So disappointed to leave this review, but I hope it helps the next unassuming person. I read their glowing Google reviews and was misled. It truly felt like a paid ad versus reality moment. I will never return. First, the location is strange. It's inside an industrial park that feels unsafe and unwelcoming. There's no restroom inside the suite, so you have to borrow a key and walk outside to a shared community bathroom. That alone should have been a warning sign. Second, nothing about the experience felt clean or professional. The technician didn't cleanse my eye area before starting and didn't even have the right products to do so. I never saw any sanitization happening. There was no autoclave or visible cleaning process for tools, and the blankets and pillow on the table looked reused and unwashed. They also don't use gel pads for lashes, which is the standard in any legitimate lash studio. Instead, they tape your eyes with medical tape--extremely uncomfortable and completely inappropriate for this kind of service. The techs chatted loudly about their personal lives the entire time, and I was poked more than once during the appointment. I left with a poorly done full set that immediately irritated my eyes. Within a few days, my lashes started falling out, and I could tell the glue and extensions were cheap. My lash line became crusty, itchy, and sore. For something that cost over $100, this was an awful experience from start to finish. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else--ideally a professional lash and brow studio that prioritizes hygiene, uses quality products, and actually knows what they're doing. Rory was SO GOOD- while doing my lashes, Rory noticed there was breakage from my previous lash specialist, and gave me tips on how to watch out for a bad lash job. I rarely do reviews even when the services were not satisfactory in the past. However the experience was so disappointing at Dulce Lash Lounge and I had to share my honest opinion so that future consumers can make their decisions informatively. I did a full set classic lash extension with Keely on 11/2/2023 using a Groupon deal (I paid around $120). Keely was friendly and let me use the Groupon deal. Towards the end of the session in noticed the lashes were not quite even. Keely agreed to do minor adjustments even though she has another client right after. So the two stars are for her. Nothing else was good unfortunately.. the salon was empty during the 1.5 hours I was there. As you can see in the picture (taken on 11/21) almost all of the lashes fell off in less than 3 weeks!! I've got lash extensions so many times (at other studios) and they always lasted between 4 weeks and 6 weeks. Please know that I took extreme caution after getting the lash extension - no water within 48 hours, no eye makeup at all, cleaning the lashes with water-based solution regularly and every time I washed my face I even avoided touching the eye areas). Despite all of the caution and care, I still lost 8-12 lashes every single day starting from week 2... $120 for two weeks of fake lashes! No thank you! The results are very disappointing and it's clear that I will be going somewhere else in the future. read more

I'd been going here for more than a year but unfortunately the value is not worth the price anymore for me. My lashes were always amazing after the appointment but sadly it does not last for more than a week even though I followed all the maintenance rules (no direct water for the first 24 hr, no oily makeup remover/products, brush lashes regularly...). They have the online scheduling system which is super convenient but in order to book the artist you like, I recommend doing it at least 2 weeks in advance. Reanna and Keely did a great job with my extreme volume set however service could be hit or miss sometimes. I recommend booking with Reanna, she's very gentle, take time listening to your requests and did an excellent job. Keely did a great job but was pretty rough with my lashes, always shorten time of the appointment (1 hour appointment will normally start 5-10 mins late and ended 5-10 mins early, 90 mins appointment will last only 75 mins....) so after awhile, I don't bother booking longer appointment with her anymore. Most of the time, my eyes were red and irritated after the session with Keely which was not a big deal but it never happened with Reanna. One plus thing is there is paid parking available right outside at this location. read more

However, even with the care instructions, it seemed like I lost about 15-20 lashes on only one eye. That being said, I will definitely return to Dulce -- was very happy with the service and the overall salon atmosphere, I think something just went wrong with the application on one eye. Oh my goodness, please go see Keely! I was searching for a lash artist to trust with my lashes for my wedding day, and came across Keely's work on the Dulce Lash Lounge Instagram. Keely was able to book me for a slot a few days before the big day (be sure to call well in advance). At the beginning of our appointment, she took time to understand the look I wanted, and my needs (which were complicated - I was eloping and needed lashes to withstand a lot of hiking, sun, sweat, etc.). She was so gentle that I fell asleep (!) and when I woke up I had gorgeous, lustrous lashes. We just got back some sneak peeks of our wedding photos and the lashes look fantastic. First time getting a lash lift and I'm so glad I did! I have super straight lashes but am too lazy to curl them all the time (or, let's be honest, basically ever), and I didn't want to go down the maintenance rabbit hole of extensions. A friend told me about Dulce lash lifts- seems like there are many places in town that do extensions, but only a few that do lifts. Now, I was a bit skeptical about having perm chemicals applied directly adjacent to my eyeballs, but Sang Mi did such a gentle, wonderful job. The space is clean and bright, and it's nice that there's parking. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. I do have a bit of eye dryness about six hours later, but I tend to have sensitive skin anyway and it's nothing that would stop me from doing a lift again. Also, someone mentioned below that the door is locked on evenings and weekends, but they mentioned in my confirmation email that they'd just moved into a new space next door to the old one where that won't be an issue anymore. Can't wait until 24 hours have passed so I can put some mascara on these curly babies! read more

After 40 minutes, I came home to overly curled and fried eyelashes that look worse than spider legs. I lost half of my eyelashes and I have a blister on my eyelid due to the chemical burn I suffered during the process. I may never have my eyelashes back and the worst part is I can't stand to look at myself in the mirror. I called them multiple times and they don't even bother to pick up the call. I've been going to Dulce Lash Lounge for around a year now and have had a great experience there from the get-go. In fact, I have a tried a couple of other places and individuals in Seattle and know with certainty the Dulce is my go-to place. I've met with many of the lash technicians here and I've honestly never had a disappointing experience. Everyone has their own preferences in terms of style and what they're looking for so I think it's worth trying a few different people. I consistently see Lydia now and she's done a fantastic job every time. This place is clean, comfortable, friendly, and welcoming. They are very gentle and use soothing hydrogel pads on your under eyes while they do your lashes (I've gone to a salon where they used medical tape -NO). They've created a comfortable environment where I've felt free to ask questions, get consultation on style, and really feel listened to in terms of what I'm looking for. This is a sensitive part of your body and a huge part of how you look, so for me that's important. I have a bit of an unpredictable schedule and have reached out quite a few times to shift appointments. They've always been able to accommodate me - I've even gotten lucky and made some super last minute appointments in the past and they've fit me in. They are super professional and quick to respond. I often fall asleep while getting my lashes done - that's how gentle they are and how at ease I feel when I'm there! I always know I'm in good hands. read more

After recently trying a serum to grow out my lashes and was happy with the length, all I needed was to save time in the morning by not having to curl them. I discovered Lash Lift and this is the only place so far in Seattle that I could find. My lashes are already dark so I skipped the tint. I'll still have to wear mascara to get them more noticeable, but I am happy they are my own natural lashes. The space is beautiful and clean, and the gal doing my lashes was lovely.
