The gel polish was applied very quickly and carelessly, with uneven edges, gaps near the cuticles, and small white spots/bubbles in some areas. At one point, the UV lamp touched my nail and messed up the polish. She tried to fix it, but the final result still didn't look right. When I pointed out the issues, the technician couldn't understand me and called a man from the front desk to help translate. Instead of addressing my concerns, he told me he couldn't see any problems, that I was being "too picky," that nobody would notice from a distance, and that nobody is perfect. I understand that nobody is perfect, but as a paying customer, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect careful work and to have my concerns treated with respect. What disappointed me most wasn't just the quality of the nails, but the way my concerns were dismissed. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

I already have my next visit scheduled so I can change the color of my toes to a more appropriate summer color and remove the gel from the nails on my hands and get basic polish as I work with my hands.
