Once they had that information, my massage therapist (Kendra) contacted me to set up an appointment. I was really impressed and excited when I entered the business. The waiting area was cute and comfortable and there was someone there to greet me and set me up with some paperwork. Soon enough it was time for my massage and it was great. Kendra used the right amount of pressure and really focused on areas where I needed some more attention. She was so professional and only needed to remind me to relax a couple of times. Check out was a breeze and I was able to set up my next appointment very easily.

My husband and I came here for a couples massage, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely…read moredisappointing. I had actually visited this place about a week earlier by myself and had a wonderful experience with a male therapist named Angelo (or Angel). Because of that positive experience, I recommended the place to my husband and convinced him that we should come back together for a couples massage. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different. The two female therapists were rude and unprofessional. During the massage, they repeatedly yawned while working on us, which made us feel very uncomfortable and as though they didn't care about providing a good experience. The massage itself was not relaxing or enjoyable, and neither of us felt that they made any effort to make us comfortable. When the one-hour massage was over, one of the therapists yelled, "One hour is over," and both immediately went to the front desk and stood there staring at us, seemingly expecting us to pay and tip. There was no thank-you or effort to make the experience pleasant or professional. Even though we were very disappointed with the service, we still tipped them because that is what we normally do when receiving a service. However, we honestly did not feel that the service deserved it. I left feeling extremely disappointed, and my whole body was sore afterward. It was especially frustrating because I had such a great experience during my previous visit that I recommended this place to my husband. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will never be coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone based on the experience we had with these two therapists.

I was referred to this practice by my physical therapist who stated the massage therapists here…read morewere great and would round out my care team. My first few months were exactly as he described - Janelle was amazing, her focused massage work, the education-sharing and care Janelle provided, helped immensely for me as a new patient and my rotator cuff/frozen shoulder situation. I was grateful for the recommendation. Insurance covered and I was progressively feeling relief and results. Sadly Janelle was leaving this practice. As her thoughtful parting gesture Janelle recommended a couple therapists to continue where she left off, which I looked forward to as she spoke so highly of their level of care and service. Then COVID hit. Fast forward two months and now I'm eager to start the therapy up again, I called today asking when they would be open for service. To my SHOCK the therapists (Kendall) have returned to work already, in fact 4 weeks ago. I was told Kendall was only calling back her "priority" list clients.... I wasn't sure what that meant, but of course I didn't get called or contacted.. when I asked for clarification the gal at the desk basically dismissed me and said "ok, goodbye" In the competitive service industry when we have choices on our therapy care - when it comes to how you're made to feel and overall experience..... we need more therapists like Janelle.

Me and my boyfriend were both creeped out here last week…read more The other morning, I called in and booked same day massages for me and my BF. A nice woman helped me with the booking. It was a first-time experience at this place for both of us. I had been to many massage parlors and massage therapists before. It was my boyfriend's first time having a massage. We both were looking forward to it. The back door entry was a little creepy and there was an odd vibe to this place. I had been in some pretty sketchy places before that were so much worse and I was with my bf so it was whatever. The ratings also looked legit, so I dismissed it. However, the guy at the front desk made me feel uncomfortable when I asked him where the bathroom was. I saw the masseuse that was supposed to massage me after I left the bathroom. I walked past him in the hallway. I just got the weirdest vibe. I felt super uncomfortable. My boyfriend let me know he was feeling uncomfortable, as well. He also saw the masseuse hanging around and was just uncomfortable, again a weird vibe. So I know it wasn't just me. We just wanted to get out of there asap. We didn't care about the cancelation fee, as both of us would rather pay to not feel violated/uncomfortable. I shared this with one of the owners and it was not met with understanding, more like they were just afraid I was asking for a refund than concerned that I was uncomfortable . His response was "We've never had this issue before". I would have handled the interaction a bit differently.
