For many services, every 4 weeks. I have recommended many people to this business along with being happy with the results. That said, I have had the worst experience from there in the last week. First of all, my original appointment on 5/26/17 was cancelled. Jessica Fitzgerald (West), the owner, said she had an emergency. No problem, I'd been seeing her for many years, this is not the first time I had been cancelled on and I totally understand that emergencies happen. I then re-booked an appointment for 6/8/17. I couldn't remember what time I booked the appointment so I went onto her website to check, it showed cancelled. No notice, no nothing. I then texted Jessica asking if she accidentally cancelled that one too, assuming it was an error. I still needed a sugaring at this point. I asked her if she could stay late or come in a little early as this cancellation was not told to me. I was willing to be flexible, but needed her to be also. I asked her multiple times to give me a day that worked best for her. She never did. Said I needed to go book time on her website and that it wasn't her fault that they had been cancelled. I assumed she would be a smart enough business woman, to understand if she made a mistake to own it and be willing to fit for a long time customer. She wasn't. Her responses were rude and unprofessional. Saying "What can't you believe? That I'm not being over backwards to rip out your crotch hair out when there is a million other places you can go because my schedule doesn't work with yours?...you are being such a princess. I don't need this stupidity in my life." Mind you, she picked a profession that "rips out crotch hair" and I guess I was "being a princess" because she wouldn't help figure out a time that worked for both of us, after cancelling TWO appointments in the last week. Needless to say, I will never be going back and you shouldn't either. If you would like to actually have your appointments kept and someone professional, do not go here. Update: After posting this review Jessica again decided to text me about how I am "a piece shit" and that she "called the police and contacted her lawyer". Again showing how unprofessional she is behaving and all over a Facebook/ yelp review. If you don't want the drama, stay away from this place.

I feel it's quite odd they do not have a restroom and should be required to. I'd also suggest a barrier cream for hands and feet for the client to apply, not the technician. The tech applies vaseline for you. Vaseline might not be sooo bad but I wish I would have applied it like I've done at other salons. My hands and feet turned out horrible. For your feet, you step on these sticky like sandals so the bottom of my feet looked so bad. Lastly, I wasn't fanned off at the end which resulted in some dark marks. Face turned out great though. Again, I love the decor and the gal who helped me but I don't think I'll be back anytime soon for a tan.

The shop is small but clean, welcoming and well organized. Shelves along the wall and counter space are stocked with unique cosmetics and upscale skin care items. I wouldn't bring a small child in here, as the liklihood of grabbing everything in sight is high. LBASS offers facials, all types of waxing services, makeup application and more. Prices are competitive; my brows were shaped for less than $20, which I consider perfect. They also offer a punch card for brow waxing, fill it up and get a free one. One of the better experiences I have had in Eugene for the service I received. Quick and professional. They extended their hours and are open on Saturdays during the summer. Highly recommended!

It actually gets the hair by the follicle. Regular waxing leaves the root, which is the exact opposite of what I thought. However, I would get a ton a of ingrown hairs with regular waxing, even if I did good exfoliation before and after. With sugaring I feel fresh as a new born baby. It even hurts less in the process. I decided to have her do my legs, so I didn't have to shave on vacation either. We hit it off right from the start. She was super talkative and we had a lot in common. She has lots of years experience and even started curling eyelashes lately. I have been back a 2nd time and plan on returning again and again. The grow back of the hair is even soft instead of prickly. This is due to the hair actually starting from a new follicle. Plus no ingrown's at all. I can't believe I have made it my whole life and never had sugaring before. I love it!
