I've been going to Diva Nail Lounge for two years now, and Tram and her team always greet me with the kindest welcome. They're truly wonderful -- patient, helpful, and so creative, especially when I walk in completely indecisive. They always help me pick the perfect color and even offer great suggestions on how to keep my nails strong and healthy. The customer service is consistently amazing, and I love that this salon is right here in my Phinney Ridge neighborhood. It's so convenient and always a pleasure to visit. The color selection is wide -- especially the OPI & DND lines, which they carry many of the trendy shades. The salon is spotless and well-maintained, and I've never had a single issue. At other places, I've been over-manicured and left sore, but never here. Tram, Annie, and the rest of the staff are absolute gems. Booked an appointment online for a fill. Arrived on time to the appointment and once it was my turn the lady said that I can't have a French tip because that is nail art. I asked if I can just change the appointment with nail art, she said no that I can't only request one color and that I will get charged full price if I don't get a service. I said that I am not canceling. I wanted a service and that they couldn't provide it and I thought it was not fair to make me pay full price. She proceed to tell me she will charge full price and I told her I'll pay half since it's what it says there. she wanted me to get a pedicure which I explained I wanted a manicure. This is my new go-to spot in the Phinney/Greenwood area! Affordable, beautiful & calm atmosphere, and such kind staff. I've been waiting a while for a nice salon to pop up in the neighborhood, so when I heard they opened up last month I had to give them a try. I made an appointment online. My technician was so kind, and really made sure that I was comfy. They had all sorts of cold & hot drinks, and nice chairs. I got a Shellac manicure after having really old dip polish remaining on a few of my nails. The tech worked absolute wonders on my very overgrown nails & cuticles. The paint and shape turned out amazing--She really took her time, and even suggested a third coat of polish after finishing a slightly translucent second coat. She didn't even end up charging me for the dip removal service (even though it was only a couple fingers, still a removal service imo!). I'm so glad they've joined the neighborhood--I'm excited to go back for a pedicure! read more

Some salons are crowded and they rush you in and out, are rough and aggressive with the massage portion (even when I say I don't like that) - but Diva Nails takes their time to listen and make sure you're getting the experience you want. read more

DO NOT book here. Worst customer experience of my life. They force you to put a credit card down in advance, and then I called to tell them my daughters and I aren't feeling well (the family came down with illness) and we need to cancel so as not to infect the staff, they refused to provide a refund or reschedule, charged our card, and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. I was spoken to with unbelievable disrespect and it is completely insane to me that they would charge my card before receiving the services and refuse to adjust when we are sick. I will never be returning here, and if you like a customer service experience that is respectful, I would encourage you to stay away as well. The woman I spoke to on the phone was insanely rude. This is one of the best manicures you will get! The space is immaculate and comfortable; the service is amazing - they are so attentive to detail. I said my cuticles needed extra help and she checked them and did small adjustments three different times through the manicure. It's quiet and peaceful, and the women working there are amazing! I booked a pedi with massage and gel nails. During the pedi Anh rubbed lotion all over my feet and when I asked about the massage, twice, she only smiled. Then Tram, the owner, walks by and says they didn't know I booked a pedi with a massage. Then Anh paints my toes and they look terrible. Tram shoos her out of the way in a very routine manner because this has obviously happened before. Tram starts over and we're now 30 min in. An hour later my finger nails hurt and are bulbous looking. The mani chairs look directly into the open bathroom and toilet. The lotion smells hideous. There is no massage with the manicure either. To top it off they overcharged me and when I asked them about this Tram said she needs to Venmo me the delta instead of refunding me on the platform I paid. I shared with her how displeased I was and she argued with me that I wasn't overcharged (we had to do the math together) then argued with me about the experience. No compassion. I wasn't expecting luxury based on the prices but this was ridiculous. read more

We rearranged our schedules to help the owner out cuz she was "too busy" to take out the original appointment. Super unprofessional when I tried to talk to the owner. The owner charged my credit card in my face for the "missed" appointment and laughed at me mid-conversation. The owner made a scene in her store in front of customers who were coming to our rescue. This place is a scam. In a place like Seattle with so many options, I can't imagine why anyone would go here. read more
