I was referred to this practice by my physical therapist who stated the massage therapists here were great and would round out my care team. My first few months were exactly as he described - Janelle was amazing, her focused massage work, the education-sharing and care Janelle provided, helped immensely for me as a new patient and my rotator cuff/frozen shoulder situation. I was grateful for the recommendation. Insurance covered and I was progressively feeling relief and results. Sadly Janelle was leaving this practice. As her thoughtful parting gesture Janelle recommended a couple therapists to continue where she left off, which I looked forward to as she spoke so highly of their level of care and service. Then COVID hit. Fast forward two months and now I'm eager to start the therapy up again, I called today asking when they would be open for service. To my SHOCK the therapists (Kendall) have returned to work already, in fact 4 weeks ago. I was told Kendall was only calling back her "priority" list clients.... I wasn't sure what that meant, but of course I didn't get called or contacted.. when I asked for clarification the gal at the desk basically dismissed me and said "ok, goodbye" In the competitive service industry when we have choices on our therapy care - when it comes to how you're made to feel and overall experience..... we need more therapists like Janelle. read more

The massage therapists are experienced, professional, good communicators, and kind people. You won't find a better place in Snohomish! I've been going to Classic Massage for MANY years. I'm a picky person, and I find myself continuing to stick with them. There are a lot of massage therapists to choose from.. and all are very hospitable. Each person does their massage differently... so I recommend reading about each masseuse online and asking the receptionist about their styles ahead of time, so you are matched with the right person. Obviously, this will make a difference with your experience. I've tried several of the people, and I've had great massages, and some that were not for me. The owner, Dawn, is absolutely amazing!!! She is so kind and hospitable.. I used to get my massages from her way back when:). She lives and breathes her business, and it shows. I'm not one to post a good review for the sake of helping a person/friend/business.... if I can't whole heartedly stand behind the "brand," then I won't do it. The therapist was also good BUTTTTT unfortunately that doesn't matter now, it takes one to ruin a good experience. I was quoted 85.00 as per what your website also stated and I verified it at the time of setting the appointment. After receiving my service I was being charged 170.00!!!! When I asked her about it and stated I was quoted 85.00 and verified it twice she said it was because it was on a pip claim (news!!!) You knew it was on a pip claim when you quoted me 85.00. and what difference would that make anyhow except ripping off the insurance company too, I then informed her I would just pay cash then and she said it would be 120.00 then. with no explanation as to why per our previous discussions and or what website quoted for the type of service I requested and scheduled for at 85.00 I wouldn't recommend this business because of price gouging and falsifying price information on the posted website. read more

I've been getting chiropractic work done here for years from Dr. Lewis. It's been a huge help with mobility. I've tried other chiropractors but they are often stiff and uncomfortable. However, Dr. Lewis' adjustments are done very well. I don't go anywhere else now. read more

I read reviews that the massage therapists here were good, so I decided to schedule an appointment. I didn't get past the first phone call, however. I called the front desk to schedule and was asked if I would be paying with insurance. When I said "yes," I was told that I need to have a prescription. I told the person that my insurance did not require a prescription for massage. The person insisted that I needed a prescription because massage therapists cannot write their own and it's the law in Washington. She could not grasp that I do not need a prescription written because my insurance does not require one. She was rigid and rude over the phone and didn't seem to understand what I was saying or offer to call my insurance to check benefits. Finally, I said "thanks anyway" and hung up. Called another place and scheduled without a hitch. read more

I've been going to Classic Massage for just under a year now. I go each week for relief from joint pain from my autoimmune disease. I look forward to my next appointment from the moment I leave my appointment. Morgan is the best, and I leave in a "massage trance" after each session. I've also hah massages from Gaby who also is fantastic, and Megan for one session who relieved some acute back pain I had. The front desk is super friendly, never issues with billing or insurance. I find it funny how dead CUSTOMER service is in this day& age. This places massage therapists are pretty good but the lady at the front counter with the short hair and major attitude problem. I've been in like 5 times maybe and each time she is less and less pleasant. Today i had an emergency and couldn't make it in and she made sure to let me know that I would be charged $60 when I was just trying to re-schedule last min because of the emergency. So now you can enjoy all 60$ as I will be taking my business else where and I get massages bi weekly and so does my wife. Wouldn't that 2 people coming in 4 times a month generate more revenue in longevity than that Petty $60?? Food for thought. I understand this rule for people who always cancel but I've never rescheduled or been late and I tip !! Come on you just took money out of your therapist hands!!have better fore sight to your actions and attitude.. read more

Had a Massage by Lauren. Lauren's process was good, though the massage felt a little rushed. After I finished and walked out to pay, I realized she gave me a 45 minute massage. I walked out of the clinic 50 minutes after I walked in instead of getting a 60 minute massage that I paid for. The staff said they would communicate with the manager and call me back. Nope, no call. Horrible customer service. I wish I hadn't left a tip. Don't go to this place you will get ripped off. read more

I wish I could say better about my experience here, but in all honesty, it was pretty bad. Once I was taken back,(which was confusing in it self because there was no one at the front desk when I arrived for my appointment, so I was just standing there till I heard a girl finally say "Oh we have a line in the front" and then someone came out a minute or two later) my masseuse was not very informative or friendly about what we would be doing during the session and then the music. It was almost like it was today's radio. It was pop music that was loud and not relaxing at all. When it came to the massage, it was rough and she never once asked me how was it was for me. I asked her if she could go a little easier on the pressure but that didn't seem to help much anyway, and then still never asked if it was okay for me. You spend good money to get a massage and all I would like is a relaxing experience and for me, This is not the place I will be going to get that unfortunately. read more

Qualifier : I've only been once. Result: Will never go again Why? 1) Massage therapist was inappropriate (see below) 2) Billing was incorrect and not easily resolved. So, I've only been to one of the massage therapists here, I cannot recall her name. This review probably does not reflect the other massage therapists, but the one I had was inappropriate. I came in with extreme back pain from muscle spasms. I just wanted some pain relief without medication or at least some minor relief from the fear and stress of the pain. What I got instead was an earful about the massage therapist's myriad of problems - from her drug and alcohol use in the past, to her medical conditions (WTF!), family strife and all forms of pain and suffering that she has experienced. I felt like I was the therapist - a psychological therapist! To top it all off, I got no pain relief and walked away feeling slightly traumatized by TMI. All of these for a mere 75$ - which I paid. But, no, not according to Classic Massage. Even though I have a copy of the check that is clearly marked paid by their bank (confirmed with them), CM still thinks I owe them for this ridiculous shoddy work. They told me that the owner needs to investigate and would get back to me - I'm waiting. Bottom line: Classic alright, classic rip-off. read more

I am a faithful client of Snohomish location. I think I am one of the longest customers. I have seen many girls through out my years. All of them listen to my needs and work on the issues at hand. I am a client that gets severe migraines several times a month and going every two weeks keeps them down or limits the length I have them. The atmosphere walking in and the ladies up front are amazing and friendly. They know me by name which makes me feel like family. I have been seeing Kendall for the last several years and would highly recommend her. However, she has such a following of clients if you do not book out, you may not get in for a couple of weeks or a month. That is how good she is! This week I had to get in to see Carissa and she was amazing as well!! If you need or like deep tissue Carissa will help your tight and sore muscles.
