I was referred to this practice by my physical therapist who stated the massage therapists here…read morewere great and would round out my care team. My first few months were exactly as he described - Janelle was amazing, her focused massage work, the education-sharing and care Janelle provided, helped immensely for me as a new patient and my rotator cuff/frozen shoulder situation. I was grateful for the recommendation. Insurance covered and I was progressively feeling relief and results. Sadly Janelle was leaving this practice. As her thoughtful parting gesture Janelle recommended a couple therapists to continue where she left off, which I looked forward to as she spoke so highly of their level of care and service. Then COVID hit. Fast forward two months and now I'm eager to start the therapy up again, I called today asking when they would be open for service. To my SHOCK the therapists (Kendall) have returned to work already, in fact 4 weeks ago. I was told Kendall was only calling back her "priority" list clients.... I wasn't sure what that meant, but of course I didn't get called or contacted.. when I asked for clarification the gal at the desk basically dismissed me and said "ok, goodbye" In the competitive service industry when we have choices on our therapy care - when it comes to how you're made to feel and overall experience..... we need more therapists like Janelle.

Decided to put this place to the test after reading the reviews. Soul Massage is excellent. One…read morething I really appreciate is how intentional their process is from the start. They have you fill out paperwork so everything is clear ahead of time. It really helps avoid any miscommunication and makes sure boundaries and preferences are respected. During the massage itself, they stay consistently engaged the entire hour if you choose a full session. It doesn't feel like they're just going through the motions or killing time like some places I've been to, they genuinely focus on the treatment and go all in. They also provide water afterward, which is a thoughtful touch and makes the whole experience feel even more professional and cared for because some places I've been to give no water. Overall, it's a really solid, high-quality massage experience.

Once they had that information, my massage therapist (Kendra) contacted me to set up an appointment. I was really impressed and excited when I entered the business. The waiting area was cute and comfortable and there was someone there to greet me and set me up with some paperwork. Soon enough it was time for my massage and it was great. Kendra used the right amount of pressure and really focused on areas where I needed some more attention. She was so professional and only needed to remind me to relax a couple of times. Check out was a breeze and I was able to set up my next appointment very easily.

The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. We chose the couples massage with hot stones and cupping, which was my first time trying cupping. It exceeded both of our expectations! Our massage therapists, Sasa and Lynn, were wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and checked in throughout the session to make sure the pressure was comfortable and that we were doing okay. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing--the space was clean, smelled wonderful, the soothing music created a peaceful ambiance, and the small fan in the room kept the temperature just right. We both left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so much better than when we arrived. This was one of the best massage experiences we've had, and we'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Rose Massage to anyone looking for a relaxing and professional experience!

1 Star - Very uncomfortable tipping experience…read more I have been a regular customer at this massage place and usually visit about twice a month. As someone who also works in the service industry, I understand how important tips are and I always tip fairly depending on the quality of service. In the past I have tipped anywhere between $15-$25. However, my most recent visit was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. I booked a 90-minute massage that cost $115 after tax. When it came time to pay, I intended to leave a $20 tip, which would bring my total to $135. The payment machine actually showed multiple tip options including $20. However, the staff refused to allow me to select the $20 option. They insisted that the tip must be 30% or more, and pointed to a small note on the table that said 30% gratuity is "appreciated." They then attempted to add $30 to my bill without my agreement. This is very concerning for several reasons: * The 30% tip was never disclosed before the service started * It was not listed on the official menu or pricing * The payment machine still shows optional tip amounts but customers are not allowed to choose them * Staff attempted to force a higher tip after the service was already completed A gratuity is supposed to be voluntary unless a business clearly lists a mandatory service charge before the service begins. Posting a small note on the table and then pressuring customers at the payment terminal is not transparent and creates a very uncomfortable situation. As a loyal customer who has supported this business many times, I felt extremely disappointed by how this was handled. If a business wants to require a 30% service charge, it should clearly state that on the menu and inform customers before the service -- not pressure them at the register after the service is finished. Customers should be aware of this policy before visiting.
