Did an absolutely fantastic job, I'm so happy with how they turned out--super natural and looked exactly how I wanted them to, I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Love getting my brows laminated and tinted here! Service is friendly and I've been going back for the last couple of years.

My second time at Swift, and while the service is great and staff is lovely, this is also the second time that the Swift team was late for my appointment. Not to start, but to actually even be there. Fortunately this go-round was only ~5 minutes, whereas last time I called multiple times to no answer and waited for nearly 20 minutes. I opted to give Swift another go because of proximity to home and she did a good job last time, but the ol' fool me once rule is at play here and I don't think I'll be returning. She's a perfectly lovely individual and the wax is probably a 4 star experience, but not being able to count on her being there on time is a deal breaker for me. read more

I read the reviews from yelp and decided to go because I don't trust a lot of people with my brows, left work early for my appointment only to find out it was closed although I had a reservation for 5:30pm I tried to call and the phone is the wrong one, I tried my hardest and found a door closed this is the worst experience and certainly hope they don't charge me as this was not my fault. I was outside waiting, honestly is not worth the hassle, and if I get charged for sure I will be fighting this charge as it was not only a waste of my time but also irresponsable that they don't have a phone to call and the last business hour they operate at the building is at 5:30 pm and they choose to schedule people from 5:30 -6 pm read more

My brows turned out fantastic! Thank goodness my google search brought me here...3 years of literally living right across the street and I never knew! Service was great; professional. The building itself is a little bit of a maze to walk through, but she was waiting for me right at the check-in area and I was promptly shown to the room. She has a calm demeanor and was pleasant to talk to. Told me about some other waxing options if I was interested the next go-round but no sales pressure. Appointment was easy and quick to make online. Loved how my brows turned out; I will certainly return! read more

Wonderful experience every single time. I've been going to Leimomi for leg and bikini x 3.5 years. I honestly had to give some thought to how long I've been going, because she is so personable that it feels like you've known her forever. She is thorough, professional and inviting. Really the best at what she does. Highly recommend. read more

I've been getting my brows plucked here for 3 years and will NEVER go anywhere else. She is like a brow artist--I literally get compliments on my eyebrows! And the price is totally reasonable and low compared to other places in the area. Fast, professional, and COVID-safe services. Best brows of my life! read more

It had been such a looong time since I have done any hair removal services, but she made it extremely comfortable and as painless as possible. Still painful nonetheless but she was patient with me. She was very sweet and professional! Her space is small but cozy and clean! I cant wait to come back and get more services done with her! Found my wax gal for my time being in Seattle! read more

Leimomi is a very talented and professional esthetician. I've always been insecure about my thicker, uneven brows, and had a difficult time explaining what I want at other appointments as a result. Leimomi offered a very personalized experience, encouraging me to be open about my expectations for the appointment and making sure I was comfortable with how she was shaping my brows every step of the way. I'm incredibly happy with the results and will absolutely be seeing Leimomi in the future! read more

I snagged a deal for this spot on Groupon. For something like $12, I got amazing brows from a lovely lady with a friendly attitude and an incredible work ethic. She would not let me out the door until my brows were perfect. I highly recommend this local small business for your hair yanking needs. read more

It's my first time here but Leimomi made me feel so comfortable and it was a great start with her! I wouldn't go other places because it's hard to find a person that's so gentle and understanding! I have been coming here for over 8 years for services and Leimomi is amazing! I drive up from Tacoma so there have been a few times I've been late, and she has always found ways to accommodate me. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my services! read more

Leimomi has amazing customer service and my appointments are always done in a flash. Best prices in the area as well!

Leimomi is absolutely wonderful! She is so professional and personable. I got a sugar Brazilian wax and it was the best waxing experience I've ever had. She was great getting to know and the waxing was as painless as waxing can be. The location is kind of hard to find. It's in the university business center and you have to take a elevator up to the 3rd floor. Will be returning regularly, and recommend her if you're looking for a waxed yourself. read more

Leimomi was wonderful, very kind. She walked me through the process and chatted with me the whole time to distract me. It was my first waxing session ever! The results were great and I would definitely go back! read more

I absolutely love coming to Swift Hair Removal! I've been regularly getting Brazilian waxes for the past three years or so, but this has been my first experience with sugaring and I'm never going back to a regular wax! I also only recently moved to the Seattle area this past August and needed to find a new salon and I was not disappointed by coming here! I've gotten a few waxes now and will definitely continue coming here! Leimomi is wonderful and I highly recommend her! read more

An experience I can't forget. Leimomi is such a talented individual and so accepting of others, it's such an amazing experience for me to be able to come here a Muslim woman and feel welcomed and valued as a client. I've gone to so many salons and spa places but this one is just a loving space to be in it's a fun experience because Leimomi never fails to make me laugh each and every time I go to get my lash lift & brow laminate and tint Leimomi always has amazing conversations with me about school and just life and it's just such a wonderful experience. Leimomi's personality just makes me feel so loved the second I arrive she always greets you and makes you remember how you're about to walk out looking nothing less than stunning, she's precise and patient with her clients to always make sure they leave looking flawless. I truly hope her business continues to thrive! An experience I won't forget is the other day Leimomi tried to help me with a painful situation I had with some lash extensions even though she doesn't deal with extensions she still tried to make me feel better by removing a few to ease my pain on my eyes and decided I shouldn't do a lash lift because she wanted me to have the most perfect results for my lift. Her customer service and her skills and no less than immaculate! She never fails to put a smile on my face when entering and leaving. read more

Leimomi is a wonderful person and a great esthetician. Her space is clean and welcoming. She is busy so expect your appointment to start 15 mins after your booked time, but there's a comfortable waiting space. read more

Very clean and pleasant office. She did a great job on my brows and wore two masks which showed she cared about safety - thank you!!

This was the best experience I have ever had. I actually took two Advil's prior to my appointment & I was ready to take the pain on. Yet to my surprise she didn't use regular wax she used Sugar wax. Immediately she saw my distressed and worried face and she talked to me and showed me the type of wax she used. My experience was amazing & now I actually look forward to getting waxed read more

I really wanted to have a better experience.....I REALLY wanted to be able to give a better review, but alas, I just can't. Not with all of these ingrowns....... Leimomi is a talker. She had a lot to say, and while that may be for some people I prefer to cover my hoo-ha up as soon as possible - so please get to business. I have been getting waxed for about 10 years. Regularly. I know what to expect and have a high pain tolerance. This was by far the longest I have ever had to lie down getting waxed. I think I was here about 90 mins (and was worried I would get a parking ticket in my 1-hour space!) She was thorough, and removed the hair, but it took a while. Unfortunately, the review would have 4 stars if I had written it immediately after. Because of all the ingrown hairs (literally all over the bikini area, lower stomach, inner thighs!) I just can't. I have gone to a lady in Capitol Hill for 2 years and in hopes to find someone a bit closer I took advantage of the living social deal. I am still plucking ingrown hairs over 6 weeks alter..... sigh. Swift? Not so much. read more

I was referred to Leimomi by a dear friend and I've been going to her for 6 months now! She is very thorough and does a fabulous job! She makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed during the appointment. I've recommended her to all my friends and they have all said the same thing. I will continue to see her as she exceeds my expectations when it comes to sugaring. Thank you so much Leimomi! Iliana read more

OMG why didn't anyone tell me about Swift and sugaring before???!!! LIFE CHANGING!!! I've been going to the Wax Bar in Ballard for almost 3 years and now that I just moved to Eastlake I thought I would try something new and oh my goodness this is the first time I have ever left a bikini wax appointment happy and excited!!! I can't believe I never knew about her, this place and sugaring but I will definitely recommend it to everyone and anyone I know!!! Absolutely fantastic!!!! read more

Leimomi was amazing! She's a very kind and professional lady. It was my first time getting sugared and the experience was amazing. I don't plan on going back to using wax anytime soon for my bikini needs. The treatment was relatively painless and she explained the entire process. I would recommend her to anyone :) read more

Just went to Swift for the first time and was really impressed. I immediately felt super comfortable and relaxed with the atmosphere-- and space is clean and inviting. The service barely hurt and was clearly done with high-end products. My brows havent looked this good in years. They can be tricky to get even so this is no small feat! I will definitely be back! read more

Thank you, fellow Yelpers, for leading me to Leimomi: she is awesome. Her space is extremely clean and she is very professional. Booking appointments has always been convenient, and she has parking. Yes, parking!!!!. Bonus for being friendly. She chats with you and makes the time go quickly (as quickly as these things go). Her services are the best waxing services in Seattle from the many I've tried out, so I'm so happy/relieved I can stop looking. She clearly cares about and remembers her zillions of clients and it shows in her interactions. She runs a great operation - go be hairless, Seattle! Summer is coming! read more

I loveeeeeee Leimomi! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. I usually come here for a bare bikini and underarms and she remembers me every time. Her office is so clean and comforting and my very first sugaring experience was not awkward at all. After she sugars, she asks to check for any hair that she might have missed and does her best to get out all the hairs. This is the only place I come to get any waxing done. Leimomi is definitely the best. read more

Very nice place, small and cozy. The service was slightly faster than stated (around 30-40min). The pain was bearable when I went in for sugaring. Leimomi always checked in on me and made sure I wasn't uncomfortable. She is an easy to talk to person, so it wasn't awkward when she was working. Very pleasant! read more

Leimomi is AMAZING. She is so personable and makes me feel so comfortable when I am there. I look forward to going to get a brazilian--which really is saying something! I would highly recommend her to anyone and everyone. She pro-rates the price as well if you go sooner than 7 weeks (I believe), bringing her already competitive prices down to what seems like a steal compared to most other salon's prices. Beyond money, she runs a business that you want to support! She is a very hardworking woman that is dedicated to her clients and her company. read more
