But they began to fade after only a few weeks, the entire font area that I had her shade in just kinda disappeared. Basically I paid $$$ for nothing . The reason I'm leaving 2 stars, afterwards I text back on the same number she text me on to make her aware of the situation. She NEVER responded. This year I get a mass text about coming back , again I brought the issue and again she never responded. I wanted to give this business owner the benefit of the doubt but two bad interactions can't be a coincidence. Maybe she just has favorite clients that she's attentive too and can't be bothered with new customers. These are my interactions with her. I wouldn't bring a small child in here, as the liklihood of grabbing everything in sight is high. LBASS offers facials, all types of waxing services, makeup application and more. Prices are competitive; my brows were shaped for less than $20, which I consider perfect. They also offer a punch card for brow waxing, fill it up and get a free one.
