My experience at this store was always mostly just average... until my last few visits. I see they now have new management and quite a few new hires and it is already so much better! The newer young blonde Ms. in the photo department is always super nice and eager to help me, even when there is a line & its obvious she has multiple orders to fill she is never overwhelmed or rushes our interaction as I've experienced in the photo department before...she takes her time to help me with a smile on her face and a nice attitude. Im glad they have new management its obvious they're making some changes for the better. Now the pharmacy..... well that is another story. I stopped using them a long time ago because they were just so unreliable... but with all these new hires & other changes I've noticed I hope to see the management make the pharmacy better to and I will definitely consider using their pharmacy again!

I booked a 60 minute and wish I did a 90 minute instead! The spa itself was clean, very calm and relaxing. It is located in downtown Snohomish with easy parking. Outside of the spa is a covered patio, where I took a moment to breathe in the fresh air after my massage was over. They also had a mini fridge with beverages like coconut water or sparkling water. Once they had that information, my massage therapist (Kendra) contacted me to set up an appointment. I was really impressed and excited when I entered the business. The waiting area was cute and comfortable and there was someone there to greet me and set me up with some paperwork. Soon enough it was time for my massage and it was great. Kendra used the right amount of pressure and really focused on areas where I needed some more attention. She was so professional and only needed to remind me to relax a couple of times. I didn't get an email confirmation so I forgot when the appointment was exactly...I assumed I would get a reminder a week out or at least a few days out (pretty standard protocol if you're booking over 3 weeks out for anything) Nope...I got a text the day before. Giving me less than 24 hours heads up on my appointment. I can't make the appointment as I have a conflicting appointment (I'm pregnant...so many appointments). I email the contact on the text and get notified that I will be charged 50% of the services I'm 100% not getting because I didn't cancel before 48hrs when they do not reminders...honestly who's fault is this (theirs) I understand this policy if you're a regular client and no show frequently. But seriously not even a call to let me know...just careless and rude. There's plenty of other places to get skin treatments. Dealing with shitty customer service vs driving to Seattle...I'll take the 30 min drive. Don't waste your time and money
