The first time I ever went to her was just for a full face sugaring and she was so knowledgable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. She's so easy going and friendly! I can't express that enough. My face felt SOOOO good after my first ever session, I was excited to go back and I had told her I'd maybe try a Brazilian (I've never ever, ever done one, ever) since I was gonna do it before going on vacation. She let me know that whatever I do decide to book, whether it be a basic bikini or a full on Brazilian, we can start with the basic and do more if I was comfortable with it. So nice!! I booked my full face and bikini sugaring session with her a few days before vacation and it was actually split up into two sessions because if I had did one full block, I would've had to book a later time, which wouldn't have worked out for me but Karli noticed there was about an hour gap and she texted me in hopes of making it just one full block because she didn't want me to wait and come back! Seriously so accommodating and nice, I can't even. It was my first ever time doing any sort of sugaring in the bikini area and she was so nice about it. I was pretty nervous but she made me feel super comfortable and relaxed about the whole thing! She kept asking me if I was okay and if I wanted more/less done but I let her do whatever and I loved the results. Before I left, she asked if I wanted to book a follow up sugar session but I didn't since I wanted to see how long things would last and honestly, so far so good!! It definitely won't be the last time I see Karli for sure. I've told all my friends about it because I was so happy with everything, and for me, it was relatively painless (ok, on a scale of 1-10, maybe a 2 at most), but really, if you're considering sugaring, DO IT! After strolling the gorgeous halls, looking into each little salon studio window as I past, I came to studio 19 where I met Korin. She is lovely, and has a beautiful, clean, and comfortable space to pamper you. I had my first brow service with her today, and am extremely pleased. For the same price I pay at a Benefit Brow bar, I was able to sit much more comfortably, get in on short notice and bring my sweet 4 month old daughter who sat patiently in her stroller. Korin made me feel comfortable, and was very relatable. The brow service was quick and pain free, and my brows look just how I like them.

It's tucked away upstairs, so it's very private and quiet. She takes the time to ask you about your skin concerns and explains what her service can do for you. During the peel, she was extremely careful and routinely asked how I was feeling. The tingling was minimal, overall a very comfortable experience. Korin was very detailed in her aftercare instructions, and also sent me home with a small sample of moisturizer to minimize the visible peeling. Due to following her instructions, I experienced MINIMAL visible peeling, but great results in the improvement of my skin's texture. My clients have been asking me if I've switched foundations!
