Today is my last day for my favorite mani, pedi, and waxing in WA. I'm feeling refreshed and clean with my updated nails. Although someone called earlier to see if I could come in sooner since they weren't busy, I couldn't because I had other plans. When I booked, I didn't specifically request Hannah--I'm fine with whoever is available since everyone at Jenny's Salon is professional and skilled! Just a tip: I forgot the name of the guy who did my mani and pedi, but it would be great if they asked clients whether they prefer soft or medium pressure. I understand he's a guy, and I usually prefer women for this, but when I asked him to be gentle, he adjusted well. Anyway, I love this place and will definitely return when I'm back in WA. read more

Jenny has been doing my nails for over 4 years now. She always does a great job whether I am doing something simple, chrome, or a design. She is so sweet; I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my nails. Kathy and Hannah do amazing pedicures; so relaxing that I think I'll fall asleep! They have plenty of options for pedicures in varies price ranges depending on the experience you're looking for. Kathy does a great job with waxing too. I don't trust just anyone with my eyebrows, but I am very happy with Kathy's work. The salon is gorgeous, and most importantly very clean. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Very overpriced for the services offered. I got chrome and it chipped the next day. Chrome is not difficult to do well, but salons like this are lazy about the application and it's clear they don't like to do it. I don't think you should offer services that you don't do well. French tip takes more attention to detail but it's not complicated nor should it be done by anyone who is too annoyed to do it well. I get my nails done often and have for years-trust me when I say that if you do as well and if you're not desperate-don't bother coming here. I communicated wanting French tip chrome 3 times with 3 different people and yet the tech who did my nails still got annoyed with me when I reminded her for the 4th time that is was French tip chrome and not just solid chrome. They didn't burn my nails which was nice, but also a bare minimum. $130 for next day chipped nails is in no way reasonable. read more

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with this nail salon. As it was my first time, I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, and I got gel x extensions and the entire time my nail tech was rushing me and she was pretty dismissive of me when I was asking questions. There was a very specific look I wanted to achieve for a wedding and I kept on showing the reference photo, but it didn't even come close and every time I showed her the photo she didn't even want to look at it. I asked for white and pink ombre with chrome on top which I was charged extra for, but you can't even see the white in my manicure. I felt rushed the entire time and her work was pretty sloppy. Afterwards, she left this white powder under my nail, and since the nails were translucent, the nails came out, looking really sloppy and patchy. I was unable to remove this powder myself after washing with warm soap and water and even trying to use a sharp tool to dig, but the patchiness remained. A few days later , the skin around my nails even started to peel, and I'm not sure if it was because she was very rough or got certain chemicals on the skin. I feel like my nails looked so bad that I took them to get removed at another salon six days after. I was pretty disappointed, and the service was pretty expensive so unfortunately, I can't recommend this business and I will not be returning. read more

First and foremost, they were very accommodating. When I got stuck in traffic, they were so kind about it and worked to fit me in. When I came in, I didn't even get to appreciate how adorable it is until halfway through my manicure. It might be the cutest salon I've ever seen. In terms of the services, wow. I love this nail salon, my gel manicure was due for another fill and this time I got cat eye added on and it's so beautiful!

I had an overall poor experience at this salon. My nail tech was not very gentle - he kept yanking my wrists and arms very roughly. This was an unpleasant experience. I asked for a red gel manicure with chrome. The application was very spotty and uneven with many bubbles and bumps. There was even a whole middle spot missing top coat. A few days later, the skin around my nails started peeling - I'm not sure if this is from the rough experience or the chemicals. I am someone who is diligent about hand care - using hand cream and cuticle oil daily. I am someone who gets their nails done regularly and this peeling has never happened to me in the past. I had the pleasure of being serviced by Jenny, who did a fantastic job on my nails and the design I requested, getting my approval every step of the way before processing with the next part of the manicure. It was fairly priced, and they let me know the total cost of the set I requested before proceeding with completing my nails. I am sooooo pleased with my Halloweenish set :) The shop overall was clean, organized, and aesthetically very beautiful. My friend and I came together and after her pedicure was done they allowed her to sit with me and chat while waiting for my set to finish. I don't recommend this place. Got my eyebrows waxed here and the owner ripped off the skin from my eyebrows with the wax . It was extremely painful. Came back In and asked for a refund where she just patronized me and accused me of lying for a free eyebrow wax. So unprofessional and otherwise I am the one dealing with the burn. She gave me a refund, but not without laughing in my face and basically providing the worst customer service. Who lies about getting their eyebrow skin ripped off? I've gotten my nails done before here before and always tipped. The money wasn't the issue. It's dealing with you burning my eyebrow and the accusation that I am making this up.
