I've had cupping done at other places, so I'm familiar with the general method--cups are typically placed and left in certain areas. Here, however, the approach was completely different. The cups were not only left on, but also dragged across my back while still suctioned. It was extremely painful--honestly felt like my skin was being torn. There was no warning or check-in about comfort level during the process. To make things worse, the massage didn't even last the full hour I paid for. When it ended, the therapist simply left the room without saying anything beyond that she was finished. Afterward, I could hear laughing and gossiping from the front area, which felt unprofessional and off-putting.
