Came here at start of summer. They didn't have me fill out an intake form. There were no massage therapy licenses hanging. The room was cold and the massage did nothing to help my lower back pain. They are also over priced compared to other massage places and I truly question the type of massage place this is given that all other places I've been to have me fill out an intake form and the therapist credentials are clearly and visibly posted. If you want a strip mall massage this is where to go...Scheduled a couples massage based on the good reviews and was exited but instead got very disappointed! I got a prenatal massage and was positioned in a side laying position. The room was cold and the masseuse had my whole one side uncovered so it was very hard to get relaxed and felt uncomfortable with how open she left me. The room was quite, other than the music in the lobby. They offered essential oils (which are normally included in a "Spa") but said it's an additional $15!!!!! I don't know how this is a "spa" and not labeled as a massage parlor because it's a strip mall massage spot. Expected a spa experience and did not experience even a glimpse of that. I have been to this place few times (happens to be once every 3 months or so) and never have I been disappointed. During my workout routine (running primarily) all my muscles are sore and tight. I prefer hard massage and it gives me great relief. All the masseuses' have been really great. They understand the pressure and work accordingly. Getting appointments is very simple - I do it over text. The place is also very clean and tidy. If you looking for the usual massages, then this is the right place. Please be aware of add-ons - If you asking for any oil other than the standard, it would be charged on top of the massage charges. Omg can I just say I am disappointed in myself for not booking 2 hours!!! I booked the 1 hour aromatherapy massage with Cathy because this was my first time here and I am pretty picky with massages. Cathy applied the perfect pressure and I dunno what she did but I felt like that little bubble wrap and she was a child popping those knots out... pop pop pop! That aromatherapy pillow was so refreshing and smelled so nice and I forgot all my problems. I literally almost fell asleep on how much I was relaxed. When she let me know it was over I got sad because an hour was not enough of that amazing heaven-like experience. Next time I am booking 2 hours! You should too! read more

Yo! This place is the real deal. It's clean and welcoming. The staff were friendly and easy to book with. Cici (might not be the correct spelling) was my masseuse and she gave me an amazing massage! The pressure was next level... i told her to go HARD and she did not disappoint- she hopped up on the table and dug into me with elbows, knees and hands! It was fantastic. I have also had a lot of massages by different people and I know a good massage from bad. This was an excellent massage! She listened to what I said, had great pressure and it felt great. AMAZING! I hold so much tension in my shoulders I am always in a need of deep pressure. We used hot stones with a massage and then cupping. This is a great spot! It's super clean, has a nice vibe, and somebody put a lot of attention and care into the decor and small details. I'm super picky about massages and this one was AMAZING. Perfect combo of getting the knots out and relaxation. Loved the hot stones. I had Jenny and she was just fantastic. My two tiny bits of feedback for the business: - A cell phone kept going off during my massage (mostly little pings). Not sure if it was the business' phone or what, but I was the only customer so not another customer's phone. - I got a little cold. There wasn't a heated table, which isn't a big deal if there's some sort of blanket or the temp is turned up a bit. I know with new businesses there are always kinks to work out, this was by no means a deal breaker for me. I will definitely be back for another great massage soon!! read more

I was in search for a massage on the same day and they were able to book me immediately. I had the 60 min body massage first, the room was really relaxing. While there I asked to add a body scrub and they made it work. The scrub table was great, I could sleep there. Afterwards I'm not sure if I did this wrong but I ended up standing there full on nude with her and she dried me off. I've never had that happen, I'm use to the towel being left there to dry myself. I apologize to my massage therapist for that if it was me... Either way it was great and I'm definitely returning. read more

I have been here many times. Every single provider has been excellent!! I am very picky about massage and every time I have left feeling great. They use hot stones, have table warmers and i appreciate that they check in on pressure during massage. I can usually get in last minute so this is a huge benefit for this tired mom. read more

I made my appointment to try to get help with sciatic pain. They told me when I made the appointment that they were familiar with how to treat that. I went in. They didn't know anything about sciatica at all. After talking for almost ten minutes via a translator app, they said they would be able to help. One hour massage. She started on me at 4:13pm. At 4:47 she walked out of the room. Came back in shortly continued the massage. This happened 4 more times. At 4:58pm she was done. Not one thing was done for the sciatic pain I was in, the only reason I agreed to the massage. $125 for nothing. Won't go back. Don't recommend. read more

I popped in for a body scrub today and loved it! First off the spa is beautiful inside, with soothing music playing in all the rooms. The details were on point. I want to live there! The woman who helped me at the desk was very sweet, and she also did my body scrub since they weren't busy (hopefully that will change!). The body scrub room was also beautiful, and they have an infrared sauna as well. The wash table was comfortable and she said it was a milk bath! The sea salt scrub and everything smelled amazing. She did a great job and it was very relaxing! I'd pick a scrub over a massage any day. The only thing I regret is not adding on a foot massage or an infrared session. I'm sure those are wonderful as well! It's great to have a spa so close to home, and the prices are reasonable. They have a $20 off promotion right now through August 31, as well, so you can't beat it! Thanks for a great experience I spa! read more
