Came in for a pedicure. Pedicures come with a free drink. There's various options. They had a very good selection of gel polish to choose from. Something I really appreciate is that they had great communication. There's nothing wrong with a language barrier but I love being able to feel comfortable when I tell the nail artist what I want and know they understood me. It's also nice to be able to talk with the person doing my nails/toes. My artist was Jenny. She gave me a great massage and scrub down. She did my polish quick and it was perfect! Everyone made me feel very welcome and I have been looking for a new salon and this will definitely be my new go to spot. It's tucked up by the dominoes pizza. Not too hard to get in and PLENTY of parking I recommend this place to anyone looking for a no pressure, comfortable, good quality, and friendly place ! read more

Best pedicure ever! I got the deluxe pedicure, and for the price, it was just amazing. Lam is AMAZING. His attention to detail is so on point, and his foot and leg massage was so healing and felt amazing. I walk a lot, so my feet are not always in the best shape, but Lam took the best care of them, and I walked out of that salon with the best-looking pedicure/feet I have ever had. I will definitely come back. The rest of the salon is super mellow, and the staff is super friendly! What a great find, and they now have a repeat customer for as long as I live in the area. Oh, and they offer drinks of all kinds, so I couldn't resist getting a free glass of red wine. Thanks, Lam! read more

It is 12:45 on a Saturday, and the hours say they are open, the "open walk-ins welcome" sign is on, but the doirs are locked and no one answered the phone when I called and texted. This location has had 3 owners/managers in the last 3 years. I think I am going to find a more reliable nail salon. read more

First time client and will definitely be back. The place was clean, cute and vibe was just right. No harsh smells and the staff was friendly. I had a pedicure and pricing was reasonable. Amy was gentle and didn't poke or hurt me during my service. The water and wax weren't too hot either. You also receive a free drink with your service read more

Please save yourself the money and do not go here. Worse nail service I've ever gotten. From the length, to the color, to the actual tech just doing whatever she wanted. I sat there for two hours to absolutely HATE the nails. The owner saw the horrible job and still proceeded to charge me $100. I wouldn't have minded paying that if the nails were similar to what I asked but they weren't. I had to go from this spot to Anthony Vince, and thankfully was given a discount so I didn't have to pay a fortune for the soak off and new set. These kind of nail salons are the reason why people are going less and less to nail salons. I will forsure be disputing the charge for this horrendous service. read more

I've been searching for a new nail place and I think I found my new home. I made an appointment at Ivy Nails on Superbowl Sunday in preparation for a trip the next day. I called the salon early morning and thankfully they squeezed me in for the afternoon. Let me tell you, the customer service and care they put into my appointment was top notch. I got a classic pedi and gel manicure. Amy did my pedicure. She was so gentle and meticulous. She always checked in and made sure I was satisfied with her work. Tina handled my gel manicure. This is the first in a long time that a manicurist cut my cuticles and did not nick or cut me. Tina gave me exactly what I wanted and checked in overtime to make sure I was happy with her work. I will definitely be back. The service I received was well worth the price I paid. read more

I was able to get an appointment at her new place quickly (in the same week) and she was very punctual with my appointment, unlike some places that overbook customers. read more

My first time trying out their service under new management and I was not content with my service. Customer service was not what I had expected. The pedicure was rush, massage feels like a rub down instead of real massage. I felt like I didn't get a bang for my money spent. Will not return. read more

I've seen Ivy for a little over five years now maybe six years. I honestly can't remember exactly how long. I've had the pleasure of being able to follow her from every salon that she has worked at. Now she has her own! Ivy is kind and confident and driven and very smart. You can show her any picture and she will let you know if she can or cannot do it. She also educates you as to the type of design or the type of product needed what will and won't work for you if you've been a client for a long time. She can see and remembers what works for you and what doesn't. Anytime I asked her to do anything difficult or something I found online, she is graciously excepted the challenge and done a phenomenal job! Most of the time I like to keep my nails short. Sometimes I let them grow out a little bit. I'm gonna try to attach some pictures of some of her phenomenal artwork. of course I like it very simple. I have seen on her Facebook page and her salon some of the incredible work that she has done. If you want to nail salon that is clean and honest and takes their time. I highly recommend Ivy nails. She's not gonna be the fastest, and if you're a walk-in you're gonna have to wait. But she is well worth it. I strongly suggest getting on her books now. Everybody in there is so friendly and the salon is always clean and well kept. They have really nice pedicure chairs as well. She graciously offers water, some soft drinks, wine and beer. It's not overly done and overly fancy it's very simple and spa-like and very comfortable. Everybody is very kind and it's a very happy relaxing place to be; good energy. Also very well protected. Go see Ivy. read more
