So to start off I called 2 days before to ask if they did either any type of gel on my natural nails because I grew out my natural nails purposely becuae I didn't want to get acrylics. I also asked if they did Gel X. When I came in yesterday right off the bat my red flag was that they said they don't do gel x I'm not sure why that was a lie, after I was told they did. so I just chose to do gel since they said they could do that and I sat on the chair mind you they were rushing me. When I showed them a photo of what I wanted done they said okay and yhen cut my natural nails and when I told them that's not what I wanted they got bothered as well as they did some type of dip powder no color and not at all like the picture and since I pointed out it's not heat I wanted they then got upset again. There was 3 different girls working on my hands and toes so the shape also was not at all what I wanted. Very different on both hands. They then had to add a top to my nails since the lady cut them. Then when I requested square multiple times they kept rounding them and again I'd say something and they were upset. i was the last person to leave because they had to redo my whole nails I told them before they finished but they kept saying they knew what they were doing. And again the second time around bot at all what I asked for they definitely look like gum and thicker than my natural nails I have pretty petite and slim nail beds so the fact that they made them look wider it saddens me. Aside from that the did cut me multiple times and kept ignoring me I'm still bleeding from two spots. So anyways im never coming here again thanks. read more

The ped was OK, nothing special and didn't make me feel pampered. 1.Sanitation: I noticed they NOW, re- use the liners in the soaking tub for your pedi, wiping it out quickly with a rag and a few sprays of possibly bleach and water spray. 2.The girl didn't open up a sterilized package of tools. She simply showed up in a bad mood, and was coughing the whole time, while all the other workers were wearing masks. 3.I've been to them several times and requested to be away from other patrons, and always they put me at the end in the back of the room which I preferred. They seemed to have forgotten. I am sensitive to noise and disruptions so I hoped it wouldn't be too busy, but it got busier and it was less than pleasant. 4.When I told her I wanted a manicure as well, she was not happy and said, how about just a polish change? If you tell the girl you want both, they get another person to be working on yr hands while yr getting pedi and I don't like having 2 people working on me. 5. I asked them to turn down their bubble gum music which was unusual for that place, they turned it off. I said, "you can keep it on just lower". Then the girl started making cracks in Vietnamese to her fellow worker that felt like they were saying disrespectful insults and laughing at me, etc. I ignored that, but left the place knowing I will not return. I have been going here for a few years for pedicures and have always received amazing service. The staff is friendly and knows my name, they work quickly but still produce quality work consistently. I haven't had anything less than a stellar experience, and I think all in all it's fairly priced. My pedicures last a long time, especially considering I'm on my feet for a living. I am so happy with the service I got today. I made an appointment for 1:30, I got there about 5 min before and they had me seated right on the dot. They greeted me and talked with me as if they have known me forever. I am usually very nervous at nail salons because I am afraid of being cut and bleed. The technicians here were so gentle and they took their time. The place is very clean and maintained. The tools come out in sterile packets. This is my second visit here and I know now that this is my new spot despite being out of the way from my drive home. It is clear that the owner truly cares about each person that walks in the door, he gives such personal service to everyone in the shop. Tonight happened to be really busy due to a wedding party that booked ahead of time- the bride had drinks and snacks for her crew and it looked as though many in her party were also regulars here. Despite being busy with the wedding party and the other regular customers, they graciously took my mani/pedi appointment even though I only called an hour and a half in advance (I'm never sure exactly what time I'm leaving work at any given day.) They never once made me feel rushed, and my nail tech took her time to address all my concerns. They also have these awesome massage chairs if the pedicure stations are full, they give a pretty great leg massage. read more

I really wanted to like this place after reading the great reviews. I called ahead and scheduled a spa pedicure. They did seat me at my appointment time, but they gave me a basic pedicure instead. Most of the controls for the massage chair I was in didn't work, so it would only do my low back. I tried turning it off, but the balls stayed lodged in the lumbar region, and I was basically leaning against hard balls in my back for 45 minutes. Very uncomfortable. I ended up wedging myself in the side of the chair for most of the time. The pedicure itself was okay. Not a ton of foot care with minimal callus work. The massage was fine, but nothing special. Felt a bit rushed (they were busy). Nice selection of nail colors. Other customers are clearly regulars and seem to have a great experience. Unfortunately, mine didn't live up to that. read more

I came in for a gel mani/pedi before my vacation and, while the staff is very kind and friendly, I have to say, it wasn't my favorite, relaxing nail salon treatment I was hoping for. I'm usually ok with a bit of an accelerated feel when getting both a mani/pedi done at the same time, but this really felt so super rushed. The woman who did my pedicure was so rough it became painful on more than one occasion. I wish I had said something outright but I hate being a complainer. I thought I made it pretty apparent that it was uncomfortable as the woman doing my mani asked if she hurt me at one point. The last straw was the woman doing my pedi clipping the side of my toe so bad I bled for the entire rest of the time I was in the chair. I understand accidents happen, but the rushing aspect I felt was unacceptable. They were apologetic which was nice. It just really wasn't the greatest experience for a first timer. I wanted to really like this place and have better things to say. The staff were lovely and seem to try really hard, but it just didn't do it for me. I felt the manicure was for the most part, pretty good, but the nails were left too long and didn't really turn out like I would usually expect. Nice place with reasonable pricing for nails or waxing. For the waxing: took a little longer than I'm used to but the end product was clean. For nails: great foot massage with the nail treatment. They let you pick your color while you are sitting and enjoying the massage chair. I only got basic nails so can't comment on any of the extras but it was solid. read more

I liked the name I mean who doesn't need a little envy in their life, especially where there's a spa involved? You know those who commit the sin of envy desire something that someone else has which they perceive themselves as lacking, I desire things that other have, I'm a sinner and I drink your milkshake, sue me. So this isn't one of your neighborhood nail joints, its more spa than it looks, yes it's in some strange strip-ish mall store front but it's not your typical nail salon. You can't just walk in and get a spa pedicure you need to book an appointment first. And they have more than nail services too you can get waxed and airbrushed and tinted and a facial as well. When you walk in there are comfy couches for you to relax on until it's your turn. Once it's your turn you get to sit in a nice relaxing massage chair and have your feet soaked in warm blue water. They break out clean 'tools' right in front of you and put gloves on before they touch your feet; I found this odd but also comforting in a strange way. Your old polish comes off, your nails are cut, cuticles are taken care of, your feet are buffed and they do everyone one foot at a time which I liked, none of the switching back and forth take care of everyone on my right foot than move to my left thank you very much. Once all the cutting and buffing and trimming is done the fun begins. First a lavender salt glow is used to exfoliate your feet and legs, it feels wonderful. Next comes a food and calf rub with a blue peppermint masque, its lovely I tell you. Once the masque is washed off you are rubbed all over (knees down) with a thick and creamy cucumber cream, your feet and calves are in heaven I tell you. But wait it's not over after that you get a paraffin dip for you feet, OMG dipping your feet in hot wax should be illegal but I'm glad it's not, because it feels so good. Once that's done you sit back in your massage chair and relax for a while, they'll bring you tea or water while you let the paraffin do its work. After about 10 minutes they take it off and begin to paint your toes what ever pretty color you chose and they do have some very pretty colors mind you. The only negative for me was the music it was way to easy listening for me and yes I know I'm in a relaxing environment but Kenny Rodgers We've Got Tonight is not something I want to relax too... Got a gel mani and a regular pedicure on a Sunday afternoon. Pros: clean, well maintained, very friendly staff. But they kind of end there. Cons: the young girl who did my gel mani must've been just learning, because the woman who did my pedi (which turned out really nice) had to come back and redo what she was doing. Can't say enough wonderful things about Spa Envy. Before Covid they were clean, friendly, reliable, top notch job, and the nicest people. Now they have outdone themselves. The great care they take to keep everyone safe is SO impressive! They have special plexiglass movable shields that they build "around" you to create a barrier, temperatures taken of every client who comes in along with a form, masks, shields and gloves worn by all staff. Huey even wipes down your credit card and the machine after EVERY use. One of the best executions I have seen and they are a small business! Felt entirely safe, pampered, and happy. read more

My first time visiting this place was for a french manicure. It came out awful. I asked for a square tip and ended up with it being round. The nail tech merely dabbed white polish on my tips without going back to perfect it. My tips were uneven, which made my hands uneven. I did hear great things about their pedicures though. I brought a friend there for one and he loved it. My roommate and I went back for hot stone pedicures. It started out real nice and relaxing though the nail tech was a snobby bitch. She didn't say a thing, and was real awkward with the paraffin. We were both burnt with the hot stones! read more
