I arrived for a 2:00pm appointment and Erika (I believe she is the owner) took me in and assessed my lashes to see if I would be a good candidate for a lash lift. She explained the process to me and made me feel really comfortable about it as it was my first time. The process was only about 1 hour, which felt like so much less as we had great conversation. I went to Lash Society for an entire year when it opened. Erika always left me feeling extra beautiful. She never cancelled, nor did she smell bad. Erika always looks cute, beautiful, and has a very clean studio. I stopped with the lash extensions after a year because I have naturally long lashes. I recently found out that she offers lash lift services. I have straight, stubborn lashes that looked like I bent them when I used an eyelash curler, so I have been waiting to find a trustworthy salon that offers the lift services. Erika uses the best products and she takes pride in her work. I originally didn't plan to curl the lash tips, however, Erika noticed that my lashes were long enough to have them curled, so she recommended I go all the way. I could not be happier. The end could not have been better. She is wonderful! Remember to mask up if you are visiting her salon (no visible nostrils or mouths). She works very close to you. When you walk in her office, you'll get a breeze of lavender; it smells amazing. The place looks so girly and calming. The decorations are gorgeous. She's gentle and uses the SOFTEST and HIGHEST-QUALITY lashes you'll ever try on. She'll make sure that the extensions match your eye shape and fit your wants and needs. Yesterday I went in for a Full volume set with Ashton. My appointment was at 12:30 but arrived at 12:15, she was ready and greeted me and asked if I needed my coat hung. During my visit she was genuinely gentle and my experience with her was truly enjoyable. I am in love with the finished product and can't wait to go back for my fill. I saw Erika for about a year and got so fed up with her always canceling because she was hungover and smelling like weed! The fills are very inconsistent, and when she would be too stoned and not put enough lashes on, she would guilt me into coming back and paying for another fill 3-5 days later. She did this to so many of her clients ( I would always hear her saying to them, aye! I gave a positive review 2 years ago. Someone from Lash Society just thanked me for it 2 weeks ago. I don't typically leave bad reviews but after my good review, the lash tech I raved about and the owner both did my lashes then suddenly the owner called me to said they could no longer do my lashes. It was truly bizarre. She claimed my lashes were't compatible with extensions. Okay. I'd been getting them done for 4 years and I know from my 2 past techs that my lashes are a challenge being fine and sparse but the way it was said made me feel like it was my fault for needing lashes to begin with. I went back to my lash tech with the less than desirable location and she took a look and had not a single problem and I've been with her ever since. I don't like to speak ill of people but getting a thanks on Yelp 2 years later after having gotten a call blaming the "condition" and "health" of my lashes reminded me of this experience and how strange it was when someone else was able to provide the service easily that Lash Society would not. That leads me to believe that Lash Society either doesn't have the skill, unless presented with the ideal lash candidate, or they don't have the patience to bother with challenging lashes and both aren't good. My current lash tech Na at Flourish Beauty in West Seattle does. I thank her for her patience, this place...well thanks for your thanks and thanks for pushing me back to where my lashes belong. read more

She took off my old ones and put in her own and told me after the fact that hers are much thinner. My lashes look less full than before! I have worked with both Erika and Suzette as sometimes Suzette has openings that fit my schedule. Both ladies do an amazing job- I have a particular way I like them done and they both listened attentively to the style I wanted. They gave me the style I wanted and are always willing to fit me in if I need a fill here and there outside of my normal schedule. Felt the need to chime in here as I was just about to recommend Erika and Lash Society to a friend. I too, experienced Erika cancelling last minute. Can't comment on reason why, but when I went to Erika for over a year, she cancelled on me multiple times at the last minute, leaving me in a lurch. As a working professional it can be hard to find times to get your lashes done and so cancellations are a big deal. I eventually started going elsewhere and then discontinued doing my lashes entirely, but I will say Erika did a great job at making my lashes look natural and gorgeous. I just couldn't deal with the appointment cancellations. read more
