She's always super accommodating and respectful of my time- even if I only have 15 minutes, she still gets my nails done perfectly. One thing I really appreciate is how patient she is when I'm unsure about colors or designs. She never makes me feel rushed and is always willing to let me try different options and gives her honest opinion on what looks best with my skin tone. That's something I haven't experienced at other salons. I can honestly say that I always leave happy with both how my nails LOOK and how they FEEL and the pricing is fair too! I was planning to be near this location and decided to call the day before to make an appointment on a Saturday. They fit me in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I'm not the kind of person that makes an appointment 6 weeks in advance. I tend to call a salon the day before or day of service so I was happy to see they could do that. When I arrived, there were clear markings for COVID safety and seats near the door to wait. Sanitizer was readily available and they also use plastic guards at all stations. I had a chance to watch their cleaning protocols as well and I felt very safe. The selection of dipping powder is extensive but I stick to gel on my natural nails. I was particularly impressed by their cat eye selection (which I tend to use during winter months). For the spring, I chose one of the many sparkly colors available. They started my manicure while I was in the pedicure chair and later moved me to the table when my pedicure was done. Cuticles are my mortal enemy and they did a good job of cleaning them up and trimming my way-too-long nails. I liked that they asked a lot of questions about how I liked my nails done since it was my first time there. The pedicure was the star of the show. The best manicurists almost never do pedicures so I have a hard time finding a salon that does both well. I haven't had a pedicure in a while and have trouble with ingrown toenails. I was educated about what was going on with my toes and how we could work to get them healthier over the next few months. They took extremely good care of my toes from cuticles to re-shaping to my sandpaper-like heels. This is my new "go to" place for pedicures! Overall, service was very friendly. The cost of my visit before tip was $65 - deal! The spacing was good and they followed COVID occupancy standards. I'll be coming back for my manicures while my regular person is on leave and will definitely be getting pedicures here in the future!

I made my appointment for 5 o'clock and I sat there for almost 20 mins and she was no where finished doing the lady nails a seat over from me. I will no longer be coming here anymore. I went for dip on my natural nails, asked for a Marbled French with gold stars and little pearls. I showed her my inspo pic, and I brought my own tiny pearls that she glued. My nails and the pearls did not fall off for 3 weeks even through my honeymoon! I got lots of compliments and am so happy I found this gem. However the staff are really nice, they do a great job otherwise. If you have thicker nails I would highly recommend. But if, like me, you have thin nails, go elsewhere. I'm sad because I really like this place.

In my past experience with dip the top layer is sanded off then the rest is soaked off with acetone. This technician sanded off all the previous dip, which I suppose is fine. Some areas of sanding got very hot and painful. There were not any swatches in order for me to pick the color of dip powder I wanted. I was just shown a huge basket of dip powder containers. I picked what I thought was a purple, but because there was not any swatches for me to view and dip powder changes so much once applied it actually is more of a brown, which is disappointing. The technician did a fine job applying the dip and shaping/sanding. However, she did not fully dust off all the nail dust before applying the top coat. So now I have dust marks under my top coat. The positive is the technician was nice and did a good job shaping my nails. The place was mostly clean, however, the files and tools used were not single use and we're noticeably dirty from previous use (aga. Unfortunately I won't be returning.

However, the communication and the quality of the pedicures is so inconsistent that I have given up on the place. When I book online, I provide instructions but no one ever reads them. I always request no massage and no filing of calluses, but they always do it anyway. My nails are usually cut the wrong way with the clippers (inverted U). I give up on them.
