I got sugared by Johanna back in July before I went for a trip to Hawaii and it's now mid-October and I can't believe I haven't posted a review yet. She did an *impeccable* job and it lasted, I kid you not, a full 3 weeks with extremely MINIMAL regrowth. Albeit, this is an hour away from me and since then I've gotten sugared and waxed a few more times at places closer to my house and none were even CLOSE to the painlessness, precise, and long lasting results Johanna got me. So basically, I would follow Sarah to the ends of the Earth She's very skilled, knowledgeable, and professional. I go to her for both facials and sugaring (Brazilian and underarms) and highly recommend you do too! I know that trusting someone to work on your face can be scary, but Sarah makes the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. You can just let her know your concerns and skin goals and she is able to recommend services and products to help you get there. Her sugaring technique is effective and efficient; I have tried several other places in the Greater Seattle area over the years and have yet to find anyone better than her. Do not be fooled by the location of this place: it is an oasis inside. So peaceful and clean, I always feel relaxed and pampered as soon as I walk in. I've been seeing Kandace for a while now for sugaring, facial waxing and facials and I honestly cannot say enough good things. She's a PRO. Wow - Theory may be near a gas station, a coffee shop, a McDonalds, and an Ace Hardware store, but don't let the exterior fool you. The second you walk inside, you'll be surprised. It's huge inside and super gorgeous and peaceful. There is a high ceiling lobby area w a ton of amazing beauty products, candles, and jewelry for sale. I got the classic facial, and it was AMAZING. The beds are so comfortable and heated, and you get the most amazing and long neck/arm massage I've ever gotten from visiting multiple facial places. My favorite part though, is they have some sort of vibrating tool that does extractions and it actually feels quite pleasant vs. the painful normal extractions that a lot of other places do. I left glowing and relaxed...which is a first for COVID times. read more
