Ashley is the best!! My first time at the salon, which is located in downtown Snohomish, was so great. Parking was super easy (in the morning). The receptionist was sweet and thoughtful. I had been waiting months to get my hair done (Covid), I was embarrassed by my hair because it had been so long without any color care but Ashley was so positive, very professional, and genuine. My stylist Liz moved salons, and I absolutely had to follow her. After 5 years, I would follow her about anywhere! She is just one of the most genuine people I know, not to mention talented. Liz treats doing hair as an art form, and you are her canvas. Her attention to details and eye for color are utterly amazing, and I was more than happy to start seeing her at her new salon! This place is adorable inside, not to mention clean and bright- bright without an overabundance of florescent light that plagues so many salons! Everyone so far has been so accommodating and friendly. The back "spa" area is also clean and has a geest ambiance. You can tell a lot of love and pride goes into this place. She asks the right questions and makes it happen; all the while providing friendly conversation and beverages, plus add-on products that fit my budget. Both services were adequate and the people at the desk were always friendly, what really left me with a bad feeling about the place was my stylist (Lindsay) always seemed to be in a bad mood which didn't make it easy for me to really enjoy my cut or color. One of my bff's from high school has been coming here FOREVER, and so I made the EPIC drive after another girl at a high-priced salon was going too-aggressive bleaching my hair. Kelsie herself took over and corrected some serious brassiness. I couldn't handle the drive so I found a salon closer to home (60 miles closer!) and she did a good job getting it to that platinum i wanted, but she was getting to crazy with the color and a rose gold turned out ORANGE. She refused to correct it, so I called up Kelsie! Maleena was shocked and taken aback by what was done, and I agreed to cut off 4 inches, but we added back in my dark brown to create an ombre with the blonde that was left. Turned out beautiful! Very nice people. But. I didn't get what I asked for. I asked for light ash blonde hair. I provided reference pictures. At no time did my stylist Rachel say that she couldn't achieve the color I asked for. my hair is basically just a highlighted version of the yellow/golden blonde I had when I walked in. After specifically asking for my hair to be styled in a more sleek manor, I end up walking out in angry tears because I look like the member of an 80s punk band. Ruined hair. Loved how excellent and easy is was to get around their website. That is how I inquired and received a prompt reply to book appointments for a bridal party. However, I received a phone call less the 2 weeks to the wedding informing me that my confirmed appointment will not work out because the stylist cannot get someone to baby-sit her kid. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Do not tell a customer that, not only is it personnel information, but that is not a justifiable excuse. Do not book an appointment unless it is a for sure thing. I normally go to Fresh for hair cuts, but yesterday I was in for an updo and makeup as I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding. Rachel did my updo, and I hadn't been able to provide a lot of direction or input regarding what I was going for, but she gave me a GORGEOUS hairstyle and I received so many compliments at the wedding! It held up wonderfully all day and night, despite outdoor pictures in rainy weather and lots of dancing. Kerilyn did my makeup, and I also gave her free reign for artistic design. She talked to me about my skin and bone structure and highlighted my best features. I felt so beautiful afterward. Aside from a job EXCELLENTLY done, I couldn't believe how fast they moved!! I had pushed it with the timing and was a little concerned about making it down to Seattle for pictures on time. I let them know that, and they had me out of there 30+ minutes ahead of schedule but without skipping any steps! I couldn't have been more pleased with the services I received yesterday! Camby and I spent a good 6 hours together today. I had decided to (try to) go dark vivid purple after several decades of box blue-black dye. Last week she snipped a tiny test strand and determined it was possible. (I really appreciated that she pre tested it and was up front about what to expect.) She did a great job even when my hair threw her a few curve balls mid way. Nice salon, very professional staff all the way around, and Camby was a trooper, as well as very sweet and just pleasant to work with in general. It was a difficult, difficult job and my hair is in amazingly great shape after, in fact- it is shiny and in good condition even after a serious bleaching. And she got a really amazingly uniform deep purple. Yay! Highly recommended. read more

She makes suggestions and use her creativity. I was having a hard time using the products I had purchased and curling my hair...she offered to bring me in and show me from step one.
