I've been going to Angel I've been going to Kayla at Angel Nails for years, and I honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. She's hands-down the most friendly, fast, and reliable nail tech I've ever had. She's always super accommodating and respectful of my time- even if I only have 15 minutes, she still gets my nails done perfectly. One thing I really appreciate is how patient she is when I'm unsure about colors or designs. She never makes me feel rushed and is always willing to let me try different options and gives her honest opinion on what looks best with my skin tone. That's something I haven't experienced at other salons. I can honestly say that I always leave happy with both how my nails LOOK and how they FEEL and the pricing is fair too! You can usually get a same day appointment as well which is great. I recently got some over the top nail designs done and the nail techs were both so helpful and helped pick colors to match my vision and they turned out even better than the pictures! This has become my new favorite nail salon! Kaylin does an amazing job with my nails every time! The way she shapes them are always so perfect. I prefer a thin dip but whenever I would get that at other salons it would break so easily, but not with Kaylin! Each time I've come back for a new set because it has been 2-3 weeks they still look the same as the first day. She has also done my pedicure before and my feet have never looked better! It was also super relaxing and did not feel rushed, including the leg massage. Kaylin is also super easy to talk to and funny and sweet. I appreciated that the salon was able to get me in on very short notice at the end of the day, however I am very disappointed with my service, especially for how much I paid for a shellac mani/pedi. My nails are chipping bad on day 9. I've never had a shellac manicure chip on this tips like this so quickly. The other thing that occurred was that when I got home that evening and ate dinner. Soon afterwards i had a disgusting nail polish remover taste in my mouth for the next several hours. I realized this salon didn't do the rubbing alcohol wipe down on my nails after the shellac that all other salons I have gone to do. It was horrible. read more

I want to love this place. I've gotten some really good manicures and pedicures here and the people are very nice. It's become hit or miss and more miss than hit lately. If you get Lily or Jennifer you're going to get a great manicure. Otherwise you probably won't. This is my last manicure and this is less than a week old. I got gel and the man doing the manicure does not have an eye for the details. Once upon a time I would have recommended this shop but I think it's time for a new place. I've had really good luck (that seems to be all I can say - you just get lucky or you don't) at Roosevelt Nail Bar. I find it interesting that some have complained about the prices here because I found Angel Nails to be a good bang for your buck. I got dip nails with tips and a pedicure for under $100, which is unheard of in my experience! They turned out great! I'd say my only complaint is that the first time around the dip was a bit thick and the second time around they left it a bit too thin so it didn't last very long. They also don't put any liner on their foot tubs, which can lead to bacteria building up in the jets, though I personally have not had any issues! Just something I noticed. I have been to this nail salon four times. Two times the experience was fine when I received a basic pedicure and manicure. The next two times the nail techs cut my cuticles so badly that I was bleeding. The blood wouldn't stop on my finger and there was blood mixed the nail polish on that nail and they didn't fix it because they couldn't get the blood to stop. One time of this I can get over as the rest of the service was fine and the person was very apologetic. Then the last time I went the nail tech cut me again and drew blood. No apology. The service felt rushed and painful. With so many nail places in the area, I won't return to this one. read more

Going to attest to the fact it's #1 salon in the area! My first visit was In August of this year, and I've gone routinely since then. All of the nail technicians are precise, detail oriented and consistent. I work at an animal hospital with my hands every day and I get upwards of 2 weeks on each gel manicure. ANY other place I've been to, they lift or chip shortly after getting them done. I also have to keep them short for work, which they always make look wonderful. I have mostly stuck to my gel manicures but I've also received a wonderful pedicure. My friends in the area come here also and have nothing but nice things to say. Their prices are reasonable and clearly posted or you can just ask. I won't be coming back here. First they were only nice to me when my friend who pays for the nails is around but rude to me. They charged me for a pedicure they didn't do. They didn't wrap my legs in hot towels or massage them or even put the stuff in the water to make it smell good. She kept cutting and scratching my feet and then just threw a towel on my legs and called it good. When she painted my shellac she cut my toes to nubs and crooked and didn't paint any of my nails fully. To take off my previous shellac she RIPPED IT OFF MY NAILS. I paid for the $50 pedicure and also shellac but my white toes are grey and chipped. The second day I had my sns powder nails one broke because it was extremely thin because she didn't put enough layers and I'd said something. I went back and they fixed them but made them look awful and then a total of 5 days after getting my nails done and she's only fixed them 2 days before a nails popped off and they are lifting. I paid $230 for a bad nail job and rude service. The lady tried saying it was my fault too.. If I can't dry my hair you didn't do my nails correctly. Don't let them act nice once or twice because they are busy and others are watching. When they aren't busy they give you the worst lady and don't listen when you ask to do your fingers first they kept asking where the man who tips them good is and if he's with me that day. And only offered me a drink when he came in and got his feet done. So I got to confirm they didn't do everything or the time they say the pedicure is. They only care about money and it's so sad. You lost an amazing customer who never spends less than $200 so thank you. read more

I started going to this nail salon in mid-2020 and it has been my go-to ever since. Their pedicure and manicure (shellac) services have been top quality and consistent, no matter which individual does them for me. Their prices are reasonable and any additional costs have been communicated to me in advance (like when I decide I need to upgrade my pedicure because it's amazing). Like many nail salons, they prefer cash. If you come unprepared, there is an ATM on site with a ridiculously low fee. They will also give you a discount if you pay cash. In the time of COVID, this has been a salon where everyone, staff and clients, have been masked up. I have appreciated everyone being respectful to each other's health. Finally, because they give such high-quality service, and it's a small but mighty location, they are busy! It's best to schedule an appointment so that you can get the services you want but when I have been unable to, they have tried their best to accommodate me.
