SO good I fell asleep which I don't think ever happened to me during a massage before. Entry is super affordable and the sign in/up process is easy. She started on my legs and feet and then worked her way up. I was most impressed with the owner's knowledge and experience. There were several large groups chatting away and moving in unison, which made it really tough to find a spot in the sauna or cold plunge. The front desk also didn't adequately explain spa courtesy so people were not showering and rinsing prior to participating. I think it would also help to have attendants cleaning more frequently to prevent hair and other flatsom from building up in the shower, the floors, the cold plunge, etc.

Very different than what I'm used to but I can see how it can make relaxing at the sauna a more positive experience.
