Oh my gosh are the staff friendly! They showed us around and answered all our questions and introduced us to people. They made us feel like family. The Russian sauna is REALLY really hot. Probably normal for Russians, but for someone who goes to the sauna at the gym all the time, this was 100% hotter. Most people wear hats in the sauna. We didn't know about this so we didn't bring a hat. I think they dip them in cold water and they say it helps them to stay in the sauna longer... that is if I understood them correctly. A bit of a language barrier. The steam room was really hot too, again much hotter than any gym steam room I've been to. Although they don't call it a steam room, their term is "Wet Sauna". The cold pool was suppose to be 33 degrees and extremely cold, we went in a bit, but were too chicken to take the plunge. Maybe if there hadn't been an audience we would have tried. The hot tub was really hot and quiet enjoyable. We also had a "venik massage" which is a massage that a Russian man gives you with leaves in the sauna. It's suppose to detoxify you and the stuff from the leaves is suppose to go into your pours. At least I think... Again, the language barrier. Maybe I will have to learn Russian. The changing rooms were really small and I wish there were more room to change/put your stuff. But they do have a free tanning bed in case you want to use it. They also have Q-tips, free locker for your stuff, and a hair dryer. We tried the Kavas, which is a Russian drink and that was cool too. There is a "dry room" to hang out in, in case you just want to chill for a bit. Play some pool, watch Russian videos, eat Russian food, hang out in comfy chairs and relax.

Awesome Russian food and awesome customer service!!!

The price isn't bad, because you have access to amenities and a message. There's a NO bathing suits policy in the locker areas where you access the steam room, hot tub, pool and showers. So if you're shy/uncomfortable find another place. The Good: lots of amenities to access. Staff is attentive and open to solving issues when made aware and are generally nice. Quiet/meditative atmosphere. The Bad: THE MESSAGE: that little Korean woman beat the shit out of me. Lol. There is a form for you to complete that offer an opportunity to inform them about problem, areas, areas to avoid and etc. They completely ignored that. I received my massage on Tuesday and it's just now recovering from the pain on Saturday. Swedish vs deep tissues doesn't mean shit. I'm a chubby dinosaur, so I know a masseuse would look at me and think they would have to work harder to make an impact. That's just not how it works for me. And unfortunately the masseuse speaks little English so communicating your needs will not be possible. The more English speaking staff are at the front desk and the 1/2 individuals running around. Tips: communicate your needs for massage upfront when you pay so hopefully they are translated clear before you get to your massage. Bring your own towel. Be prepared to leave your American shyness at the door.

You will remove your shoes at the entrance and walk into the woman's locker/hot spring area. There are 2 hot water pools, 1 cold pool, an infrared sauna room, and a steam sauna room. Next to the pool, there are 2 spa areas for body scrub and massage. You will probably get the most extensive body scrub experience here, leaving with baby soft skin. The oil massage was a bit rough with the Korean auntie, but you will leave feeling relaxed. There is a snow room upstairs, and multiple hot rooms such as salt and charcoal rooms. There is also a Korean restaurant in the facility which was very convenient. Food was decent, a bit on the pricy side since the portion was small. Overall, it's a place where you can easily spend hours to relax, eat a nice meal, and go home feeling refreshed!

The idea that you can fix a trauma with a trauma is just fool hardy. Atlas Orthogonal and Dr. Webb "adjusted" what I thought was possible with chiropractic care. She is an insightful and caring doctor and has managed to do in just a under 2 months what no chiropractor or back specialist was able to do in years. She is amazing and I hope everyone with a difficult back or neck issue gets a chance to benefit from her methods. Dr. Webb aligned my Atlas about 6 weeks ago and with a few follow ups and a transition period for the muscles in my neck and back, I am experiencing a level of flexibility and movement that I can only describe as miraculous. My energy is up too! Thank you!

Seriously, I now take a half a day off of work in Olympia (yes, I work in Olympia!) to drive up to see Dr. Webb (now) in Seattle. I have been a patient of her's since she started to practice in Washington. Prior to Dr. Webb, I would get severe spring colds that would knock me out of commission for at least 3 days. 4 years later, I have yet to have one again. When I am in severe pain, my atlas is out or even if my muscles just hurt, I see Dr. Webb and it is like a Clariton commercial. I walk in fuzzy, unfocused and tense. An adjustment here, several clicks here and literally, you can see me "sharpen", the relief is instantaneous. I am amazed at the relief every time, even after 4 years of care. She takes care of not just my spine, but she takes care of *ME*. From my joints, my muscles, even my sinuses! Today I was a mess. I mean a REAL mess, from my head, to my shoulders, to my elbows, my spine, my hips.. it was ugly. To add to it, I had a severe ear infection. After the magic of AO and the activator, I asked her about the ear. She informed me that the AO adjustment would actually help getting the ear on track for healing. Not even 30 minutes after leaving her office (for a 2 1/2 drive home mind you!), I could feel something changing in my ear. I could hear more, sounds were sharper. Every minute of the commute to and from her office is worth it. I have seen the benefits of AO; I am the benefit of AO and Activator. But don't think all AO chiropractors are the same. I tried an AO in Olympia, thinking I would get the same care and relief as with Dr. Webb. I was ever so wrong! I spent the weekend in misery, nearly in tears until I saw Dr. Webb again, who got me back on track. If you are skeptical about the "bone-cracking" chiropractors, give Dr. Webb two weeks to switch you over to AO; you will not regret them, I promise you!

As a guest on my partner's account, I encountered two unacceptable situations that made my visits incredibly distressing. First, about a week ago, I was told by a staff member named Jesse that I could not access the gym facilities while my partner was in the locker room, despite providing my phone number and having no previous issues. I was forced to wait outside in the waiting area for over an hour, which was both inconvenient and humiliating. He claimed that I could be a "thief" while he sat there giggling with the same girl the second incident is about. Today, things got even worse. Due to my disability Severe (OCD), I shower with the curtain open because I am highly afraid of germs. A staff member yelled at me to close the curtain because I was allegedly making one other person uncomfortable. Despite my explanations and the fact that I told her I was finished with my shower, this staff member continued to berate me in front of everyone, causing me to have a panic attack. She yelled over and over " I don't care close the curtain!" It's astonishing that a locker room, where nudity is expected, would have such a rigid and poorly communicated policy. These incidents have left me deeply dissatisfied, UNCOMFORTABLE, and I will never return to this gym. The negative experiences overshadow any positive aspects, and it's clear that the staff at this location need better training on handling sensitive situations and enforcing policies fairly. I see naked women all the time in the actual locker room part of the locker room not showering. Never complained. Never felt uncomfortable. I have never complained before these incidents, however while I'm at it, the shower curtains never get cleaned, there is a shower that has been extremely clogged for over a month, the showers are also not cleaned often or throughly there is always hair in the drain and other nasty substances. My partner says that multiple shower heads in the gentleman's room are missing and there is also always little tiny black worms on the floor, he also stated that he saw a couple (man + woman) In the men's showers apparently showering together, and a tooth brush head on the shower floor that looked like it was covered in what looked like feces. But yeah sure worry about my normal naked body in a public locker room and shower. There is one employee here who has always been super nice and I hate that I do not know his name but he deserves a better job! He explained to me that this is not policy but the damage has been done. The woman NEVER apologized. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE? YEAH RIGHT. MORE LIKE DISCRIMINATORY ZONE.
