I have found that the 2 Asian women who have given massages have been able to reduce the pain in my lower back, allowing me to be more productive at work. If you visit Shoreside Spa, ask for Anne, and if possible, ask for the room with the ceiling bars. I don't know what it's called, but it's a massage where the person walks on your back and manipulates things with their feet.
