I wish I had known about the T Spa years ago. What a Beautiful and peaceful spa. The spa is vast, clean and so relaxing. It was so large it's like a maze. Three rain head & jet showers, steam room, sauna, locker room, and relaxation room with fireplace. I had a wonderful massage that was so calming, Carol was excellent. The prices are a bit steep on services but it's truly a treat to go here. I couldn't recommend the T Spa enough. read more

I LOVE the Tspa so much! I've been going here for years and all of their services are great! I normally just go for their facials or massages, but there isn't a service that'll disappoint you! I recently had the Strawberry Facial and it made the whole room smell like a strawberry creamsicle! It was heavenly! All the staff are wonderful and answer all of your questions. They also have a really invigorating Eucalyptus Steam Room, where you can relax all of your stresses away, then dry up in the sauna! It's great! read more

Service exceeded my expectations. It was clean serene and relaxing. I love the flowing water with fish under the floorboards. I had a rejuvenated service where they rubbed the scrub of my choice all over my body and massaged it. Afterwards they wrapped me like a hot burrito to let it marinate and penetrate for at least 30 minutes and afterwards they unwrap you and you can shower off with a nice therapeutic soap like aromatherapy. I love the ambiance and that it's quiet and not crowded. They've opened the steam and dry saunas again after a long Covid closure and also started providing tea again. Hopefully they'll bring back spa water/ fruit infused water for our enjoyment in the relaxation room. It's lovely to hang out there between services, sip on a beverage, read and enjoy the flickering gas fireplace. The showers have a rain fixture overhead and strong side sprays, complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash, an area to dry hair and fix yourself up afterwards. Had a few hours surrounding my basic pedicure. The facility was very nice, clean, and relaxing (other than the group of ladies talking loudly in the quiet room). My pedicure was nice, although not quite the 50 minutes noted. Loved the steam room! There was also a dry sauna which I didn't utilize. Plenty of towels, even larger size. Lockers were available for use. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was available in the showers. I had to ask the front for a bag to put my wet bathing suit in. Would have loved to have access to the pool or hottub , I should have asked but didn't. Will definitely ask when I make my way to there again. read more

I hsd a rare, unexpected half day off last minute today and wanted to treat myself to a massage. I called ahead and Rueben was professional and friendly and was able to book me in with Jordan within the hour, which was amazing. Jordan was courteous, thoughtful, knowledge and provided me an exceptional massage experience. I have a disc injury at my L4-L5 and he continued to checked in with me regarding my comfort level with pressure as well as if I was tolerating well areas with multiple adhesions. The Womens locker room was well appointed and the robe and slippers fit well and felt luxurious. I was offered the use of the sauna, steam room and relaxation room however I had to leave at the end of my massage so I will have to check these out on my next visit. Absolutely gorgeous spa! So beautifully decorated. I was staying at the casino on my birthday and treated myself to a massage. I love that they have you wait in a "relaxation room", which is very relaxing. Nice and warm & cozy with dim lighting. My massage was wonderful. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed when I left. They also carry Eminence products, which are the only products I use on my face. They have a very nice selection so I was thrilled to see products I can't get at my local spa. read more

I have gone to the spa two times in the past six months. Stayed at the hotel, gambled, and booked a facial both times in hopes of relaxing. Both times the service providers TALKED ABOUT THEMSELVES the whole hour. I can literally tell you more about the estheticians than I can most of my own friends. The service was lovely, and both women were very nice, but I was not there to make friends. I go to the spa to relax and when the person providing the service is talking POLITICS inflicting her opinion upon you a day after an election--no thank you. I sent an email to the spa the next day explaining my dissatisfaction and received a call immediately. The spa supervisor said "Sorry, I'll talk to them" and then sent me on my way. The days of customer service/satisfaction are long over. I will no longer be spending my money at the T-Spa or the Tulalip Casino. Save yourself a bad experience and go to the spa at The Chrysalis instead. read more

Ok I believe I am far enough away from my experience to give a non emotional review of services I received here. I had booked a 90 minute massage and a 80 minute facial. Let me start off by saying the facility is beautiful. There are many things to enjoy as a guest before or in between services that I wish I had known and taken advantage of before hand. A steam shower, sauna, fireplace with comfy seating to read etc. My massage was first and it was wonderful. She was on time to get me, she did an amazing job, I was relaxed and felt incredible after. My facial was scheduled immediately after so I was brought back to the waiting room area to wait. My facial was scheduled for 10:30. I sat in the waiting room until 11:13. Finally the lady that was doing my facial came bursting in frantic acting like I wasn't where I was supposed to be, and instead of apologizing to me for being late she hurried me along to a room. She smelled like cigarettes. She asked me not one question about my skin or what I hoped to get from my facial. She put a red light mask on me for 1/2 the time I was in the room while scrolling or texting on her phone behind my head where I could see her phone, the light from her phone and her picking it up and putting it down the entire time out of the corner of my eye. It was distracting, not relaxing and honestly so unprofessional and unpleasant. My 80 minute facial turned into a 47 minute facial. I was back in the waiting area, locker rooms by 12:00, with the warning that I shouldn't do the steam shower or the sauna because it would cause a reaction from the products used in the facial. I wish I had been told this before. Or had been told that the lady doing my facial was running late and to use them in between while I waited since I wouldn't be able to use them after the facial. When asked at the front desk checking out how my experience was I told them that I was disappointed in how late the lady doing my facial was and she turned the screen towards me and said well it looks like she made it up to you, you were in there for an hour and a half. No I was in the waiting room for 1/2 that time. Not a sorry. No acknowledgment that she knew she had been late. Frustrating. Especially when my massage and masseuse had been so professional and wonderful. I spent over $400. I shouldn't have been charged the full amount for the facial. Honestly I shouldn't have been charged at all for the facial with how late she was, how unprofessional she was, just disappointing. Going forward I would recommend a massage here but not a facial. Edited to include a response to the business "owner". I've seen your exact same response on multiple reviews now and I'm disappointed in your vague copy and paste lack of acknowledgement or accountability for anything or anyone at "your" spa. Reaching out and asking for employee names, dates, times etc and actually taking steps to rectify the situation would go a lot further with former and current customers. This is not a cheap service. Where people choose to spend their money should be something businesses like yours take seriously. I hope others see this and think twice before deciding to spend their hard earned money here. read more

I enjoyed my time at the spa during my one night stay at the resort. Enter the reception area and check in for your appointment (reservations in advance are highly recommended). There's bottled water and a variety of hot teas to enjoy in that area as well as a shop of many products they use in the spa. As a guest, you can use the fitness center, sauna, and steam room for free and if you have a players card and use the spa services, you get a 10% off discount! They will show you into the gender-separated areas to change into robes and slippers, utilize the sauna/steam room, and the other amenities including the restrooms, showers, blow dryers, makeup remover, and other toiletries. Then you can go back to the waiting room for your name to be called. It's a very peaceful place again with beverages and a fire place along with chairs to relax. I had a facial and it was my first one ever. It was a great experience with a very friendly aesthetician who walked me through each step and product she used. My face felt so soft and smooth! I also didn't have any breakouts which I was afraid of getting for a first time facial. Checking out was a smooth process. Tip was already included in my total. read more

I have been here many times and this time was a complete mess. My best friend and I came for a Mother's Day massages. We both were very excited and this was her first time going to the T Spa. Our experience was NOT enjoyable. We checked in on time at 12:58 our appt was at 1pm. Sat and filled out our paperwork work which took about 5 mins. We were sent back to change and used the restroom. We heard our name being called so we walked to the waiting area. By this time it was 1:10. The lady started at 1:15 and told me that we running behind so I need to tell her what areas I wanted her to work on. My first thought was running late? How are we running late? Fast forward she rushed through my massage and I only got 35 mins of massage time instead of 50 mins. I was shocked because I've never had such a bad experience before here. I got dressed and went to the front and asked the receptionist if we were supposed to show up 15 mins early to our appointments. She said no and that it shows we were on time. I told her about how we started our massages at 1:15 and they both finished at 1:50. The manager I believe heard and went to talk to the masseuse. She came back completely unprofessional and said that they waited for us for 15 mins while we changed. I was shocked and pretty upset. I told the manager that was not true and they were lying to her. The manager was super rude and just ignored us. The very sweet receptionist apologized to us and gave us a small discount on our bill. Needless to say, I am not happy with how this experience was. Very unprofessional. They should of gave us a giftcard towards another massage since ours was ruined. read more

Inwouks have given a 5 star review, but when we were done, we were looking at the lotions ans stuff in the lobby and the ENTIRE time an employee was standing with us, trying either sell us on things, or she was watching to be sure we didn't steal. However the massage and facials I have received (Lacey is wonderful for facials) have been really good. The reception area is good but there is one woman there (older) who's been there a long time and she's always quite stern and not very friendly. If you are running late they seem annoyed. This place used to be an oasis. But staff and services have gone way down hill. To start, using the pool has always been included. However, they recently changed their policy and did nothing to update existing clients. My husband and I arrived on our anniversary to use the pool before our very expensive (but always worth it) couples massage, and we were rudely informed by staff this was no longer aloud. We ended up putting around in the lobby for awhile before heading into the locker rooms. Finally, it was time for our 11:00am massage, but we weren't called back into the room until 11:05. By the time they started, it was 11:10. No big deal, we thought, people run late and they will make up for lost time. NOPE. We paid $325 for a 40 min, not even good massage. After explaining to the front desk what happened, they made it clear they did not care. We removed auto grat from the check and left. It's a shame, I used to love this place. My husband bought me a gift certificate for spa services here for my birthday. We got a room at the hotel and had a fabulous night out. When I showed up at 10AM for my facial, I was promptly reprimanded for being late. I questioned to be sure my appointment was at 10 to which the receptionist replied, "It's almost 5 after." So I must have walked in 3 minutes late. I was then rushed to the women's locker area and told to change, while the receptionist ran back to help another person. Luckily, I had been here before so knew where to wait for my service. I received a nice facial, although standard assembly line service. The esthetician asked no questions of me in order to personalize for my needs and talked about herself the whole time. I then had a great massage by Amy who was personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. She made my morning much more enjoyable. The facilities were clean and pretty but overpriced. They are trying to be much more upscale then they actually are. I don't think I will return. I've been to much nicer spas in the area. read more

Enjoyed a spa a few services.. My masseuse was Tawnya and was amazing. Edna who was the locker room attendant is fun and so sweet. I didn't want to leave! Here are details 1) Get 10% off of all services with your Casino players card. Free to sign up at customer service in the casino. 2) Arrive early. There is an amazing eucalyptus steam room and sauna. Nice touch with ice cold towels just outside the steam room.The dressing room is spacious with nice size lockers. There are also personal changing rooms for ladies needing more privacy. 3) Amenities - Free valet parking. They thought of everything. In the locker are slippers, hair ties, a super comfy robe and of course all the items for getting ready after your service (deodorant, hairspray etc). There is a fireplace relaxation room with tea, juice. Please note a relaxation room..so please avoid the excess chatter (save it for the bar!) 4) I started with the rebalance body treatment followed by the well being bath treatment. And bexause that wasnt enough I also added the Balinese massage (it was more of a percussion massage that helped loosen up some kinks). I will return! read more

If you don't like hard massages she's the person to ask. one lady in the front staff that checked me in was nice and courteous as well. one other not as much..seem very stern..could've been a little more tone-ftiendly I guess for someone working in a spa. Other than that it's a fantastic place to go. Amenities are first class, clean and well provided. A bit pricey but usually standard for high-end spa places. with all honesty I go to other spa and massage places for half the price or even way less and with equal or more services. Definitely an unexpected retreat for the Marysville area. The range of services is huge and the price seems right for the ambiance and location. I have only used Lacey for waxing services and highly recommend. The overall facilities are calm, quiet, and high end. If you book service in advance, bring along your makeup and use the showers afterwards. I'm always in a hurry and wish I would take more time to enjoy and relax before or after. They have plenty of lockers for your stuff and a nice relaxation room. I do wish there was more "day light" or a meditation room. read more

Have been coming here for 5 years and it has gone downhill. Today I had a service and 4 of 5 washrooms weren't clean and 2 of 4 showers had towels on floor outside for over an hour. They used to have contact lens cases, juices, attendants, decent products to use but no more. I felt like the shower gel in the shower was dish soap. My massage was mediocre but my pedicure was great. Too bad they are cutting corners. read more

I rarely write poor reviews, but this was too much. My first and last experience at T Spa, two days ago. The facility is fantastic. I got a facial from an esthetician who was in the throes of a cold- sniffling and breathing heavily through her mouth the entire session. She gave a fine facial but her illness ruined the experience. I spent the whole time listening to her sucking in post-nasal drip just inches from my face, and I was very worried about contracting her virus. Far worse was checking out. I mentioned the above situation to the receptionist and she could not have cared less. Then I was billed $124 for a facial that is listed on the menu at $89. They said they had not yet updated the menu but I was being billed $124, regardless. I balked, and it took 15 minutes and numerous back and forth trips from the very young "manager" before they begrudgingly acquiesced. Oooh, were they ticked off to have to honor the price they list on the menu. I was the villain, and they were appallingly rude about it. Both the manager and one of the receptionists were incredibly snotty. (One receptionist was kind and apologetic, God bless her.) I left irate- and hopefully not sick. I will never return. read more

Oh my..... I consider myself fairly experienced in all things day spa. I worked at one for several years and I live in an area where they abound. This one is amazing. The sauna is well kept, the steam room is above average with eucalyptus oil added to the steam (which makes it absolute heaven). They have showers with a rain head and ones that spray all the way down your back. They have a pool and a hot tub in the resort that you are welcome to use. They were able to get us in within hours of my phone call and I am grateful they did. My aesthetician was Kat and she was worth every penny. I was more relaxed by the end of our 50 minute session that I typically get in an entire 90 minute full body massage. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Best facial I've had in my life. Thank you Kat. The spa has new management and new policy's. Ive been coming here for five years and have always had a great time. The new employees and management are pale in comparison. I have never been treated with such distain at a spa of all places. Right out of the gate 7 people at the front debating whether or not they offered spa services. Management was called and even then nothing was resolved. I canceled my appointment and was told that i was fortunate i wasn't being charge a cancelation fee. I got a hot stone massage and the anti aging oxygen facial here. Massage was decent. Definitely not the best but the massage therapist I had was delightful. My facial on the other hand was subpar at best. On top of that, the facial was supposed to include a scalp and hand massage which my technician did NOT do. She was also clearly exhausted as she seemed a bit glum when she first took me back to the room and complained about being at the spa for too long as an excuse for her being out of it. She only ended up being more friendly towards the end like most service folks do to get a decent tip. I was then told towards the end that I should avoid the steam and sauna after the facial as I wouldn't want the products to get sweated out. This would have been helpful info to know BEFORE the treatment as I was looking forward to use the steam and sauna after my appts. I ended up leaving straight away as it wasn't even recommended to take a shower. Seriously, WTF? I will not be returning to this place. Definitely not worth your money.
