I'm to the point now where I can fix most of the problems I used to have to go see her about. She's unlike other physical therapy places I've been to, where they spend 5 minutes with you and then tell you to do exercises for 45 minutes. She spends the whole 45 minutes addressing my problems, and then gives me reasonable exercises and stretches to do (no making the alphabet with my foot 10 times!), plus things I should stop doing. While I was on the table just 15 minutes into the massage when the woman walked away for 10 minutes to help someone at the front desk! Then it wasn't even 10 minutes later after she came back to continue the massage, that the phone rang and she stepped away to take the call! Seriously?!? It was then that I understood why she had me pay upfront, otherwise I would have gotten up, got dressed and walked out! Not the operation I was expecting. I understand being on your own in a business, but take care of the naked client you have on a table in the back first! It doesn't take a moment to post a note or sign that you're with a client, or arrange back up (how can a massage place operate with just one person?!?) lock the door, turn off the phone and let it go to vm.
