of nail polishes to choose from. If you cannot find the color you're looking for here, it probably doesn't exist. The salon is huge and has TWELVE brand new pedicure chairs. There are also at least 12 manicure stations. This would be the perfect salon for a spa party! But definitely call ahead as they'd need to prepare to meet the staffing demands. I had a regular pedicure and it was devine. My feet look and feel amazing now. I was allowed to chill at the drying station as long as I wanted. Love that I wasn't rushed! And when it came time to check out, they were waiting for me at the front desk. Easy peasy. The salons interior design is much the same as before...a hodge podge of tacky decor. I'd love to see them give the place a makeover with fresh paint and new light fixtures. Hopefully as their business grows, they'll be able to do that. read more

I'm never coming back. -5 This is how I left Heavenly Nails because of rude customer service. I asked for a refill on my short French tips, and the person refilled them, but they didn't even look refilled, and the form of my nails isn't even the same as on my other hand, which is different sizes. She couldn't even do a basic French tip. The tips were all uneven, and she was clearly unhappy with me becuz I kept saying I didn't like how they looked. Then I asked to get them off because I really wasn't happy about my nails and they said it'd take 2 hours to take them off or they can pull them off. The environment was unwelcoming, far from relaxing. I just wanted to relax and get my nails down but instead got harassed about where I got my nails done before. U guys suck!. read more

I went here and got a manicure and pedicure. The polish on my feet has lasted but they got me in and out in 30 minutes. Although it is nice to be seen quickly I don't believe that there should be a 2 minute massage. The woman who did my feet "fake" trimmed my cuticles. She quickly passed over them and within a week it looked like I already needed a new pedicure. The worst part was my nails. If you've had shellac before you know that they must brush off the part new the cuticle. She left it there and within 3 days my nails had grown out and the entire lower portion lifted. I had to peel them off after about 5 days as it was already half lifted. A very important note was that there was only ONE of their person in the salon. They were not running behind and needing to service other people. Overall the quality of work and service was not what it should be. I wouldn't recommend coming here. read more

They were nice, but did a terrible job on my nails. Nothing was even and they were not clean! I was putting my hands on a dirty wrist cushion while I was getting acrylics done. UPDATED REVIEW: I've been coming here for almost ten years - even after moving to Seattle three years ago, I drive here to see Nini. She's amazing and always gives me exactly what I want. Perfect shape (even on my crazy long acrylics) and she's super sweet. She should work at a more professional salon because I would continue seeing her indefinitely! The consistency here is lacking - if I see anyone other than Nini, my nails look mediocre to terrible. Pedicures are seriously hit or miss, you might get someone amazing OR you might get someone that has no idea what they're doing. Even after many blah pedicures here, I've continued to get them because it's convenient when I'm getting a fill with Nini. There have been multiple times where they've cut my toe or dug in on the sides and I've ended up with infections in the following days. I make appointments every time I come in and it is RARE not to wait at least 15-25 minutes after your scheduled appointment before they service you. There have been SO many times that I have heard Ken talk badly about other customers to customers in the salon, loudly complain & even argue with customers as they are leaving. There was an incident a few years back where Ken was taking off my sister's acrylic nails and he ended up ripping off her real nail (his technique was to stick a fake nail tip between the acrylic and real nail and scrape until the acrylic came up). She was bleeding and super upset - obviously, because her nail was ripped off. She ended up passing out and throwing up, paramedics got called. To this day, he'll bring it up and joke about it. All in all, it sucks but I won't ever be coming back here. Nini is amazing and if she ever moves to a different salon I will follow her! The lack of consistency, poor customer service and hit or miss quality isn't worth it anymore. I had my fill done by another sweet girl last week & even though she was kind and gentle, my nails look really bad - especially considering the fill was $45 plus an $8 tip! read more

I have been coming here for 8 years for a pedicures and dipping I came in on the 18th of this month and was completely disappointed with the guy technician I came in with acrylics so I asked if he can soak them he said oh no this way if faster he literally took them off with an acrylic not only did he rip my natural nail off he proceed to remove them all in that same way at that point I was in pain and bleeding not to mention another girl that was doing my nails said that's not the way they do it so even more mad and disappointed they didn't even offer a discount or any apology..not coming back again that's for sure I been friends with the previous owners and never had this happened before... read more

I had requested that tips be put on to fix the nails that broke and my nails aren't even attached to the tip. it's insane. the dip powder must've been old because it bubbled and in an attempt to fix they ended up so thick it looks crazy. My nails were not at all the shape I asked for, even after showing several photos for example. They're rippled and thick, they look horrible. The lady seemed annoyed that I didn't like them, so I felt bad even though I shouldn't have. I had expressed I'm getting married next week and wanted to do do test run of my wedding nails. She even had another lady come over and comment "why don't you like them?" It made me feel really uncomfortable. Needless to say I will never go back to this place. Also, the cleanliness in this salon was severely lacking, especially for covid guidelines. They used nail files and clippers that had obviously not been sanitized. The lady who did my nails was rushing the job, even the pedicure I got, she cut my 3 times. My pedicure was pretty relaxing after the ladies working on our toes stopped yelling over us while we were talking. My pedicure looks good but it came at the cost of a cut on one of my toes. Disappointed that I decided to get an acrylic set this time with shellac and it was not good this second time around. I didn't even get my nails cleaned, the lady did a terrible job. Started gluing the fake nails right away without cleaning my cuticles or anything. I asked for the coffin shape but came out with square shaped nails. On top of that I have a few bubbles on my nails. She rushed through it which resulted to my nails looking uneven. I did not even get a bowl to rinse my hands out. I ended up going home to trim my nails so it will even out at the bottom. My total was $50 without tip included, not worth it. Don't think I will be coming back again. It really does depend on who you get but unfortunately I got someone who carelessly did my nails. Overpriced for the quality. Maybe they just make up a price for each individually since I'm almost positive not everyone pays the same. read more

Recently moved back to the area and I think I found my new nail salon! I It's a bit of a drive for me but totally worth it - I've been to Heavenly Nails four times now and have gotten dip manicure + gel pedicure every time, and it is a clean salon (which is a huge thing I look for). The technician/receptionist has always been attentive and nice. I was traveling for a month during the holidays and my nails didn't even chip which was a pleasant surprise for me :) They also offer complimentary beverages which is an added bonus! read more

I have absolutely no basis for comparison for this place, because it's the first place of its kind I have ever visited. All I know is that it's pretty easy to get to, being close to high-speed freeways, but it's pretty far north if you don't live in the area. It's a grotty little strip mall, but it's nice inside. The summer sun kinda punishes the place through the windows, but they close those curtains sooner or later when the sun gets low enough to broil everybody. There are no Nagel prints on the walls, but presumably nobody has those anymore. They do play Madonna and the like on the hi-fi, though, so the 80s vibe isn't totally absent. There are half a dozen stations each for manicures and pedicures, with the pedicure chairs doing double duty. They have a TON of staff on, at least on the Saturday I was in, so most of the stations can be active at once. It's a beehive. The pedicure chairs have plastic faux marble armrests, which help keep that Reagan-era them working, along with the Madonna and Janet Jackson on the radio. The staff are nice; the counter guy seems like the owner and he clearly grew up here, though most of the rest of the staff seems to be from Viet Nam. They all chat merrily in Vietnamese throughout your visit; he joins in here and there--but his answers to customer questions are all very detailed and helpful. Everybody here is super nice, but some conversations will be a little slower if you don't know any Vietnamese. I didn't catch the lady's name who worked on my feet, but, man, she deserves a medal. Like an Olympian, she faced the challenge head-on. She strode purposefully out from the back, with gloves and mask already in place, a big toolbox in hand. She took one look at my feet and went back for more tools. She didn't bring out anything with a motor, but she wasn't fooling around with these primate talons of mine. Like a stonemason, she squared her shoulders, braced her feet wide, leaned in, and swung that pick at the earth. I don't know how long it took her to clear the air space at the ends of my feet, but she eventually got it down to regulation altitude. She and the neighboring attendants started cracking up after a while, and I asked her if she was telling them how ugly my feet were. Even around the OR masks they all wear, you could clearly see her eyes light up as she smiled, and said "just a little bit. Just a little bit." They do a ton of stuff for $20 here. You soak your feet in hot water, they wash them, they trim the nails, trim the cuticles, scrape your feet with a cheese grater thing, rub this gritty sand lotion on your feet and calves, probably a bunch of other stuff I am forgetting. They asked if I wanted color, and I said sure--blue and green, for my Hawks (thought it would look better than purple and gold for my Dawgs, as body adornment goes...even though I love my Dawgs more). See attached photo, if you're curious. They have a TON of other Seahawk designs in other photos here, and a big Seahawk logo in the window. Clearly, that's a money-maker for them. One of the younger technicians, who was super sweet and friendly but had by far the heaviest accent, pointed at my feet and said "Suh-ha!" Took me a second to realize she was basically saying "Go Seahawks!" but the phonemes were still really unfamiliar to her. I still felt like we understood each other perfectly. I also felt like I was not only the only male customer in the joint, but maybe the only male customer with color on his toes that they had seen in a while, maybe all day or more. This place is cheap, and they do awesome work, and they're nice about the NC-17 horror show that is my feet. I should probably come back before my toes start pronging into the fronts of my boots again. read more
