Best pedicure ever! I got the deluxe pedicure, and for the price, it was just amazing. Lam is AMAZING. His attention to detail is so on point, and his foot and leg massage was so healing and felt amazing. I walk a lot, so my feet are not always in the best shape, but Lam took the best care of them, and I walked out of that salon with the best-looking pedicure/feet I have ever had. I will definitely come back. The rest of the salon is super mellow, and the staff is super friendly! What a great find, and they now have a repeat customer for as long as I live in the area. Please save yourself the money and do not go here. Worse nail service I've ever gotten. From the length, to the color, to the actual tech just doing whatever she wanted. I sat there for two hours to absolutely HATE the nails. The owner saw the horrible job and still proceeded to charge me $100. I wouldn't have minded paying that if the nails were similar to what I asked but they weren't. I had to go from this spot to Anthony Vince, and thankfully was given a discount so I didn't have to pay a fortune for the soak off and new set. I've been searching for a new nail place and I think I found my new home. I made an appointment at Ivy Nails on Superbowl Sunday in preparation for a trip the next day. I called the salon early morning and thankfully they squeezed me in for the afternoon. Let me tell you, the customer service and care they put into my appointment was top notch. I got a classic pedi and gel manicure. Amy did my pedicure. She was so gentle and meticulous. She always checked in and made sure I was satisfied with her work. Tina handled my gel manicure. This is the first in a long time that a manicurist cut my cuticles and did not nick or cut me. Tina gave me exactly what I wanted and checked in overtime to make sure I was happy with her work. I've seen Ivy for a little over five years now maybe six years. I honestly can't remember exactly how long. I've had the pleasure of being able to follow her from every salon that she has worked at. Now she has her own! Ivy is kind and confident and driven and very smart. You can show her any picture and she will let you know if she can or cannot do it. She also educates you as to the type of design or the type of product needed what will and won't work for you if you've been a client for a long time. She can see and remembers what works for you and what doesn't. Anytime I asked her to do anything difficult or something I found online, she is graciously excepted the challenge and done a phenomenal job! Most of the time I like to keep my nails short. Sometimes I let them grow out a little bit. I'm gonna try to attach some pictures of some of her phenomenal artwork. of course I like it very simple. I have seen on her Facebook page and her salon some of the incredible work that she has done. If you want to nail salon that is clean and honest and takes their time. I highly recommend Ivy nails. She's not gonna be the fastest, and if you're a walk-in you're gonna have to wait. But she is well worth it. I strongly suggest getting on her books now. Everybody in there is so friendly and the salon is always clean and well kept. They have really nice pedicure chairs as well. She graciously offers water, some soft drinks, wine and beer. It's not overly done and overly fancy it's very simple and spa-like and very comfortable. Everybody is very kind and it's a very happy relaxing place to be; good energy. Also very well protected.
