The owner Julie, in my eyes has mastered the art of not only beautiful nails but service happiness, motivation to bring you back and the kindness that she brings while you're there. I take two buses and a train to get here from downtown Seattle because she does the right thing by the customers. Her place is beautifully clean and I feel like I stepped foot in a realm that knows and respects its culture. Every time I walk in I am greeted with a smile and a happy compliment. I walked in not expecting much and walked out texting my friends about this place! I booked a Shellac manicure through ClassPass and added on a pedicure. The nail polish colors are a bit limited and some of the polish looks pretty old, but I was overall happy with my color choice. For my shellac manicure, I opted for a cat eye look, which was $5 extra. The technicians were attentive and did a great job. The best part was the massage, where they massaged my head, neck, shoulders, arms, legs, and feet! The place is a bit on the smaller end and has some outdated decor, but don't let that deter you. The prices were very affordable, especially compared to some other Seattle nail spots. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Worst nail experiences of my life. I got a full set of acrylic nails done and they looked absolutely horrible!!! they chipped and one completely broke off within a week of getting them done. I went back to get them taken off and they used plastic and a dirty tool to PRY them off my nails. In the process they completely ripped off half of my REAL thumb nail and left me bleeding and in pain. This place is absolutely awful and I will never step food inside again. Okay...so I hate to leave this review because the women working here were seriously SO nice. Really sweet, very attentive, and just nice. BUT... My toe nails look terrible. And my acrylics look even worse. The acrylics were applied super thick and messy - I had acrylic ALL over my fingers and hands. They were not filed down really at all. I was cut twice around my cuticles. And they're literally already lifting and my hair is getting caught in them a day later. The polish jobs on the toes and fingers is BAD. I could have done my own nails at home and had them turn out better. Really disappointing because the salon was clean, the staff was super nice. read more

I went in with a friend who had an appointment, and they had room for my walk-in for a pedicure. I have trouble managing my feet, and it shows. The staff was so polite, friendly, and professional, and the experience was good and relaxing; I felt pampered and I can recognize my feet again. Very affordable, too. Julie is super friendly and creates a great vibe in her nail salon. I've been here several times, and one time I needed to have my shellac taken off for an MRI. She did not charge me, and she wished me well on my MRI. She said it was my good luck gift! I like the way she's done my nails, both shellac and powder dip, as well as pedicures. Julie was very nice at first. She always wanna say "love you more" And my grandma loves going there to get her toes done but the quality of their service??? 5/10. Two to 3 out of the four chairs don't work for massages, they will not clip your cuticles during your pedicure...And there's one lady there with a ponytail down her back that's chunky and her hair is kind of curly that will sit there and talk so much mess about you and make you feel soooooo uncomfortable. I don't even speak Vietnamese and I know she was gossiping... she'll make noises at you and stare and point at you even if she's not doing your service!!! I went there yesterday to get 4 nails with acrylic soaked off and I've been there before and Julie was so nice which is why I went back... asked for Julie to cut my cuticles.... She told me it would be $17 the price of the manicure just to cut my cuticles and soak off 4 nails.... GIRL WHAT?!? Baby if you not painting my nails I shouldn't be charged the full price of a manicure. Period. Well first off the prices are good i'll give them that, But talk about you get what you pay for!!! My pedicure was not satisfying and infact she didn't do much at all to my feet, didn't prep my nails or anything Just cut them and painted... weird!!!!!! Next with my manicure, She started with my acrylics and i showed her a picture and specified what i wanted/liked. She wasn't able to follow threw with the need i guess? I went to this salon because of the raving reviews and left a little frustrated. First, I agree with everyone that spoke about the staff being nice. It's absolutely true. However, I think they needed to do better at managing people coming in and expectations. I got in and waited for nearly 45 minutes before I even sat down in a chair. Maybe it was my fault as she didn't initially gave me a time frame, but in my defense, she did ask me to pick a color and it wouldn't be too long. As a note, they don't have a huge selection of colors. To be honest, I think I got helped sooner than they wanted to because I was visibly getting annoyed - I was on a tight schedule because I needed to leave for a holiday party within two hours and I hadn't gotten ready yet! Anyway, the service was good. The pedicure was first, and they wrap your feet in a bag with paraffin wax at one point, which a nice surprise I didn't expect. As for my hands, I got a french tip manicure. That was where the quality started to lack. I didn't move to a manicure station to get it done but rather the lady was standing next to me. This resulted in somewhat uneven lines thicker than I usually prefer (she didn't ask if it was the thickness i liked)...also, the pink gel part didn't cover my entire nail... Also, the price didn't make complete sense. They had a mani and pedi combo for a price but because I got a french tip mani and pedi, they didn't do the normal combo price plus the $5 for the french tip purchase and I paid for the full price of each. I thought that was a little odd. Perhaps it's just me... Anywho... the lady was super nice, but I won't be coming back since the customer service did not translate to quality for me. read more

She was so incredible. I can't even accurately express how wonderful she is! After researching several affordable salons in the area, my wife has been getting pedicures here for about 7 years... and me for 6. They talked me into it, and it's so good you guys. Feet of all genders need attention from time to time. As mentioned aplenty already, the owner and her staff could not be friendlier. They create such a joyful atmosphere the pedicure practically comes with a therapy session. Sadly, COVID has dealt them quite a blow. Whereas wait times for walk-ins used to be common, they now have far fewer customers after being allowed to reopen. My wife went today and can testify that they are taking every precaution to protect against the virus--sterilization, dividers, face shields, you name it. Add to that, the dear owner volunteered at a local hospital while the business was closed and earned vaccination eligibility, so she's in the clear. I always get shellac manicures, and I get very frustrated when my set lasts less than 2 weeks. It feels like a waste of money if it doesn't last, so I made sure to get my nails done at least 3 times here before leaving an honest review. The first time I came, I got a white French shellac mani ($30), and it lasted only a week. I wasn't mad because it happens to me once in a while. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt and came for a second time. I got another French shellac mani, pink with sparkles and I also got a pedi. This time, the polish on my finger nails lasted over 3 weeks, and my toe polish (not shellac) lasted over a month! I was very impressed. The third time I came, I just got a regular shellac mani with a gold accent nail ($25) and its lasted over 2 weeks, I'm still wearing it right now! Everyone who works here is so sweet and they always do a great job, very gentle. This is now my to-go nail salon. You definitely won't waste your money here!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst quality and most racist nail salon I have even been to. I called ahead first to ask if they had availability for me to come in and do a shellac manicure, they said they were busy but could take me in an hour so I made the appointment. The salon was full when I arrived an hour later and they asked me to wait, about 20 minutes after I arrived a white woman and her mother came in and said "we don't have an appointment but just want a quick manicure" they asked them to sit down and five minutes later had the next available technician giving them a manicure even though I had called ahead AND had been waiting for over half an hour at this point. I should've left at this point but I didn't, after a total of 45 minutes of waiting they finally had a technician available for me. I asked her if she could do an ombré color and she said yes. First off she filed down my nail beds so much that I actually started bleeding and she kept going even after I told her I was in pain, then when she started doing the color she clearly had no idea how to achieve the ombré look but kept going and the pictures below were the final product. The technician (who I later learned was also the owner) paid no attention to my manicure and kept getting distracted by the white clients that other technicians were working on. I left incredibly disappointed and I will NEVER be returning to this nail salon. read more
