Seriously so accommodating and nice, I can't even. It was my first ever time doing any sort of sugaring in the bikini area and she was so nice about it. I was pretty nervous but she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed about the whole thing! She kept asking me if I was okay and if I wanted more/less done but I let her do whatever and I loved the results. Before I left, she asked if I wanted to book a follow up sugar session but I didn't since I wanted to see how long things would last and honestly, so far so good!! It definitely won't be the last time I see Karli for sure. I've told all my friends about it because I was so happy with everything, and for me, it was relatively painless (ok, on a scale of 1-10, maybe a 2 at most), but really, if you're considering sugaring, DO IT! Overall, the cleanliness, quality, and professionalism didn't match what you'd expect from a nail place.
