I didn't get an email confirmation so I forgot when the appointment was exactly...I assumed I would get a reminder a week out or at least a few days out (pretty standard protocol if you're booking over 3 weeks out for anything) Nope...I got a text the day before. Giving me less than 24 hours heads up on my appointment. I can't make the appointment as I have a conflicting appointment (I'm pregnant...so many appointments). I email the contact on the text and get notified that I will be charged 50% of the services I'm 100% not getting because I didn't cancel before 48hrs when they do not reminders...honestly who's fault is this (theirs) I understand this policy if you're a regular client and no show frequently. But seriously not even a call to let me know...just careless and rude. There's plenty of other places to get skin treatments. Dealing with shitty customer service vs driving to Seattle...I'll take the 30 min drive. Don't waste your time and money

If you're considering using a Groupon here, be aware they don't seem to respect it or treat those customers with the same level of professionalism. The communication was very unclear. I was texting with someone (unsure of who) who kept rescheduling my appointment three times, all at the last minute. Each time, I rearranged my schedule only to be canceled on again. It felt like they simply didn't value my time. Overall, I found the experience unprofessional and disrespectful. It honestly came across like they don't want new clients or care to offer the service they promote. I'm very disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a thoughtful birthday treat.
