Because of Covid, she too has to check every client's temperature and ask if I had been sick in the past. Thank you for being so meticulous and thoughtful all through my visit. I was handled with care in every step of the way. Genie is my genie in a bottle. She's very professional, very careful and I could tell she loves what she does and do it so very well.. First the assessment. Genie takes a good look at my face and skin texture and, at the same time explains what she sees and what she thinks I need. I replied: Please by all means make me bright and shiny! Two hours of pampering, steaming, peeling, and some gentle strokes across my face. She's very gentle and super efficient. Of course, I couldn't see most of the time but I could tell she was working her magic. Every product she applied smell so heavenly and friendly. I never reacted like cough or get irritated at all. Everything smelled so yummy. You know how some smell you don't do well with. Not one problem as I have in the past. Not her products. She explained that these products are well picked and within every regulations of aesthetic guidelines. I'm all for that! Products are both from Korea and Germany. All in all, Genie made sure I was comfy. She's open for any questions if I had any. This place is super clean. Best of all, she's on time! One thing to remember is to either keep your appointment or cancel within 24 hrs. Otherwise, it will cost you half or the full amount. I thought I'd disclose this info to save all of you some time to think. Either way, I thought it went very well and am thinking about proceeding to get a set of treatments in the near future. I highly recommend Genie. You're welcome.

I am so disappointed that she would not leave a single hair, especially when she had to get the tweezers to pull individual ones. Like seriously, do you have to remove them all? Does my hoo-hah' have to be so smooth like hard wood floors that just got waxed?! That is insane!! ‍ Oh yes, let's not forget that for the BEST results, you should allow the hair to be at least 1/4 inch long prior to the appointment. ‍. Well yea, it's been a little over 2 months for me so it was pretty long and honestly, I didn't even want the "best results" and I would have taken a halfway job to minimize the pain but nooooo, Dana has given top tier service!!! AGAIN!!!!! To go even further, she tried to distract me from the pain by making me laugh, sharing updates on how her holiday was and using the best bedside manner as she stripped my hoo-hah' to perfection! The nerve of her to not only be as good as she was when I started going to her in 2021, but she keeps getting better and she educates herself on how to improve her services, select the best products and oh yes, let's not forget that she knows how to get EVERY SINGLE HAIR!!!!! Also, why is she ALWAYS ready and waiting for me, even though I ALWAYS come a few minutes early!? How DARE her to never leave me waiting when I'm dreading these days that it's been more than a month and I KNOW she's gonna get ALL the hairs! Thank you Dana for being the best part of my self care pampering routine! Between getting my nails done and getting waxed, I feel brand new every single time! See you next month, cause I am gonna make sure I don't go this long again!

The massage was excellent. The only criticism I could give is that it would be nice if they used a heated eye pillow for when the client is on their back. Though for the discounted price of the groupon, I can't really complain that she didn't do more! Pores noticeably smaller after. I learned from other reviews that it's tricky to make an appointment by phone. No one answers the phone, and It was a few days after I left a message that I was prompted by text to make an appointment. So customer service has room for improvement.
