I came in for a builder gel appointment and told them I needed to be finished by a certain time. They said it was fine, and another technician started my service. Right away, I noticed she pulled cuticle tools from a drawer that didn't look freshly sanitized. Since I was in a rush and my cuticles weren't bad, she mostly clipped my nails -- but the result was uneven and the nail shapes were inconsistent. The posted price was $60, yet I was charged $70 without any explanation. The staff, including Ana, were friendly, which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. That was the worst experience I've ever had. The manicure was done terribly. She used the wrong chemical liquid on my hands instead of hand oil and didn't even tell me to wash it off. I asked what the awful smell was, and she lied about it--again. I wish I could file a complaint against this salon. I'm just so glad I got out quickly and didn't go through with the pedicure. Ana is very pleasant and kind. She offers a variety of services. I opted for a gel fill as that's all I've ever had. I had several issues with the nail becoming loose and either falling off or being difficult to adhere. Nearly every time I went for a subsequent appointment at least one filled nail that had slipped off. I did end up with a nail fungus at least 3 different times I went there. I was told the 'discoloration' was normal and could be fixed. Now I have returned to my regular esthetician and she found quite a few nails that had been damaged during the time I visited Ana. She attributed it to instruments that had not been sterilized between clients. Ana really does her best to satisfy her clients but would be well served by obtaining additional training in how to ensure that she can provide an excellent manicure every time. read more

I have had my last 4 gel manicures with her and every time she does an outstanding job. My manicures last on average 3+ weeks. Definitely call ahead or make an appointment! She does accept walk-ins too. Excellent customer service and she can do really cool designs especially if you show her a photo of what you want!
